9,1 Excellent
Pros: Great family environment.
Cons: The facilities could use some updating
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Kids activities.
Cons: No food options, not close to restaurants, desolate location with crickets in rooms.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, beautiful grounds, very friendly staff (front desk was great), great poolside food (coconut shrimp was delicious),multiple pools, plenty of chairs, nice beach towels, room had super comfortable beds and pillows, great golf course view.
Cons: Had a very nice experience at this property.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The clean, private and serenity of the resort property!
Cons: I didnt dislike anything about it! It was a wonderful experience in Palm Springs and close to the Joshua Tree.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious
Cons: Room wasnt completely ready during check in at 5pm. The loud air dryer for the carpet was still on.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The amenities! We didn't have to leave the resort. They had restaurants, pool, gym, golf, market.
Cons: We had a great stay.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great condition.
Cons: The only thing I have to say is a pest control. When my family checked in the first room, my wife found a young roach in the hand washing tub. She was very scared at a bug then we requested to move. The front dest staff was very kind and changed the room. At the second room, I found a baby roach in the bath tub. It was totally different building. That means they might have some problem to do the pest control. When I walked out to the swimming pool on next day, I saw a dead roach on the road. Even though everything was really nice and awesome, I have to say about the pest control.
6,7 Good
Pros: We always stay at the same place and we’ve stayed here about 15 times. Maybe more. We come here because of the huge rooms. But his time our villa was much smaller than usual.
Cons: There were bugs everywhere! We complained and the girl at the front desk said they were “cute insects indigenous to the area”. Bugs in the dining room, bathroom and kitchen will never be “cute”. Like I said, we stay at the same place every time we come - at least once a year. If this bugs are so indigenous then why have we never seen them before.

Cons: No room service
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location. Updated and renovated rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great bathroom layout. Kitchens small but very well equipped. Pools and grounds are clean and easy to use. Great shuttle service.

Pros: Nice staff and nice location. Pretty Moroccan vibe. Nice warm pool.
Cons: Very few plugs in rooms. One plug fell out of the wall and took the plaster with it. Inconvenient that there is no wine available onsite or light fare in the evenings.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place !! Candlelight ! Sweet smelling sheets ! The pensione cat! Free yoga !
Cons: Charmingly a bit run down - no bar ( but also a plus - we saved $$)

Cons: if I had to get picky toilet placement in my bathroom change other wise perfect hotel
7,0 Good
Pros: Korakia, is a very unique and quirky accommodation. The location is lovely at the base of the mountains, and the staff could not be more helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. It's close enough to the main downtown area to walk, although we utilized UPBER for some restaurants. My wife and I consider ourselves a pretty adventurous couple, and don't particularly like "cookie-cutter hotels" regardless of the star rating. The old-time movies outside in the evenings, projected against a wall, were fun and unique. The pool was heated and refreshing, there were ample deck chairs, and the grounds were lovely with special evening botanical lighting. On the down side, our "bungalow" had some issues. There was no space to store any luggage or personal belongings. A tiny dresser was in keeping with the design theme, but small and impractical, and there was no real closet to hang clothes, just some hangers on the wall by the entrance to the bathroom. The furnishings were in keeping with the theme, but not very comfortable, while the kitchenette was basically just for coffee or tea. For over $1,200 for 3 nights, to have to live out of a suitcase on the floor, while having to bring two wicker chairs in from outside to sit in the main room, was not what I had expected. The bed was very comfortable, but so high off the floor, that one had to sort of "hop up" on it to get in. Lighting throughout was very, very dim. I admit we had travelled to Palm Springs during a chilly time, wanted peace and quiet, so by necessity spent a fair amount of time inside. I guess most people would normally stay outside for the vast majority of their visit, using the bungalows only to sleep or change. The heated pool was nice, the grounds were lovely. A "going back in time feel" to the whole place. It wasn't that we had a "bad time," it just felt over-priced.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: excellent, but unusually cold outside so a lap blanket would've been nice during breakfast
Cons: we are older so a grab bar in the bathtub would have been good for safety--tub a bit hard to get in and out
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the breakfast, the setting and the vibe were great. Our first room lumminus was a bit small. The place is beautiful but very rustic and it is like going back in time. No tvs , the record player was great. It was cold so we will have to go back in spring or summer to get into pool
Cons: Lummunis room was small and with queen bed. Thessely room was great king bed and larger room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Swam in hot pool under the stars!
Cons: Could hear neighbors once or twice

Pros: This place is truly a hidden gem. It's right smack in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, so you can walk everywhere. They provide really nice bicycles also if you rather use them to explore. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The pool area is a favorite of mine. You are able to order food and drinks from the pool as well. Complimentary happy hour from 4 to 5 everyday with beautiful cheese board. Complimentary continental breakfast. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and all the other guests while I stayed were very nice as well. This place really did have great vibes and an incredible atmosphere. My Wife and I had such a great relaxing time here. We will be staying here again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, no phone calls poolside and no kids.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room and very comfortable. Loved all the mid-century features and that hotel was adults only. Breakfast was of a good standard and some lovely personal touches like happy hour and the playlist selection poolside, a step back in musical time. Hosts very obliging. Easy parking outside. An ideal spot for some R&R. Would stay here again.
Cons: No issues
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Great decor, simple yet quiet common areas. Loved the complimentary orange/lemon water everywhere and very comfy poolside chaise lounges.
Cons: The lights outside our room are controlled by the hotel and are very bright. Woke me up at 2 am! These should be controlled by each hotel guest.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from the location to the service
Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice property, clean
Cons: The in-room dining and restaurant food was not good and I don't recommend. Also, the coffee machine in the room didn't work. The bathroom design not well thought out ... there was only one hook to hang towels.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all so wonderfully friendly, and the spa was fabulous. Our room was we equipped and the bed was very comfortable.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: The staff was outstandingly gracious. The spa was wonderfull,n and the staff excellent.
Cons: Ww would rate the food as mediocre. In particular, our $500 bill for 4 at The Edge Steakhouse was out of line for the quality of the dinner. The service matched. Upon returning to our room at 3 PM it has not been made up. Disappointing.
7,4 Good
Pros: Great location, layout is fantastic, adult pool is a great option, rooms were nice.
Cons: Definitely needs a boutique coffee shop for sure! Rooms were nice but glass shelf above Tv was completely dusty, patios should be swept daily as so much dirt and leaves build up and get tracked through room.
6,0 Good
Pros: Customer service was excellent.
Cons: Pools were small and cramped. Rooms smaller than expected. The member's lounge and service was excellent. Valet service and front desk was also excellent, parking overpriced.
10,0 Excellent

Cons: A bit expensive, room a bit small, no breakfast buffet
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location on top of hill. Friendly staff
Cons: No
6,0 Good
Pros: nice hotel
Cons: overrated, expensive, Edge restaurant is a show , it is not about the good food , served French onion soup, 75% was cheese and some bad boullon as the rest. Breakfast, different things send back, servants forgot my order, not what can be expected from this high end hotels, i was disappointed
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Your bell man Jim. Give that guy a raise. Probably the best service I have received ever.
Cons: This is a little picky. Your adult pool felt like a hot tub. Whatever your cooling system is doing, its not working very well. One last detail about the pool. Its the perfect situation for an infinity pool or at the very least some clean glass with hidden borders. It seems such a waste of the view to not do something about that dirty glass that you cant really see out of once you are in the pool.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Unfortunately, we had the most disturbing incidents with Nick Sommers, Guest Relations and Club Lounge Manager which resulted in basically ruining our Thanksgiving stay with the Ritz. However, thanks to leadership roles of Mr Chris Kapatais, Director of Operations and Mr. Eric Chung, Exec Asst Manager, Rooms & Residences, we were able to get through our stay there, albeit cut short and filled with tension. The property, other staff, mixology demonstration, dining, spa, shopping and hiking were excellent.

Pros: Beautiful unit, very comfortable with a little kid Pool is fun. I like the toddler and big pool combo, with a slide for parent+kid. Will probably come back.
Cons: I don’t like the paid parking. It’s ridiculous unless you would be guaranteed a spot in front of your unit. I also don’t like the timeshare presentation pressure. The last thing I need on vacation is a PowerPoint presentation.

Pros: We stayed in January and loved the heated pool and hot tub most of all. They were open 24/7. Really nice to jump in first thing in the morning and after a cold night out. They also put out candles and light up a couple of fires in the evening which was a cozy touch. The room was basic but had everything we needed.
Cons: This is very nit picky but the wall color is an uninspiring white. Except for that, everything was awesome and great value for the money.

Pros: The bed.
Cons: Folks like me - who use your service a lot - depend on your ratings system. You had this place rated at 9.6. The Ritz - down the street - is rated at 9.7. So I booked this place. It's a motel. No parking, no restaurant, no lounge, room smelled. Motel.
5,0 Okay
Cons: The feel in this hotel is at best 3 star quality. Way overpriced for what it is (I paid just about 300). The rooms are tiny the beds are not comfortable there is not even a proper lobby .. staff is ok for a three star hotel but not for a five star hotel.

Pros: Little details like soap and dryer sheets for the washer/dryer, a coffee/tea bar, lavender roll-on sample and sponge/dishwashing soap were nice touches that were very unexpected. Thank you!
Cons: When we arrived late back to the villas, we had lost our parking spot; didn't seem to be enough where we were located so we had to park in a distance parking area of another section of villas. Inconvenient and a little unsafe feeling.

Pros: Breakfast? I was unaware that breakfast was included?
Cons: The hours at the restaurant and bar during the week are challenged. Bar closes too early.

Cons: Broken hot-tub? Half the benefit of a mid-winter stay in Palm Springs is jacuzzi time and it's broken.
4,8 Okay
Cons: we called ahead to see if we could arrive early and use the pool they told us yes bu when we arrived we could not use the facilities!! Disturbed us with phone calls seeing if we needed anything after we checked in and they walked us to our room we felt very disturbed our whole stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The overall atmosphere and personal care / attention.
5,1 Okay
Pros: Property, location, and hotel itself was pretty good!
Cons: Management, reservations, very unethical business practices! Cross your fingers that you don't have to deal with management and can just get into the hotel without problems. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional or unethical privately owned hotel in my life... You have been warned! We were told we made two [2] reservations for the same days, guests, and would be responsible for paying for both even though it was a clear mistake on the hotels part. We are working through the credit card company now to turn them in!

Pros: The food at the restaurant was very tasty and the restaurant offered good variety
Cons: Room service repeatedly forgot parts of the order and at times, had to be contacted 3 times. The cleaning staff would not remove room service dishes even after the room was cleaned. Front desk forgot about a NYE information request- apologetic when reminded the following day. When asked about the linens for the sleeper sofa was told that it’s in the room though it was not and required yet another phone call. No direct line to In Room Dining because “they’re working on it.”

Pros: Pools, kids activity center, location. earlier check in was available for us but we understand not always.
Cons: Stains on sofa mattress, not enough activities for adults i.e. small Spa for massage or mani/pedi, lounge wine area, etc.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We attended a golf gathering of siblings and a nephew. The place itself is nice, well maintained, comfortable and unpretentious. The two bedroom unit had a full kitchen; the "studio" unit had microwave, fridge, china, coffeemaker and toaster. The rooms, building, grounds, and golf course were very well maintained.
Cons: I had one petty complaint. The handicapped shower was walk in, with a bump on the floor. But the shower curtain rod was of the bulge out type, so that water hitting the curtain fell outside the bump on the floor. The solution was to point the shower head to the corner. A little crowded.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Great rooms
Cons: We did not get our room until 40 minutes after check in time. The staff was notified we were tracking with a group and we were the only one family out of 5 that couldn't be farther away from our friends.

Pros: Super chill location with way more character than the "normal" hotel stays. Staff was awesome too
5,8 Okay
Pros: The pool and jacuzzi area are very comfortable in a fun, artsy atmosphere. The on-site restaurants they own have very good food and we enjoyed that aspect of staying at Arrive the most.
Cons: The hotel rooms very much emphasize style over function - no closet, no chest of drawers, no door on the shower. There are plenty of other boutique hotels for the same price or cheaper in the area that offer much more in terms of amenities and a true luxury experience.

Cons: No servers for pool guests. Long wait at bar

Pros: Location. Close to restaurants, Walmart, El Paseo shops. Next door to Arco, Jack in the Box, Starbucks. Across the street from Carls Jr , nail salon, massage and couple Italian restaurants and fast food. Quiet.
