Cons: "The flight was delayed by 4 1/2 hours and it was handled horribly. First, I had to wait at check-in for 1 hour despite having checked in online. Next, we were told hourly-wise to check-in at the gate to find out when our flight would leave. This was a hassle and caused me a lot of stress since I had to make new plans with a new itinerary for my arrival in Chile where I was supposed to meet my elderly parents. The staff kept telling me they didn't know when we'd leave asking me to check back four times before they were able to give me a definite time. Aweful experience that caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience."

Cons: "Latam screwed my son in law, pregnant daughter, and 2 year old grandson. Due to a delayed Latam flight, they missed all international connections. They were stuck in Santiago for 4 days with no help from Latam. Their bags were lost by the airline. NOBODY behind the counters took responsibility to help get them home!! Their passports, credit cards and money were all stolen during this 4 day period."

Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Cons: "I flew the first leg of my trip with ANA and the next leg with United and I certainly noticed a difference in terms of customer service. They are less friendly and seemed to have spent more time with a couple of passengers who appeared they know personally than the rest of the passengers."

Two people near me were blasting their smartphones listening to music and/or playing games with their smartphones but without earphones and not one person from the crew told them to shut it up."
Cons: "The issues was the ordering of tickets. Purchased through ANA but flight was handled by American. 1. Seats for 5 tickets were scattered all over the plane 2. All seats were middle seats and cost more to have an isle seat. Cost extra $500 to change so family was together. 3. No communications that flights were American Airline flights leaving LAX from American's Terminal, not Bradley. Only found out when calling ANA to change seats. 4. ANA could not change seats so had to call American. All-in-all this was a terrible experience in ticket purchasing."
