I used a different credit card at pick up than the one I used when I made the reservation. Both cards were charged the total fee. I was told that the card I used when I made the reservation would be refunded. However, I still have not received a refund. The reference number for the reservation was 24510723217108697920056.Reviewed Aug 29 2023

I locked in the rental with kayak at $315.00, everything I wanted included and when I picked car up it was $600.00 . The associate at the desk claimed kayak has wrong pricing. complete rip off. will never use kayak or sixt again!Reviewed Aug 2 2023
