Pros (+) The staff were helpful and tried their best to fix every problem my grandmother had, but the number of issues was staggering, even for a budget hotel. My nephew and I were not bothered when we sat in the lobby waiting for Grandma on multiple occasions.
Cons (-) Though the staff tried their best to assist my grandmother during her stay, there were an unacceptable number of problems. Their early check-in fee is BS if a room is already clean, especially if the room is booked for a week, waive the damn $25 early check-in fee just to show people that you're going to go above and beyond during their stay.
