Pros: Patricia is very attentive and generous host. She made sure that the check in process would happen seamlessly. She spent time explaining about the area and gave advice about restaurants and interesting places. The breakfast was great and had beautiful presentation. Patricia and her husband deserve all those accolades. Thank you for having me at your property. I feel welcomed like I was staying at home or friends home rather than a hotel. I will make sure that I return to your place when I am in Quebec City next time or at least stop by to say “bonjour” chai

Pros: Patricia was such a lovely and friendly host- and the location was amazing! So close to all the main attractions in Old Quebec- plus a safe and beautiful area to walk in at night and during the day. Every morning the breakfast was incredible and I really appreciated the efforts she went to each morning to prepare such a delicious breakfast- especially since I have a dairy intolerance. In addition, Patricia was such a great help in organising places to visit during my stay- she knew all the best restaurants and local events to explore! I cannot thank her enough for such a fantastic trip- I only wish I could have stayed longer :) Thank you!!

Pros: An accommodation delight in Old Quebec, very well situated, old 1790’s building - but up-to-date in its facilities. Landlord, Caroline, the perfect host (lives on site). Parking fairly tricky. Because of one-way streets & roadworks, quite difficult to work your way there (for us - experienced travellers). Quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast excellent & varied. Came back for another night a week later on our way to Montreal Airport.

Pros: The staffs are so friendly and kind, especially the valet. The breakfast is really good, I prefered the Benedict.
Cons: Charging mistake. After one day we left the hotel ,we got a message of charging from the bank. And now, I even haven't got any mail or message from the hotel. It has been 2 weeks from my first mail to the Marriott. They are too busy to check the reason.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was amazing!!! They were the best feature! Rooms were ok, clean and enough (need to change old furniture) but was well enough.
Cons: It was doing renovation so it was messy on the hallways but I understand they are doing some improvements. It wasn't that bad.
