Pros: The service was excellent. We were given an upgrade two a suite at no extra cost and the room was very tastefully appointed. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was great. When leaving for the airport, the hotel arranged wonderful transportation at a reasonable cost.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Pros: Hotel is located in a very good area with a lot of bars and restaurants and close to shops and MRT. Friendly staff. Service in restaurant is excellent.
Cons: Although the service in the restaurant is great, there are better restaurants in the area. Food is fine but it is missing that tiny bit to make it great.

Pros: - The neighbourhood is great. 5mins walk from metro, many great restaurants at walking distance in a beautiful scenario. - Check-in/out was fast and straightforward - All the areas are very clean and spacious - Hotel is quiet during the night, Windows are big, clean and provide good insulation - Staff very helpful and polite - Some rooms have small kitchens with a lot of equipment.
Cons: - Bathroom is also good, but i missed an air extractor. - Breakfast is abundant, and with impressive variety, but IMO it could improve in quality. It is served by a restaurant that is not part of the hotel, so the staff is separate and not as good as the hotel staff.

Pros: Generally we're pleased with this hotel on these aspects: Great location, adjacent to the Sky Constanera Modern facility Great staff Strong water pressure and getting hot very quickly Very good working AC Clean, quiet room and comfortable bed and pillows Quick elevators Free parking, remember to leave your car with Valet, do not attempt to self parking as the process isn't exactly straight-forward Good / fresh breakfast and very good dinner

Pros: Breakfast was good but when we arrived at 08:00 everything was empty and not restocked until 08:45. Waited 15 minutes for a bowl for yogurt.
Cons: Check-in. We had an overnight flight from the US and no check-in before 3pm. So we walked 07:00 to 3:00 pm then waited for others waiting for 3 pm, got to our room just before 4 pm. So if you want to check in early, find a different hotel.

Cons: Hard bed and even harder pillows. A noisy AC unit that will not cool down the room in a summer month. Mold in the bathroom walls (between the tiles), inconsistent water pressure (so be aware of hot/cold surprises when showering) The room furniture was not designed for the size of the room (or it looked like) Only one small closet (similar to an individual room) for a cuádruple room (equivalent to two rooms) and no drawers or any other place where to place your stuff.

Pros: Great hotel. Good food, terrific gym, great public space. The staff was outstanding. The extra attention they paid to us was wonderful. Nothing was to much to ask. We actually spent two days at the hotel without leaving. Just enjoying the surrounding.
Cons: The pool was freezing. 90 degrees outside and the pool was so cold you could only stay in to get wet. We did enjoy watching everyone "try" to get in for their first time. The towels need to be replaced in the room.

Cons: Rooms were super small, dirty, out dated, and in need of repair. The front desk was less than friendly.
