Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests mentioning positive interactions and attentive service. Many found the rooms and beds comfortable and clean. However, noise from air conditioning and thin walls was a common complaint, and some noted that the hotel is older and undergoing renovations. Overall, the positives of location, service, and comfort outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
