Pros: Staff were friendly and pick up and drop off were easier than ever before. The car was clean and in a great condition and the rental was quite reasonably priced.

Cons: Kayak is terrible and the price is misleading. I owed additional fees at the airport. I could have rented for cheaper without using kayak. Instead i got stuck with the „managers choice“ which ended up being a car that was scratched to hell. It was easily the worst car I’ve ever rented and I always pick the cheapest option so it’s not like the competition is tough. Never again

Pros: Pickup and drop-off was very easy.
Cons: The only blip we had was trying to figure out how to open the trunk of the car. I didn’t see anyone near the car to ask. As it was raining, we threw suitcases in the back seat and watched a You Tube video to learn how to open it. Knowing that it did not work like any other normal car, some comments may have been helpful.

Pros: I liked that it was a new car with space.
Cons: They should have the cars ready. The car was dirty inside and smelling like cigarettes. I booked the car weeks before, and was expecting a clean and odorless car for the price I payed.

Cons: I parked the car on the return Lane and the agent started yelling at me that I needed to back it up. That is not acceptable. If there is an exact place they should have a sign or person directing traffic. Luckily there are multiple places to rent from at that airport
