Great prices however I included Insurance on the app but when I got there, it was not included in the price I got on the app so we drove around without insurance. On the app it asked if I wanted insurance and I checked the yes box.

our Chevy Malibu continually would not start up after it was parked several different times. The battery light showed low and don’t know if it was that or a mechanical problem. But it became a very big problem when trying to leave for the airport to catch my flight, which I was late for and created incredible stress throughout the whole process. the rental was not available despite being reserved several weeks in advance. I wasn't notified until the morning of the rental that they didn't have my reserved car so I cancelled the reservation and was told there would be a full refund. I then was refunded the money several days later except for a $100 cancellation fee they charge for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to (despite it being their fault) so I have to dispute the charge now with the credit card. Terrible customer service!
