Pros: I liked how quiet it was. I also liked the parking was able to find parking super fast. Hotel had a nice relaxing vibe which I like very much.

Pros: The entire staff was exceptional!...ie..Front desk check-in staff and especially the food staff....Thank you and your better helper with the nose ring..she even checked us out of the hotel because no one was at the desk and she came over to help us.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. There was no outside noise when we woke up, and there was ample space. Visited the bar, the drinks were wonderful!

Pros: The King bed room we stayed in was magnificent! It exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during both check in and check out. The Bistro in the lobby was also great!

Pros: While staying at the hotel, my wife and I became ill (not related to the hotel). The management allowed us to extend our stay until we were healthy enough to travel home. Great people.

Pros: Our flight came in at 7:30am and this hotel is so close to the airport we arrived hours before 3:00 checkin. We asked about early check in and they said they would have the girl go clean our room and we could have it in 1/2 hour!! Amazing staff!!

Pros: The staff was very polite. They were accomodating and made us feel welcome. I liked that the check out time was 12 noon. That extra hour was a welcome change.

Cons: Too many homeless hanging around in different locations outside of the hotel& around it approx.15 people. Was worried my car would be stolen or broken into. Police were on site 3 cop cars at 7:45 AM. Front desk would not tell us why.

Cons: The prostitution, drug trafficking and homeless people. My girlfriend was approached by a drug dealer at the elevator and also in the designated smoking section. I came to Arizona with my son and girlfriend to see the Arizona cardinals and La Rams. Drove from Salt lake city Utah. Supposed to be a fun trip.

Pros: I loved the manager! Ms. Pineda. Very friendly and lots of positive energy. I absolutely enjoyed speaking with her. I watched her in action making sure the guess were safe and had a good experience. The housekeeping staff was very nice and the rooms were very neat and clean.

Cons: 1. Homeless people/person(s) sleeping in the stairwells. With this happening, one must think where are these individuals relieving themselves? 2. The room is nasty. The kitchenette counter and cabinets are white with multiple dirty stains. To ensure the accuracy of this review I opened every door to the cabinets. The odor that emanated from the cabinet was nauseous making that cabinet unuseful. 3. The bathroom. No tub, only a shower that was already wet when I checked in. I discovered the shower has a leak that (one drip at a time) wet half the bathroom floor. For the amount of water that was on the floor, this leak had been leaking for many days. How long does it take to fill a five-gallon bucket one drop at a time? 4. The climate control device. Being held together with ducktape, the heating unit was unable to change the temperature in the room. Given my years of travel and the fact some lodging facilities limit their thermostats to temperatures below what I enjoy, I always carry an electric space heater. So my room is warm and dirty. 5. The bed. Upon visual inspection of the linen (burnt, torn, and who knows what else), I decided not to chance it. Again, my years of travel have thought me to carry my own emergency pack. My emergency pack consists of a large sheet of plastic able to cover a king-size mattress, two king-size flat sheets, and a blanket. 6. The laminate floors. Dirty. 7. The door. The deadbolt on the door can not be engaged. Although the deadbolt works when the door is open when the door is closed the deadbolt can not be turned. The lock is not aligned with the door frame. Bottom line: I know every hotel/motel can't be nice, but my recommendation is to spend a little bit more and lodge somewhere else or sleep in your car.

Cons: The trash piled up in the corners of the stairwell, the room was still dirty in in spots, when I went into the bathroom and turned on the lights. I was hit by the vent cover falling off the wall, the seat still had pee on it and there was no toilet paper.

Doir doesn't securely lock I had to constantly use the door stopper. I had an incident in which I told managment about and nothing was done about it I was never notifed or updated.

Cons: The entire place. The entire property was disgusting, the rooms on our level were being remolded and the hotel had stuff everywhere! My room didn't have a security lock, there were bugs on the bed, the room hadn't been cleaned, bathroom door wouldn't close because it got stuck on the toilet, and water started leaking from the bottom of the toilet after I flushed it.
