Pros (+) Large spacious room. Friendly valet and desk staff. Good service in the restaurant and excellent recommendations for food nearby.
Cons (-) Had to leave car keys at the front desk twice because there was nobody stationed at the valet kiosk.

Pros (+) The decor is beautiful
Cons (-) The confusing name. CoNtract with hard rock hotel has ended, there is absolutely no need for Zozo to continue calling them hard rock hotel. That creates a confusing and very annoying dilemma. We thought we had booked the wrong hotel. We ended up looking for the address & did a lot of research on yelp by reviews. It’s not okay, they should not be under that anymore

Pros (+) The staff was friendly. Close to local shops.
Cons (-) First of all hotel is under new management and did not know until we arrived. It is no longer a Hardrock Hotel. We chose this hotel because of the name for our older children to enjoy. It was nice but little dingy and short staffed. A little disappointed

Cons (-) Valet stood and talked to each other for five minutes before coming to take our car, only one front desk agent with a line of 10 people, rooms weren't clean, listed as a mountain view and our view from the balcony was two big trees and a run down business in the back. Hallways smelt like marijuana.

Cons (-) I have stayed here before a couple times. I feel that the rooms have seen better days, it was dingy and I didn't care for the way it was kept up. mildly disappointed.

Pros (+) Great location to all downtown shops and restaurants. Can walk from hotel to all of the local shops. Staff are always on queue and ready to help.
Cons (-) Rooms are nice but not very sound proof. Had to change rooms after next door family made so much noise. But staff handled it very professionally. Can also hear outside noises a little too well.
