Enterprise didnt have the Van and no alternatives or solurions. They overbook there vehicles and dont have available when you arrive with your confermation appointment.. Bad business practices and Enterprise did this twice...

The employees were very courteous and friendly. The only problem I had was I did not receive the car I reserved, as their policy is you must give them a credit card rather than a bank card for a deluxe car. I thought that was ludicrous, as the bank card shows you have the money for the car. I had to settle for a smaller, less deluxe car. However it did serve its purpose and was comfortable. The return was easy, and my security deposit was refunded immediately. I would definitely rent a car from them again.

Ease of renting was ideal, upgraded car due to availability, very nice and informative employees. Would definitely book again with Enterprise.
When I went to get the car they raise $30.00 After 2 Hours there they fix it the car was filthy I went to Lax return the car they gave me recived then later they sent me different invoice Explaining the wind shield has problem,they charge me $100.00 Extra. That ridicules. I am not happy never recommending Hertz to anybody. Best Regards:Steve Rejali
