The hotel doesn’t warrant the Ritz name. It’s old with many items either not working: the steam room has been broken for two months (been there twice), one elevator door scrapes, the toilets remind you of your grandma’s house but less clean, the breakfast food is akin to a courtyard hotel (just basics but dressed up a bit in presentation), and I could go on.
