Cons: TV was a bit dated but it was OK

Cons: Wish they had a microwave in the room as well but they have ine in lobby for use

Cons: No free shuttle to the airport.

Cons: wifi was a little weak.

Cons: We stayed 2 nights and the did not clean the room the first night. I complained and they simply made note of it and apologized. The hall rugs are dirty and old and need to be replaced.

Cons: There was a stocking left on the floor from a previous guest.

Cons: Freezing cold in the room with no way to raise temperature except a small noisy portable radiator that had to run all night long to raise the temperature a few degrees. Shower was supposed to be separate from the tub but it was a regular tub/shower combo. We ran out of tissues because there was only a few in the box without a spare box.

Cons: They charge you for everything - They wanted me to pay .$50 a minute for the business center! If you come to this hotel and need to do work, bring your own laptop and be prepared to pay for the internet.

Cons: Expensive - but you get what you pay for!

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Beyond expectations.

Cons: A clogged drain in the bathtub, broken toilet, had to beg for extra towels and shampoo, unfriendly staff, no coffee, not even an ice bucket in the room.

Cons: Although an extremely expensive proposition, rooms/some older pieces within them need to be restored or refreshed. A little old looking.

Cons: Service and food in the one restaurant was not great

Cons: Kayak provided incorrect information in the search for the hotel. Kayak app stated that breakfast was free. However, when we got to the hotel we were told that was incorrect. After calling kayak customer service and being on the phone for 30min, we were ignored even after pointing out the issue . Hotel was great, kayak customer service 1/5.

Cons: Too old. Need refurbishing. Stained carpets, cracked ceilings, too many extension cords. Position of coffee maker hard to get to which makes making that morning cup a great hassle. Toilet we had in our bathroom was so close to the wall and door is in the way.

Cons: When we arrived, there was no power in the hotel. Of course this is not their fault, but we weren't even informed by the concierge when checking in, it was the teenage doorman who told us that there was no power. Not a great first impression. When they checked us in, they sent us to an occupied room which was absolutely mortifying. The next morning we woke up and noticed that there was a blood stain on the top sheet.. that was not from my partner or I. We immediately called and asked for the sheets to be changed, and informed them we were heading out for the rest of the day. When we returned back to the hotel hours later, the sheets had not been changed. Totally disgusting. The next morning my partner decided to stay in Ottawa one extra day, and wanted to stay in the room an extra night (it was close to everything and his stuff was already there). When we went downstairs to pay the extra charge, they took an ADDITIONAL deposit. Totally ridiculous as they still had a deposit from the first two nights. Definitely would not stay here again! The location was great but there were far too many issues.

Cons: None of the dining options were very affordable, and breakfast is not included.

Cons: Needs to be more clear about parking. Is there a valet stand? Do we leave everything with the desk? Wasn’t clear on arrival.

Cons: The staff could not speak French. The room was obviously cleaned too fast the bed was poorly made and the bathroom was a bit dirty. There was a lot of dust on the furniture. There was no terrasse and no pool. There was no recycle bin in the room. The strong chemical perfume in the lobby.

Cons: The limitation in variety of food at the restaurant.

Cons: Lack of curtain or window screen. Only a blackout shade was available so either your window was open for two very close buildings to peer into or your room was dark. Also the hotel was a little worn and the carpet needed a shampoo.

Cons: To expensive for what it was short staffed at restaurant Was not told about a 3% destination fee whatever that is.

Cons: The room was small. Too small for two queen sized beds. The free breakfast was disgusting. How do you screw up scrambled eggs and hashbrown? Too much salt on the hashbrown and none in the eggs. There was not enough towels provided in our room. They knew a family of four would be in the room and they gave us two towels. We asked for more so they gave us one more. I was not impressed at all and we will not stay there again.

Cons: when i first got there the lady at the front wasn't the friendliest and after the second time dealing with her i got upset. that's no way to spend time in a hotel.

Cons: The hotel is pretty far from downtown and sites of interest, but it's also a nice, quiet location with easy access to the highways so that's the trade-off.

Cons: First impression.The receptionist was very rude and not co operative guy.
