Pros: Perrier & full ice bucket awaited our arrival, as well as a selection of hand picked goodies. Staff was very attentive.
Cons: Our trip was too short and we didn’t get to experience all of the restaurants and shopping nearby.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was spacious and private with a lovely view. The staff was exceptionally gracious and responsive. We especially liked the ambiance of the Breakfast Room and the Evening Reception ... there was a warm sense of community. We also liked the location, making it as easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment as to drive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place was perfect. it feels like big home not like typical hotel or resort. quite and peaceful time with nice mountain view. room was not that big but everything was thoughtfully prepared. i would like to visit this beautiful place again.

Pros: The breakfasts were superb - both in terms of food and ambience. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and thoughtful.
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It’s history and elegance even though our room wasn’t the best.
Cons: Our room was a little strange with the bathtub in the bedroom although some may claim that’s romantic. It’s more that they converted a lower room of an older grand estate into a rental bedroom. It still had charm but not in comparison to the other bedrooms.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating and the Inn as well as the grounds were charming, elegant and well-kept. Location is excellent and although it is within walking distance to dining and shopping, the property feels private and secluded.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable. The three course breakfast was delightful as well!
Cons: The beds were a little hard for my taste.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very quaint, quiet, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and willing to please. Nice pool and hot tub. Nearby restaurants were good to eat at. Bikes to borrow were great for a cruise about.
Cons: For a small boutique hotel, there really wasn’t anything I did not like.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Wonderful service from friendly owners. Cold beer and popcorn on arrival, wine happy hour around a fire pit. Heated pool and hot tub in lovely patio. Nourishing breakfast. Very fast wifi. What more could one ask for?
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Came here with the boyfriend and we had a blast. It was a bit further away from everything, and we just stayed at the hotel the entire time. We left once to get Chipotle. Definitely worth it for the price though. Great service and hotel perks! Would come back here for sure.
Cons: A bit of an older crowd, very quiet. No smoking on the premises! It's got a family vibe, so your neighbors know what you're up to.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owners obviously take pride in what they do and it shows. Very quaint place with great amenities! From the personal service of espressos in the am to the lavender sachet on the bed, this place was a find! Love the shower head, comfy bed, and fire place and pit outside. Thank you for thinking of everything! Also, checking on me when I missed my check in due to my delayed flight. Thanks for caring!

Pros: Charming ambiance
7,9 Good
Pros: Beds are very comfortable-place was clean. It's definitely a QUIET place-a bit too quiet-but our host was nice all in all- free bikes & drinks was cool. Bike tires need air
Cons: All in all it's very nice-only a couple of things: Jacuzzi time-was playing some low music with our speaker to drownd out the loud buzz noise coming from filters & was told to turn our music down-it was 4:50pm and it wasn't even loud-but we complied. And there were alot of ants crawling in our drinks & almost biting us. Need to put some Terro's out for pest control.

Pros: This was an amazing place place to stay! So beautiful & peaceful!
Cons: Nothing! Loved everything about it!

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The name says it all. It was a little paradise.
Cons: Popcorn for the microwave.
7,5 Good
Pros: Quiet location but near to restaurants too. Heated pool which is great if visiting in winter. Hikes easy to access. Only 9 rooms so friendly feel. Great bed, good facilities in room & breakfast delivered to your room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great place to stay in Palm Springs. It's in a quiet neighborhood, so the place is nice and quiet too. The room was very nice. I stayed in a Luxury King. It had a large bedroom with an electric fireplace, a full kitchen, and a double vanity bath with a full body shower. The bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby for 7.5 hours. I was surprised how late it was when I woke up. I'm a huge Elmer's breakfast fan, so having Elmer's a 10 minute walk away was totally bonus. I only met Judy, and she was terrific. I was here for less than 24 hours, but would definitely return for a longer stay.
Cons: In the short time I was there, it seemed everything was thought of. If I were there longer, I might find the lack of a dresser problematic. There are selves in the closet to put clothes on, so not totally dresser-less, but not as convenient as drawers. The location is good, about a mile from Ramon Road and Palm Canyon Drive (basically the beginning of downtown from the south), nice if you want to get your steps in, but not great if you want to park your car at a property, forget about it, and have downtown a few steps away. I like both, but think I'd lean to staying at Little Paradise and get my steps in...all the way to Lappert's for ice cream everyday.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great property. Fabulous room. Great amenities.
Cons: Wish there was a hot tub.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fresh citrus fruit trees, comfortable bed, awesome shower head, kitchen area, immaculate pool and lounge area. Located in a lovely, quaint and quiet suburban area of Palm Springs.
Cons: Room was very clean but beginning to show slight wear on the flooring and wallpaper. I'd caution to say that this is due to constant occupancy because this hotel was pretty outstanding overall.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were welcomed so nicely. Pool and lounge chairs were excellent. Room accommodations were fantastic, clean, and amenity-rich. The salt water pool was refreshing. Great quiet location off the main drag, but close enough to all the action.
Cons: Nothing - it was great
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property! Quiet, classy, comfortable! One of the best. The continental breakfast I thought might be less than ideal, but we were very happy. The bathroom and kitchen area far exceeded all expectations. Would definitely recommend!
Cons: Ate one croissant one morning. Next day, the second was still there, first was not replaced.

Cons: None
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Our room was next to the lobby and was loud starting at 6:30am.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The downside is the breakfast - basic cheap pastries and the worst coffee - that is some statement regarding coffee in America. Coffee however in the room is far better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quite property. Heated pools and exceptionally clean rooms.
Cons: I wish there were more hot tubs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is incredible— such charm, quiet, immaculate property, and the staff is friendly and goes above-and-beyond to make your stay great. They allow dogs, which is great, and there was a dog bed, bowls, and treats waiting for us in our room. The pool is amazing for lounging, and the on-property bar and restaurant (Del Ray) is a must-stop, even if you don’t end up staying at the hotel.

Pros: Comfortable bed, great location, quiet, catered to my pet.
Cons: Will eventually need some updating, especially the floor in the room but it in no way affected my stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in and it's easy to see why there is so much repeat custom. Jim was so helpful and friendly, with lots of good advice about Palm Springs. We had plans to do things but the venue was so lovely we ended up barely leaving it. The rooms are large with kitchens and a huge comfy bed. There is a private courtyard at the back of each room and it was lovely to relax and watch the hummingbirds. There is a lovely pool in the centre and a separate spa area. The whole place is very relaxing and there are some great extras such a Happy Hour which allows you to socialise with the other guests. Dogs being allowed was a real bonus for is. Parking is free and it is only a short walk to the main street which is full of shops and restaurants. A truly special place that deserves all the great reviews that it has.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My mom and I absolutely loved this chic hotel! I can't wait to come back with my daughter. It's all about the details...very thoughtful and just makes you feel so special. We loved the intimate pool area, happy hour when Jim, the owner, came around with a drink menu, to feeling safe with the doorbell to get in if you don't have a key. The colors of the room, to the tuft and needle mattress, it was sooo comfortable. We even got a free upgrade to the king suite. Each room has a kitchenette and an outdoor patio area that is private. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Breakfast was prepared in the main area, outside by the pool. Again, detailed! From soy milk, to almond butter, to marionberry jam...top notch! Thank you Jim for making our stay so special! He even accommodated an earlier check in due to coming in from out of town, but was arranged weeks in advance.
Cons: I can't say there was anything I didn't like.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great place with a fantastic host.
7,9 Good
Pros: Manager Jim was very kind and upgraded me to a king room. I liked the private patio. I appreciated having a designated smoking area. Good pool and jacuzzi open 24 hrs.
Cons: The air conditioner was loud.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Jim is a great proprietor and he makes you feel so comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel and my furry friend enjoys the love he gets upon arrival. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is great and most importantly, I have to circle back around to Jim's hospitality.
Cons: I don't have one complaint about this hotel.

Pros: Everything! Genuine '60's style and atmosphere, just wonderful. Fabulous pool, room, breakfast and hospitality. Wish we stayed longer...so we'll go back again!!
Cons: Absolutely nothing not to like, wonderful place!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The people here are great! Fun, super helpful owners. Kathy is sooo cool. The little kitchen in our room was perfect. Made breakfast and lunch and saved tons of money (they do offer a killer breakfast included in the price, but we usually had to get out early for desert hiking before it got too hot). The hot tub/cold plunge/sauna combo was a great way to start and end a day in the desert. The Monkey Tree is super close to town, 5 min drive max to the shops and cafes. Btw, our room was super cute.
Cons: Nada. Killer spot.

Pros: Nice staff and nice location. Pretty Moroccan vibe. Nice warm pool.
Cons: Very few plugs in rooms. One plug fell out of the wall and took the plaster with it. Inconvenient that there is no wine available onsite or light fare in the evenings.

Pros: Beautiful place !! Candlelight ! Sweet smelling sheets ! The pensione cat! Free yoga !
Cons: Charmingly a bit run down - no bar ( but also a plus - we saved $$)

Cons: if I had to get picky toilet placement in my bathroom change other wise perfect hotel
7,0 Good
Pros: Korakia, is a very unique and quirky accommodation. The location is lovely at the base of the mountains, and the staff could not be more helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. It's close enough to the main downtown area to walk, although we utilized UPBER for some restaurants. My wife and I consider ourselves a pretty adventurous couple, and don't particularly like "cookie-cutter hotels" regardless of the star rating. The old-time movies outside in the evenings, projected against a wall, were fun and unique. The pool was heated and refreshing, there were ample deck chairs, and the grounds were lovely with special evening botanical lighting. On the down side, our "bungalow" had some issues. There was no space to store any luggage or personal belongings. A tiny dresser was in keeping with the design theme, but small and impractical, and there was no real closet to hang clothes, just some hangers on the wall by the entrance to the bathroom. The furnishings were in keeping with the theme, but not very comfortable, while the kitchenette was basically just for coffee or tea. For over $1,200 for 3 nights, to have to live out of a suitcase on the floor, while having to bring two wicker chairs in from outside to sit in the main room, was not what I had expected. The bed was very comfortable, but so high off the floor, that one had to sort of "hop up" on it to get in. Lighting throughout was very, very dim. I admit we had travelled to Palm Springs during a chilly time, wanted peace and quiet, so by necessity spent a fair amount of time inside. I guess most people would normally stay outside for the vast majority of their visit, using the bungalows only to sleep or change. The heated pool was nice, the grounds were lovely. A "going back in time feel" to the whole place. It wasn't that we had a "bad time," it just felt over-priced.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: excellent, but unusually cold outside so a lap blanket would've been nice during breakfast
Cons: we are older so a grab bar in the bathtub would have been good for safety--tub a bit hard to get in and out
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the breakfast, the setting and the vibe were great. Our first room lumminus was a bit small. The place is beautiful but very rustic and it is like going back in time. No tvs , the record player was great. It was cold so we will have to go back in spring or summer to get into pool
Cons: Lummunis room was small and with queen bed. Thessely room was great king bed and larger room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Swam in hot pool under the stars!
Cons: Could hear neighbors once or twice

Pros: Fabulous! Walking through the glass doors into the center courtyard with a pool and 50's music playing was like being transported back to that wonderful time in Palm Springs history. The Social Hour gave us a chance to meet other guests and talk about plans, activities and other Palm springs activities. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING! It begins at 9am with a decadent fruit smoothie served in a champagne flute. Then there is the second course of fruit or something fabulous. The third course is the icing on the cake and gets you prepared for the wonderful day ahead. All of the rooms are named and themed. We were in Stagecoach with a wonderful view of the mountains. We loved this B&B and will stay there again and again.
Cons: Everything was absolutely fabulous. I do not know what may have made this any better because it was a perfect stay.

Pros: Couldn't be happier with choosing Dive for our Anniversary weekend!! We stayed 4 days and wish it was more! Usually at the end of a trip we're ready to go home, but not this time! The Beautiful grounds offer a number of comfortable & relaxing areas. Wonderful rooms are super adorable with amazingly comfortable beds. The owner Abdi and all the staff are so welcoming & attentive, they make you feel like family. The couples massage in the Orchard they arranged for us was incredible too! Waking up to delicious coffee & warm croissants was delightful! We loved the fact that there are a small number of rooms making for a quiet & peaceful surrounding. We actually toured a couple other boutique hotels in the area and Dive is hands down the Best Choice!! We can't wait to return for next trip to Palm Springs.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was fantastic!

Pros: Beautiful property with a really laid back atmosphere. An oasis of calm where you can chill out effortlessly. I booked for one night and ended up extending!

Pros: The attention to detail was spectacular; the number of reading nooks and day beds outnumbers the guest count (which is quaint, due to the limited rooms) so there is always a private place to call your own; the hot tub and heated pool are divine; the room smelled like fresh lavender; the bathroom has ambiance lighting and full size toiletries; multiple fire pits with very easy dial controls; beautiful grove with sunny day beds, citrus trees, fountains, and a gorgeous view of the mountains; many of the rooms have private patios with beautiful green walls and daybeds; very friendly staff that made it a point to remember your name or give you a recommendation around town - it felt like staying with a very rich, very stylish friend!!!

Pros: Loved the suite of rooms itself. Spacious, clean, even a gas fireplace. Have to mention the incredibly helpful staff. Our flight was delayed, and when we contacted the hotel, was extremely helpful. She and everyone made it all work! Lovely stay

Pros: We stayed in January and loved the heated pool and hot tub most of all. They were open 24/7. Really nice to jump in first thing in the morning and after a cold night out. They also put out candles and light up a couple of fires in the evening which was a cozy touch. The room was basic but had everything we needed.
Cons: This is very nit picky but the wall color is an uninspiring white. Except for that, everything was awesome and great value for the money.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Sleek modern decor, mid-century vibe, large well-appointed bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel when in Palm Springs.

10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very quaint, stylish ambiance of the Rat Pack Hollywood era. Enjoyed the private, one story enclosed building design, the tasteful color scheme, heated pool/spa and the classic music gently playing in the background. The room was fashionably decorated, clean and comfortable. Well worth the value!
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The bed.
Cons: Folks like me - who use your service a lot - depend on your ratings system. You had this place rated at 9.6. The Ritz - down the street - is rated at 9.7. So I booked this place. It's a motel. No parking, no restaurant, no lounge, room smelled. Motel.
5,0 Okay
Cons: The feel in this hotel is at best 3 star quality. Way overpriced for what it is (I paid just about 300). The rooms are tiny the beds are not comfortable there is not even a proper lobby .. staff is ok for a three star hotel but not for a five star hotel.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: not too big of a place and easy access. There was a friendly accommodating atmosphere.
Cons: The rooms felt a little open to the courtyard. Could use a little more privacy.

5,7 Okay
Cons: Broken hot-tub? Half the benefit of a mid-winter stay in Palm Springs is jacuzzi time and it's broken.
4,8 Okay
Cons: we called ahead to see if we could arrive early and use the pool they told us yes bu when we arrived we could not use the facilities!! Disturbed us with phone calls seeing if we needed anything after we checked in and they walked us to our room we felt very disturbed our whole stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The overall atmosphere and personal care / attention.
5,1 Okay
Pros: Property, location, and hotel itself was pretty good!
Cons: Management, reservations, very unethical business practices! Cross your fingers that you don't have to deal with management and can just get into the hotel without problems. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional or unethical privately owned hotel in my life... You have been warned! We were told we made two [2] reservations for the same days, guests, and would be responsible for paying for both even though it was a clear mistake on the hotels part. We are working through the credit card company now to turn them in!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was super friendly. Location was an easy walk to shopping and food.
Cons: Have to be out of the room by 11 am if you want housekeeping services. Also, super thin walls. Could hear everything both from room above and outside in the hallway.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: As close as you can be to the main strip. Staff very friendly & helpful. Champagne drink when you check-in. Free candy section. 21+ Adults only. Great fireplaces, pool/jacuzzi, & awesome views of the mountains. Another plus, across st. from casino.

Pros: The property is perfect with beautiful relaxing sitting areas with mountain views. The heated pool and hot tub with poolside bar and snacks will make it so you never want to leave. The candy bar is second to none and quite addictive.
Cons: There is nothing not to like. Maybe too close to world class shopping.

6,0 Good
Pros: The food at the restaurant was very tasty and the restaurant offered good variety
Cons: Room service repeatedly forgot parts of the order and at times, had to be contacted 3 times. The cleaning staff would not remove room service dishes even after the room was cleaned. Front desk forgot about a NYE information request- apologetic when reminded the following day. When asked about the linens for the sleeper sofa was told that it’s in the room though it was not and required yet another phone call. No direct line to In Room Dining because “they’re working on it.”

Pros: This is a sweet little hotel. We were only here for one night and I could have easily enjoyed a few more nights here. The room was spacious and comfortable- the bed in particular was great. The grounds are lovely and the staff was very professional and friendly.
Cons: The breakfast at the Purple Palm was just ok. I would try it again, as my daughter loved her food, so maybe I just miss ordered. The space itself is beautiful. Everything else was exactly as hoped.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Nice bed, clean place. But for me, the entire vibe of the place is now gone since the old owner sold and now it is under new management. Not nearly the fun place it used to be. Actually, quite dull and very expensive to boot.
Cons: It is just no longer a fun place to stay that you could meet nice, professional guys like it was in the past. Quiet empty and dull.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff Emily & Jenny were very nice, and accommodating. Such a wonderful staff there with excellent customer service skills. Ashley replied back to my text right away, and answered all of my questions before my arrival. The room was nice and spacious clean organized with beautiful robes and near the hot tub and pool nice lush garden near by. I also love the additional perks that they offer happy hour free courtesy Champagne so forth..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My friends and I were there for a quick getaway to celebrate a birthday. This hotel and the staff blew us away. When we arrived and walked through the gate, we felt like we were in a tropical oasis. The greenery and landscaping was gorgeous. We appreciated the music playing throughout the property; were relaxed immediately in that atmosphere. Emily greeted us and took care of us all evening. I truly appreciated her warm hospitality. She even had meal suggestions since we were not familiar with the area. We left reluctantly with a promise to ourselves to return for a longer stay the next time!
Cons: The only thing I can think of that was not outstanding was the parking situation. There was not much available, so it was a little scary parking down the street late at night.
7,0 Good
Pros: We arrived after hours but a staff member greeted us, checked us is and walked us to our room. Exteriors of property were cute - lots of ivy. Property is pretty quiet. Breakfast is simple, but nice that it's included. Rooms are spacious.
Cons: The decor in the rooms could be updated - some of the furniture looked pretty worn. The ventilation in the room & bathroom were pretty poor, so if you didn't keep the bathroom fan & A/C on at all times, the room would start to smell super muggy.
5,0 Okay
Pros: room is quiet and clean, bed is comfortable.
Cons: breakfast, it's the worst I ever had. Few mini muffin and some dry bagels, no hot meals (scramble eggs, sausage, bacon etc.).
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice breakfast
Cons: Husband could feel bed springs. He has a very sensitive back.
