Cons:The office is greatly understaffed and unorganized. I was there at my scheduled time (12:00pm) to pick up my rental and I didn’t leave the office until approximately 1:20. The employee had too many things going on and had to personally take the car to get washed. When I returned the car, there were several customers waiting to be helped by one employee. The employee asked who was returning a car, and myself and man raised our hands. She then told us to leave the keys and she would email our receipts (which I have yet to receive), and that we could go.Reviewed Jul 13 2020

The OutsiderPros:Car rental was a good value. Drop off, once I was actually acknowledged and helped ( after 10 minutes ) , was painless and quick.Cons:Took around 10 min to get acknowledged both picking up and dropping off. Employees were on the phone and passing by, but no eye contact was given. It was my first time renting a car and i didn't know the protocol. First I was told my cash couldn't be accepted, then when I produced a card, I was told to go get my elderly, disabled mother from the car and have her come in. Felt like I was unwanted there and made to feel not welcome.Reviewed Dec 21 2016

Long wait at drop-offPros:Person who checked me into car -- great guy. Friendly. Smiles. Smiles mean a lot.Cons:Took forever to drop-off car. Wanted to just leave the keys and GO! Instead, everyone and his cousin was in that office, including what appeared to be a group of foreign tourists. Their transaction MUST have made it into the Guinness Book of World Records for the l-o-n-g-e-s-t car rental transaction in human history. Good grief!Reviewed Nov 28 2016
