Cons: No place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner in the hotel. The hotel could have provided a Bluetooth speaker in every room. I think parking should be free for anyone who is a guest of the hotel, all the other hotels I've stayed does. I didn't see any book or catalog in the room what the property offers, things to do, what things are provided for the guest, etc....

Cons: Would probably prefer Hyatt because of hot tub. On a St Patty's Day with a Suns game going on, a street celebration outside the door and a fairly full bar... on a Saturday... the rooftop bar and the lobby bar closed by 11:30. Lovely night. Keep open!

Cons: Very crowded due to some kind of cosplay convention. I understand that's the whole essence of hotels, but if I would have known that was happening that weekend I would have stayed somewhere else. I also think parking is atrocious and at $25 per night it was overcrowded and difficult to maneuver from within. I'll probably forgo staying at this location again.

Cons: Rooms renovated, however beds extremely uncomfortable and also had a waterproof pad( similarly used in hospitals) instead of mattress cover. It was extremely uncomfortable, woke up sweating. No safe in room. Carpet soaking wet and had to change rooms. No gift shop. The dinner menu was very limited.

To ease the idea of having yet ANOTHER fee to pay, the establishment should just include it in the overall price.

Pros: Everything was perfect. I didn't think true hospitality existed anymore. The room was incredibly comfortable and quiet. Serenity spilled out of the sheets on my King Sized bed. If you need a weekend to escape your stressful life, stay at this hotel. The room service was excellent as well. I assumed the food would be cheap tasting but I was incredibly impressed. I will definitely return and be a loyal customer. Platinum Status here I come!

I booked the room through booking.com for a great rate, however there sooo many charges.’I can take responsibility for not reading the fine print so lesson learned. I’m a single mom and I’m also a server so this was something special I saved up for in order to give my 16 year old a very special birthday. We booked two rooms. One of the rooms we used her fathers email. I had received multiple emails confirming our stay he hadn’t received one so I got frantic and booked another one. So now we had three rooms one of which we did not need. I called and told the Westin the situation. I begged them to refund me for the third room that was booked on accident. They were completely heartless. I really hope they needed that $$ for the room as much as I do.

When asked if the price of our stay could be reduced (since we did reserve the breakfast) we were rudely told that he can cancel the WHOLE reservation for free if we’re so annoyed by the lack of breakfast. The staff was not pleasant. Water in the bathroom in both - sink and the shower was hot, no scratch that BOILING HOT. No cold water in 112°F?!! Room took a while to cool down since AC wasn’t on.

Cons: By virtue of being a historic hotel, you expect that the rooms with have historic features, which may be undesirable to some, but going in knowing that they're not that big a deal. The wifi, while free, was pretty slow (a little less than 1 MB), and there weren't many outlets for chargers available. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable but were fine.

Cons: The owners run this place like a halfway house. No visitors, want to know where you're going and when you'll be back. Not to mention a 10 pm curfew. Video cameras everywhere and the restaurants food prices are insane. 1 biscuit with gravy 5.50$. rooms are super tiny but clean. Thats because they never get used. They do a police check on everyone who enters the place so if you have a warrant, the cops will pick you up in the middle of the night. This place sucks. Spend your money elsewhere so you can actually enjoy yourself and relax in peace. Also, the tv is from the 80s and really small.

I don't understand why either, you are outside and it's not likely that the smoke will go into anyone's face. The big let down was NO POOL. I could have gotten a room at a different hotel for less that had a pool. And the Continental Breakfast was a joke. It consisted of toast, 2 different cold cereals, tiny muffins, apple and orange juice, 1 kind of herbal tea and coffee. I will not ever stay there again.

Pros: We booked a non-smoking room but it was heavy with smoke smell. Toilet wouldn't flush had to open tank and manually flush everytime. Bathtub wouldn't drain so filled up as you showered. Room was dirty bathroom was filthy and food stuck to chair in room. Our iron was missing as well

Cons: I felt like I had to bring my own towel there were non in the room I was given a paper where I was charged 100 deposit and I had to clean my room to get my deposit back. I will never stay at this trashy place again and I will make sure no one else I know stays there either.

Cons: The room was dirty. Switched rooms twice. Fridge wasn't working properly. Coffee pot was filthy. Shower curtin dirty took it off and put it in the corner when we showered. Put towels down on the floor so we wouldn't step on the dirty floor. Wiped everything down with Clorox wipes since no housekeeping came by. Happy I brought my own towels! Room smelled of mildew after showering the second night. Unwanted guest hanging around. Came out Saturday to beer bottles every where.

Cons: Staff was a little rude and standoffish. I wasn't told that I need the same credit card that I used to pay for my hotel room. If it had been after 5, I would not have been able to get a hold of anyone at work.
