Pros: Such a welcome stay, super comfy bed and delicious food.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in Red oaks room which was on the 2nd floor and at front of property. Room was very clean and good decorative order. The staff were friendly and informative. Flask of milk was offered without me asking for it for teas and coffees. Breakfast was delicious and not greasy
Cons: The only gripe I had was I found the bed and pillows too soft for my personal taste..but I still slept after a while. My partner slept like a log.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fantastic! staff, room, food and location!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The bathroom was amazing!
4,5 Okay
Pros: It was very noisy and the floorboards in the rooms above creaked. Very poor noise control generally in the property. The other guests were drunk and loud and banging on doors very late at night. Frankly it was like being in a university hall of residence. I was shocked. The hotel is not family friendly or suitable got young kids. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone with kids or looking for a quiet getaway. Very expensive for what it is. Breakfast options also very limited. The buffet was a joke.
Cons: see above
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All
Cons: Waiter service for taking drinks orders would have been nice, but only a small bar so not a big deal
9,6 Excellent
Pros: location was excellent, a few minutes walk to the main town and beach. staff were very friendly and helpful. i particularly liked the hotel's 'green' ethos. Refillable glass water bottles replaced each day with a choice of waters, refillable good quality toiletries, fresh milk in a thermos flask. there was an electric car charging point in the carpark. the dining room was lovely we didn't have dinner but would definately try this next time based on the breakfast experience, which was very nice. A choice of cereals, fruits, pastries and juices to help yourself to and then cooked items from the menu, for me in particular it was lovely to find the option of a cooked vegan breakfast. would definately stay here again
Cons: nothing

Pros: Location was great interior decor very funky, staff very welcoming.
Cons: Not a plumber but think somebody should take a look at the thermostat on the shower......two temps freezing and tea making temperature probs me but I couldn't get anything different. Also as I was leaving very early in the morning I managed to fall down the bottom 2 steps as not enough light, perhaps suggest some auto lights that detect movement.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, lovely, friendly host, good breakfast selection.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Waves In Bred&Breakfast is a very friendly, quiet and simply adorable place in every details: the house decoration, the colours, the wallpapers, the pictures on the wall, the facilities in the rooms (the tray, the mugs for coffee, the reading lamps, the furniture, the carpets and the curtain) are in all harmony. Its simply a perfect place to relax and to escape from the busy world and just to enjoy Bournemouth Beach. The manning is also very kind and helpful.

Pros: Modern and clean
8,8 Excellent
Pros: very clean hotel. Bathroom was huge, we only stayed for one night for a friends wedding but we really enjoyed the room!
Cons: The hotel bar and restaurant was expensive. We refused to pay that and walked to the local Weatherspoon's about 5 mins around the corner.
7,5 Good
Pros: The breakfast room was busy and all items were not available on both mornings without a wait. The first day we had to wait for eggs and the next morning we had to wait for bacon.
Cons: We were unable to put drinks onto the room bill.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Good location and clean, new fixtures and fittings

10,0 Excellent
Pros: excellent service and facilities as usual well done to all
Cons: buffet breakfast not as good as the original service last time we were there, but acceptable
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: We were very disappointed with the room (118), we feel it was NOT a Deluxe double which we booked! it was small and pokey and not what we was expecting going by the photo's on the internet. Therefore we feel it was overpriced !! There was a light in the corridor that kept flashing at night and lit up our room from a gap under the door and kept us awake.. We did report this and later that night we were offered the chance to move but felt it was too late to move for the last night.
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast could have more fresh fruit/yoghurts available. Personally didn't like the plastic pots of jam and found them tasteless but generally it was ok.
Cons: see above

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, it was close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants, the staff where very friendly and helpful ,and the breakfast was great and a good choice, so will definitely be back very soon.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is very central to the beach and Pier with a nice sea view from 506 or 507. The staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodating! Your opposite the BIC if using that venue. Local shops and cinema a 5 min walk. Plenty of good places to eat, The quality of food in The Crab the restaurant attached to the hotel is very good, make sure you eat before 7pm to take advantage of cheaper set menu, we were not told of this. Breakfast is also in the Crab and is very nice and cooked to order if your having the full English. Restaurant Roots is a fabulous restaurant near Southbourne, about 15 mins along the coast by car, 10 course Discovery tasting menu was just amazing, highly recommend! Some excellent walks in the nearby area, along the beach for miles in either direction or a long walk to Hurst Castle, 40 min drive to nearest carpark then a long walk out into the Solent on a spit to Castle and Lighthouse, 6 miles there and back but jump on the little ferry at the lighthouse for £3.50 per adult to Newhaven and then cut across saves about a mile.
Cons: The Parking arrangements are not straight forward, we experienced a number of difficulties entering and exiting. The Bathroom is of a reasonably good size but is spoilt by a tiny cubical corner shower, I’m 6ft 4 and could hardly move without banging sides, and the sink is far to small, can’t wash hands without rubbing against basin. A fridge would have been good also.
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly. Good breakfast.
Cons: The room was in the reception area so was a bit noisy at times.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff extremely friendly, breakfast and meals first class
Cons: I am struggling to pick anything
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Really liked almost everything about the hotel. The staff and cleanliness exceptional. Breakfast was very good. Location perfect. Thanks for a great holiday.
Cons: We were in classic double room but feel it was just okay but could have had some extras for example container in small shower unit for shower gel, shampoo etc. also feel electric power points for charging phones etc were almost at floor level and behind furniture and very hard to get at. I know these are only small points but felt I had to point them out. We will certainly be back to Park Central Hotel but will hope to upgrade the room.

Pros: Brilliant location for anyone with walking difficulties. Parking very close by. Comfortable bed. Tea/coffee facilities were great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and great selection. We are planning to stay again very soon.
Cons: Not every room had a fan/air conditioning which in the hot weather made it difficult to sleep. Room service food was not brilliant. Very poor sandwich for the money. I would like to have been given the option for a bath or shower when booking the room.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Ambience, wedding guests not withstanding. Menus. Attentive staff.
Cons: Poor WiFi in room 104. Though we understand the business need it is uncomfortable when a wedding crowd take over the guest facilities to the extent of crowding out other guests and show little respect to others
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were good most of the time, and excellent location.
Cons: Breakfast was a let down. Asked for gluten free bread at breakfast and got a gluten free roll, despite informing the hotel we were gluten free, they couldn't be bothered to get some gf bread in.Additionally, they didn't have gluten free sausages, and none of the pastries in the morning were gluten free. Breakfast Manager ran around looking stressed most of the time, wasn't pleasant to see.

3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was superb but cheap sausages and bacon.
Cons: Facilities were basic and limited. Bath room too tiny and short. I could not stand upright or straight without bending in the bathroom and I am only 5.7. The place was super dusty and felt like it has not been used for years. Sadly, they could not clean/dust the room before given to us. The room was super dark and not airy. Air condition made buzzing noise even when turned off. I had no sleep in the two nights...such a nightmare to say the least. The hotel does not warrant a four or even a star period! The price was a scam.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The free chocolate and parking
Cons: Not quite the standard I was expecting ...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic bed, friendly staff, excellent breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even provided coconut milk for breakfast because I have a dairy intolerance. The breakfasts were amazing. Very good choices. There was a constant supply of chocolate in the entrance hall and in the bedroom. Lovely to have a kettle and supply oh hot drinks in the bedroom. Very helpful with tourist information.
Cons: We had a small double room. We found it too small and would be willing to pay a bit more on our next visit for a larger room.

Pros: We booked this at the last minute on the day of our anniversary. Had no idea what to expect; jumped into the car, dropped the hood and blasted down. What a delightful surprise. Quirky and chic, chocolate on offer everywhere, well appointed room with lots of character. Onsite parking and genial hosts. One can tell when some effort has gone into creating something special. This fitted the bill and more. We’ll be back, as Arnie said.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: All the facilities were very clean and very comfortable and we love the view everything that we needed was at hand
Cons: Not hearing the church clock every 15 minutes/on the hour
5,8 Okay
Pros: Some staff were really helpful to make sure we could park at the hotel which was really appreciated. The bar area was nice, restaurant seemed nice but didn’t eat there. Bathtub was lovely and deep!
Cons: Hard to get hold of anyone at reception. I called down three times and waited by the check on desk a few times for another fan for the room (air con unit didn’t seem to be very effective in the slightest) and twice to have my bedside table lamp fixed. When I did get hold of someone I was told that I’d be called back with an answer and I didn’t hear a whisper. Checked out and table lamp still wasn’t working. Breakfasts were ok but not clear what was included in our rate and what wasn’t, even the staff didn’t seem to know.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean friendly hotel. Large room. Breakfast very nice. Nice position.
Cons: Found the reception area very strange. Tv remote not fully working.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and attentive staff, especially concierge. Very clean and fresh building and room.
Cons: The shower cubicle in my room was quite small and the ergonomics not so good. I couldn't turn the overhead shower on whilst outside of the shower without spraying water all over the bathroom floor, and I couldn't adjust the direction of the overhead shower head. So I had to get in whilst the water was cold and tolerate the cold whilst I waited for the temperature to warm up. Then when I thought I was turning the shower off (there were 2 unmarked knobs) I actually turned up the temperature and scolded myself. It was painful and I panicked to open the shower doors and jump out quickly to avoid being badly scolded.

Pros: We were last the hotel 40 years ago on our honeymoon and returned for our ruby anniversary, the only thing the same was the front door but it has been modernised beautifully and everything was perfect.
Cons: The only problem was the parking, we were lucky to have friends who picked us up each day so we didn't have to move the car but it still had a dent in the side.a

Cons: Our room was overlooking a building site, which I was not informed about at the time of booking!! The language from the builders was disusting, and the noise from the site was unbearable. The day we arrived we were treated like second class citizens because a chef was having an opening night for his restaurant. This was our first holiday in three years and was completely ruined and unenjoyable.
7,2 Good
Pros: Continental breakfast + newspaper taken to bed in the morning
Cons: 2 alarm clocks went on at 7 and 8 am. There was no luggage room and we had to leave our bags in the hotel hall after the day after checking out
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The quality of the rooms and central location.
Cons: With windows open room was a little noisy with outside traffic etc

Pros: Hotel itself is well presented and very nice . Loads of parking , restaurant was lovely . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was ok as was service but leek sausage not to my liking :(
Cons: Bathroom was very tired taps, spa bath and controls, towel rail etc .. bed canopy was filthy with dust as was lighting. On suite bathroom extractor fan appears not to work so room was quite steamy etc cough .Overall room looked tired .
6,7 Good
Pros: The breakfast had good choices
Cons: Hand held shower over bath so not able use it standing up, nowhere to attach it to the wall. Man on reception nowhere to be seen when we wanted to check out. On his return from the shops he said we could have just left keys on the counter. We preferred to hand keys in to person so did this. On journey home he rang to rather rudely tell us we were going to be charged as one of our room keys hadn't been returned, despite us making sure we handed them to him personally. He must have found the key but didn't inform us as we haven't been charged any extra.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Only stayed one night but hotel seemed deserted with mostly unmanned reception desk. I think faded splendour summed up ambiance. Bathroom had literally 4 square feet of floor space. A large person would not be able to sit on the loo.

Pros: We liked the tea and coffee facilities in our room and lounge plus the bottled water. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant staff .
Cons: The room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable.

Pros: Very convenient to the beach and facilities in Bournemouth
Cons: We booked a junior suite , no fridge or iron in the room and the bed was a double not a twin as asked. My daughter is vegan but the dining staff had no concept of what that actually means ! I did tell the hotel prior to this. One morning they bought us ‘vegan’ mushrooms, they had jus T been shoved in the microwave, my daughter may be vegan but she still has taste buds!! I don’t think I would stay there again
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Live music, saxophonist and pianist on Friday night, how sophisticated ! Short walk to cliff top or in the other direction the Odeon Centre containing every chain resteraunt all in one place.
Cons: Worth checking if you're in the Losge as it hosts the function room. On our first night Music quite loud. Although it finished at midnight and it was great to see the guests around the hotel in the day.
5,4 Okay
Pros: I nice pint in a very quiet and comfortable bar. And, although the breakfast was expensive, it was fantastic.
Cons: The staff attitude at the front desk was poor. I was charged on my credit card for a pound coin that I borrowed and gave back for the use of the lockers in the swimming pool. I was also charged a holding fee of £40 for two bath robes and towels to the use the facility, over the cheek of having to walk from spa desk to staff desk to order them in the first instance. I had to wait to be seated for breakfast, and noted that not all of the breakfast was included in the charge of £14.50 pp, they charged extra for coffee latte and other requests which I dont expect from a 4* venue.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were brilliant and hotel was lovely.
6,3 Good
Pros: Good position good breakfast polite staff
Cons: Room was dingy , quite old and needs upgrading. £122 a night was expensive for what it was .
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in a single room in Connaught Lodge. Very good size room with small double bed. Clean and spacious with good facilities (decor, desk, wardrobe, TV, selection of drinks including spring water). Staff were friendly and efficient. Great service. Recommend the breakfast and the crackling with apple sauce (a bar snack!) The common parts are smartly designed with a touch of modern glamour. There's a garden, bar and restaurant with live entertainment.
Cons: Stayed in a single room in Connaught Lodge. Very good size room with small double bed only fault was that the en suite bathroom was very small. Would prefer it to be a little bigger.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. I thought the idea of a server for the hot breakfast was a very good one. It stopped people dithering, taking too much food and wasting it! The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good and all the staff were a credit to their profession.
Cons: We found the bedroom a bit small initially and tried to upgrade. As the hotel was fully booked this was not possible. However, we soon got used to the room and it was fine. If we chose this hotel again for a short break, we would chose a larger room when booking. We are in fact looking at re-visiting the hotel early in the new year.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed. The room was nice and clean!
Cons: We choose this hotel because it had a pool. Unfortunately the pool area wasn’t very clean or well kept. The towel I took into the sauna one day turned brown. I’m not sure how often they clean the sauna but it should be on the daily bases. There are warning signs next to the sauna door to only stay for 15 minutes however there’s no hour glass inside. So you can’t really tell how long you’ve been inside.... There was also no thermometer in the sauna which I found strange. The steam room didn’t stay very steamy as there was a 2 cm gap at the bottom of its door. It was also very dirty which we only discovered the last day. The walls has pieces of dirt all over them. Needless to say once we saw how dirty it was we did not want to send any time in there. There’s one shower in the pool area and that’s fine, however it was broken. You couldn’t tell if it’s going to be boiling hot or freezing cold water. Also the temperature control on it was kind of a roulette game. Sometimes if you turned it left it became boiling hot sometimes freezing cold. There was also some questionable looking brown stuff in the jacuzzi. I liked this hotel and I believe these issues can be fixed quite easily.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was all very good & value for money
Cons: The only thing that could be better is facilities for recyclable waste, glasses, cans etc from the bedrooms in particular could be encouraged.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect
Cons: Steam room very slimy needs a regular hose Down!

Pros: Location great for Boscombe beach. Hotel worked hard to fix a small problem with a leaking roof that kept me out of the room for a while and left me with a dripping leak into a bucket for the first night, but not a complete disaster and well managed by staff. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Can't blame the hotel for the leak really and they dealt with it well. Nothing really bad, it was all pretty decent and well worth the money.
7,9 Good
Pros: Staff so friendly and helpful
Cons: No lift stairs were hard going after walking all day
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Staff really friendly and keen to help. Room was a bit tired, but very clean. Overall good value for money.
7,0 Good
Pros: Staff were lovely, breakfast was good.
Cons: There were a few shabby and dirty corners here and there but not enough to spoil the visit. The biggest problem was the sound of a washing machine or some sort of pump coming from next door which went on late and then started at 7.00 in the morning.
6,7 Good
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: The hotel is starting to look tired and needs upgrading
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean corridors, friendly staff, nice breakfast, water available for guests, mini fridge in bedrooms, car park
Cons: Bathrooms need refurbishment

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent! Always gracious and accommodating., which makes such a difference. I felt well looked after at the hotel.
Cons: My only comment is that a lift to the very top would be helpful, but the stairs are not too steep, but staff are always vrry kind and willing to help

Pros: Catered for me as a Vegan as I had pre advised them before hand Only slight issue was the toilet didn't flush properly (took a long time to refill)

Pros: Helpful front of house on arrival. Good cooked breakfast although the buffet aspects were lacklustre
Cons: Feels a little empty but it is out of season. Furnishings throughout could do with updating but probably a question of cost. Good value for money

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and pleasant, the room was amazing, would recommend and definitely return one day.
7,1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was £11 per head so we decided not to have it.
Cons: Expensive if you have the breakfast, and a Dog extra £8 per night for nothing.
7,5 Good
Pros: Comfortable and clean room. Nice bathroom with good shower and soaps
Cons: Wifi a bit hit and miss on occasions
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, huge bathroom
Cons: Parking, had to park on road outside, car covered in bird poo from trees overnight
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and tidy rooms. The hotel is located in the city centre on a quiet, picturesque street. There is no problem with parking. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and about 10 minutes walk to many restaurants, cafes and pubs.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely. Staff and owners excellent so friendly and helpful with recommending places to eat. Rooms clean and comfortable. Lovely gardens to sit and have a drink from the bar. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
6,3 Good
Pros: Outside of property is attractive and well maintained.
Cons: No curtains. Just Venetian blinds with massive gaps around the edges. Wouldn't want to stay mid summer as you'd be awake at 4am. Bedrooms and bathrooms looking very tired.

Pros: Great location for both town centre and pier/beach. Very handy for day and nightime activities, with many restaurants and bars within short walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff which made our stay very enjoyable.
Cons: Breakfast a little pricey at £20 per couple.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Cooked breakfast was excellent.
Cons: I think continental part of breakfast could be more choice and display a little better .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff on arrival were very good and the hotel creates a calm atmosphere. food excellent. Service excellent.
7,1 Good
Pros: The Hotel rooms have an old feel about them, however, I didn't find this offensive. more warm and welcoming as the scent and cleanliness were all tip-top. The view was unexpected, I had a lovely sea view and being able to open the old wooden sash windows and enjoy it made for a wonderful change from being in a modern hotel with locked/uPVC.
Cons: The shower was weak and a little disappointing. The in-room iron and ironing board was a little dated (Ironing board cover kept falling off whilst trying to iron my evening shirt and water leaked constantly out of the Iron, requiring constant re-ironing to cover the wet patches!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The Staff, the refurbishment is coming along and is going to look great. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom was lovely.
Cons: The reception lobby is a little bare but this may be part of the refurb in the long term. Other than that it was fine.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good room, poor choice of room service.
Cons: Room service only offered sandwiches, and no room service menu in the room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel location central being near the BIC, Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre and beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast
Cons: The hotel is in the process of being upgraded, which meant on-going works, restricting car parking and generating noise. No indication had been given that this was taking place.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Only a one nite stay but lovely hotel (Room only stay). Very helpful staff non the less.
Cons: No negatives encountered
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel full of history 1806 this hotel was built and Lewis was the man that built it he lived in the house as a home .... You can feel the energies from the old part of the hotel to the new , Such a great part of history there ...
Cons: Nothing ..but apart from the visitors that come to beautiful Bournemouth..should be more respectful .

Pros: Lovely views from our room
Cons: Everything self service we even had to make our own hot drinks. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the basin tap had a bad leak . No where to put soap or toothbrush etcVery poor welcome by staff she even forgot our parking permit
7,5 Good
Pros: Location and the garden room where the event we attended was lovely
7,1 Good
Pros: Comfortably sea view room clean and friendly .
Cons: Toilet didn't flush that well and thin wall in room 327 had a bad snorer next door
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Food was excellent especially the lamb. It was nice to have a swim after a hard days walking. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a sea view and balcony which was very clean. Hotel is in a great location for the sea front
Cons: The swimming pool needs a longer ladder as it can be make it difficult getting out of the pool. In our room (304) the bath was very slippery especially when having a shower. The none slip part was on the size of a slab pizza which made it very precarious when getting out. Needs more parking spaces
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: The View
Cons: The Receptionist was not very helpful as to where we could park after a long drive, Room we were allocated was not Value for money, small bathroom, Headboard to Bed badly marked, Bracket Holding Twin Beds together hanging off, tiles on Balcony Hazardous, we were allocated another room which was ok by the duty Manager who was quite helpful. No one followed up the room re allocation to see if everything was ok, the Duty Manager also offered us a discount when moving rooms which we didn't receive. The same Receptionist who Booked us in was oblivious to our issues when we left asking if our stay was ok! We paid £880 for 5 nights Room only, i travel the Country with a Sports Team using overnight accommodation and have to say this is the worse value for money i have had by far.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent rooms and spacious enough for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 5). Superb facilities for children (playground, soft play, pools, access to beach, kids clubs through the day to keep them entertained).
Cons: We had breakfast every day in the hotel - standard English and continental fare which was decent but food in the evening was not good value and quality was average for the price. There are better options a short drive away.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Good location for visiting Bournemouth.
Cons: Poor breakfast. No glasses available for juice, no bowls or spoons for cereal, no croissants, hot buffet closed whilst self serving. Garden furniture covered in bird poo; large pile of dog poo on the grass. Booked a garden room described as being peaceful with views over the tranquil garden. Given a room overlooking the outdoor pool which was full of noisy, excited children. Room very small, unable to open bathroom door as obstructed by towel rail; bathroom taps loose and discoloured. Photographic emulsion on the picture on wall disintegrating inside the frame. Dusty.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet room with plenty of space. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant view of the airshow! Overflow parking was excellent.
Cons: Online booking foe a double room kept telling us it was for one person. I added in the comments box that we would be TWO but obviously nobody reads this. Evening meal, every table we saw including us had burnt croquet potatoes (REALLY burnt - black). The best wine was not available and, although friendly, the service was fairly amateurish. We booked dinner on our second night at the Haven Hotel where unfortunately the service was very slow (one hour for the main course to arrive).

Pros: Beds big... All good gardens great indoor out door pool food awesome
Cons: The weather hahah

Pros: Very friendly excellent breakfast
Cons: All value for money
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The welcome from Ann who I sadly didn't cross paths with again was so genuine and friendly - helped to make my few days in Bournemouth very memorable. All the other staff who I only met briefly were so smiley and lovely and helpful. I loved your B and B and really hope that my next visit, of which there will definitely be one as I fell in love with Bournemouth and the surrounding areas, that you will be able to accommodate me again!
Cons: I didn't get the opportunity to tell anyone about my bathroom until I left but the drainage in the shower was so poor I was unable to wash my hair. (Not the end of the world!) But a shower of about 3 minutes or maybe less left the shower base full to near overflowing. I believe this would of been dealt with immediately if I had told someone.
6,7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very good, the only thing that let it down was you have to get up and down any time you wanted a coffee but tea is served to you. The hosts were very helpful and willing to help with any issue
Cons: The car park is a bit of a lottery if you get a space or not,but the hosts do try and help if they can. The wardrobe in our bedroom was a door over a space in the room and part of it was coming away, and there was no plug for the sink but the shower was lovely. In the communal living room it could have done with a good hovering.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very close to the beach and pier.
Cons: Double parking

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beds were really comfortable, the rooms were kept clean and beds made/ changed daily. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The wifi isnt very strong and constantly dropped after connection, but we were on the top floor so maybe thats the reason. The parking is very tight, our car got scratched, not happy about that.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Receptionist was lovely and welcoming, Bed was clean and comfy, free WiFi, location central to beach and city centre.
Cons: Shower had a bit of mould in the sealant which could be treated with some cilit bang black mould remover but bathroom was otherwise very clean.

Pros: Good food for Breakfast plenty of it.
Cons: Hot warter. For shower.

Pros: Loved the decor, beautifully kept terrace and gardens, comfort, food, staff super friendly and helpful! Hygiene and housekeeping standard were outstanding. We has a beautiful very large family room overlooking the sea. With the attention to detail, facilities which included a stunning library and an ironing room, it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had.
Cons: I liked everything tis hotel had to offer
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Warm clean, great view. Second time we have stayed there.
Cons: N/A
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location and room
Cons: The breakfast manager was really inappropriately rude both mornings and observed she seemed to intimidate her staff
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast attention to detail with the quality of the food used. Room cleaned well. The decor suited the property. You could tell the interior had been refurbished. Great sea view
Cons: Paintwork shabby on exterior of the hotel. Needs re painting. A cheaper option would be to re stain the decking and wooden tables to improve appearance
4,2 Okay
Cons: The room was tiny, old and dusty. We both had the worst nights sleep with the mattress springs poking into our back and ribs. The pillows were wafer thin, mattress old and lumpy, carpet old, dusty and worn. Skirting boards covered in dust and floors creaky. This hotel is in a time warp and is more on the creepy eccentric spectrum. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.
6,7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very good.
Cons: So we asked for heating in the room as it was cold at night but this was ignored. Also the car parking charges are a rip off at ten pounds and we only stayed one night. There should not be any car parking charges at all but sadly another money making opportunity for the Hotel.
7,5 Good
Pros: Liked the Hotel layout and the easy stroll into town. Bus service was also available a few minutes from the Hotel during the day.
Cons: Room was very cold first night, but they gave me a fan heater for the rest of my stay, very much appreciated that as it warmed up the room. Very thing else was ok.
