Hard to tolerate
Pros: The price
Cons: Staff was less then helpful and the rental had serious issues. Every number caused another internal panel to come loose. That is in addition to the constant rattling in and around the car. Damaged radio buttons and shotty phone connectivity. This was all in addition to the less then helpful staff and the “company policies” that were not actual policy.

Total failure
Cons: I called the desk to make sure they would be open when I arrived, and was told the staff would be there until 12:30am. When I arrived at 11:20pm, they had left, and I had to rent from another company. I'll never rent from them again.

Pros: I did not like anything about my reservation
Cons: I reserved a large SUV And when I got there There was no large SUV I have to take a smaller car And the insurance was double the price
