the rental was not available despite being reserved several weeks in advance. I wasn't notified until the morning of the rental that they didn't have my reserved car so I cancelled the reservation and was told there would be a full refund. I then was refunded the money several days later except for a $100 cancellation fee they charge for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to (despite it being their fault) so I have to dispute the charge now with the credit card.
