Pros: The staff were friendly and were largely fluent in English. The location was great, only a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and parks. The wifi was strong throughout the hotel, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The rooftop bar was very nice but wasn't open on the weekend which was a disappointment. Really good quality for the price.
Cons: The pool is in the basement which was a mistake on our end, some old/incorrect pictures showed it as a rooftop pool which made spending a day at the pool impossible. Water in the room is outrageously expensive, $10/bottle! The shower/tub combo was a bit uncomfortable - I'm very average size and it was too narrow to stand shoulder width. The room was starting to show some signs of age but still a very good value.

Pros: Generally we're pleased with this hotel on these aspects: Great location, adjacent to the Sky Constanera Modern facility Great staff Strong water pressure and getting hot very quickly Very good working AC Clean, quiet room and comfortable bed and pillows Quick elevators Free parking, remember to leave your car with Valet, do not attempt to self parking as the process isn't exactly straight-forward Good / fresh breakfast and very good dinner

Pros: Nice Breakfast! Great location.
Cons: In my particular room, the bed was quite old and saggy. That was not the case with the beds in my friend’s room. The shower drain was also clogged... again, not the case in the other room.

Cons: Hard bed and even harder pillows. A noisy AC unit that will not cool down the room in a summer month. Mold in the bathroom walls (between the tiles), inconsistent water pressure (so be aware of hot/cold surprises when showering) The room furniture was not designed for the size of the room (or it looked like) Only one small closet (similar to an individual room) for a cuádruple room (equivalent to two rooms) and no drawers or any other place where to place your stuff.

Pros: Great hotel. Good food, terrific gym, great public space. The staff was outstanding. The extra attention they paid to us was wonderful. Nothing was to much to ask. We actually spent two days at the hotel without leaving. Just enjoying the surrounding.
Cons: The pool was freezing. 90 degrees outside and the pool was so cold you could only stay in to get wet. We did enjoy watching everyone "try" to get in for their first time. The towels need to be replaced in the room.

Cons: Rooms were super small, dirty, out dated, and in need of repair. The front desk was less than friendly.
