Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Many also highlighted the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff, particularly at the reception and in the breakfast area. Cleanliness was another positive aspect, with several guests noting that their rooms and common areas were well maintained. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds were mentioned as well, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, some guests expressed dissatisfaction with outdated facilities, small bathrooms, and occasional issues with payment policies, noise, and amenities like the pool being closed. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.

Pros (+) The front desk staff was very accommodating with water throughout our stay. The room was cozy and the soap/shower gel/shampoo has a great fragrance if you're into that kind of thing. Quiet area at night but close enough to walk to anything you would want to see. Bonus is free weekend street side parking for eagle eyed visitors.
Cons (-) The bed wasn't as comfortable as I've experienced in past; old spring style which felt lumpy at times. The AC unit was loud if used.
