Pros (+) It had a walk in bathroom, and a small closet with a safe and hangers for your clothes, the room itself was very clean as was the bathroom and the water actually worked. The air unit was perfect too, I like my room cold and that’s what it gave me !
Cons (-) There’s a $100 deposit that wasn’t stated online nor at the front desk. They asked to see the card I used to pay for the hotel online and ended up swiping it, taking $100. I didn’t notice that until I looked at my banking app and saw that I was missing money. I called and asked if I would be getting my money back and they said it usually takes a month, and a lot of reviews have said that they stil...

Pros (+) The hotel is rather close to coachella. It's comfortable as a 100/night business hotel.
Cons (-) We paid more than 1200 dollars for four nights at this place because it was coachella weekend. This is the literal definition of price gouging which I realize is legal. The problem is if you're going to charge me like a 4-5 star Manhattan hotel I'm going to expect that level of service. The paint was peeling on the walls and the pillows were hard as rocks.
