Pros: Room was amazing the best night's sleep I've had in ages. The bed was enormous and the room was beautifully decorated. The bath was just a wonderful touch. Will be returning.
Cons: What's not to like
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, lovely decor, fab food.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast, like dinner was excellent, freshly cooked, high quality. You have a selection form you fill in the night before, not a problem to me. Room beautiful decor, quiet, clean, well equipped and a big desk.
Cons: If I could make one criticism it would be the strength of the guest wifi in Room 2, in the bar it was good, but the room struggled to get any wifi at all. Phone signal is not good in the area so you need the wifi to make calls.
7,0 Good
Pros: great staff and great rooms
Cons: after 11pm you can't get access through front door which is difficult as you need to go up a fire escape overpriced for what it offers - should be cheaper rate
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous place to stay surrounded by lovely countryside and lots of lovely walks. Staff super friendly, great food and great breakfast. All round great value for money. If you are in the area don't stay at a big chain hotel - stay here!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location, room was perfect!! Loved having a bath in the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second visit to the Percy Arms and the whole experience, both times, has been great. From the oh so comfy beds and indulgent toiletries to the amazing food and friendly service - everything has been thought of to create a relaxing, calm and cosy atmosphere. We are sure to be back again sometime:)
Cons: We liked everything:)

9,3 Excellent
Pros: Large room, quality accoutrements, and solid service both in the evening and for the morning's breakfast. Tasty food, too!
Cons: It was quite warm in the room until the middle of the night, but thereafter, it was pleasant.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant staff, clean, attractive room, interesting dinner menu
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were cheerful and courteous. The food was excellent and interesting. There was a good range of cask beers which were all kept well. There was a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout and the décor was well coordinated and thought out.
Cons: Whilst the room was well cared for and nicely decorated. some of the soft furnishings could do with refreshing

Pros: Everything was just perfect! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The decor, service, food etc are superb
Cons: I think for a £400 suite breakfast should be included
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cool calm foyer, warm efficient courteous concierge. Lovely polite receptionist, he was very helpful. Fantastic room. Nice welcome message left on the Tv screen. Good selection of movies for free. Comfortable bed. comfortable robes and slippers.Spotless toilet & bathroom. The room was so well prepared that for the first time, I used hotel towels and didn't get an itch as they must have been laundered with mild detergent. Ironing board and pressing iron in room. A nice selection of tea and great tasting coffee with a kettle and cafetiere in room. Nice cookies in the room. A good number of electric socket points. Easy to control air-conditioning. Helpful room service. Lovely affordable meal and midnight snacks. Breakfast was to die for. Considerate well picked staff living the hotel's vision. Will definitely return. Scored extra points with my wife and will return with the kids. Should definitely be rated 5-star
Cons: No fridge or bar in room
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Huge, comfortable bed. Lovely restaurant and bar areas, with really good selection of food and drink. Friendly staff. Great decor.
Cons: Nothing.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, good parking, excellent room, Comfortable bed
Cons: Restaurant menu not great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A very differently styled hotel with an aeronautical theme, well carried out. Incredibly clean, well appointed rooms. Efficient air-con. Great staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Nice little touches with robes and slippers.
Cons: Leaving it.......
9,3 Excellent
Pros: They had thought of everything you would need in the room. All the furnishings were chosen with care. Very little sign of wear and tear. The staff were very friendly, well trained and professional. The food was excellent - evening buffets for weddings can so often be disappointing.
Cons: The styling was too masculine for me. Really disappointed that a 10% service charge was added to our drinks bill without our knowledge or agreement. Since when are you expected to tip someone serving at a bar in a wedding reception? I'm sure our friends paid more than enough for the wedding package. Left a very poor feeling about what had been a very pleasurable experience up to then.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean bathroom. Lovely waitress in the 1-11 cafeteria serving excellent piping hot food.
Cons: Rubbish pillows. Went as flat as a sheet of paper after 5 minutes. Ended up with 3 under my head. Bed not very comfortable either. The hairdryer filter was full of fluff. Electric vehicle rechargers not compatible with my 2015 Mitsubishi. Both were Tesla standard plugs. Some staff appeared a bit snooty but Chloe on reception this morning was sweet.

9,5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and great to have an outside area to sit and enjoy the evening sun! Had dinner at the hotel which was excellent and a superb breakfast too!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The whole Hotel is very nicely decorated and has many comfortable benefits including the honesty bar and comfy seating area. The restaurant looked beautiful although we didn't eat there the menu looked very good. The garden view from it was very pretty and everything well maintained to a high standard. The staff we encountered were very helpful and well mannered. Checking in and out was pleasant. On check-out we were asked how our stay was. The young man took all our comments in good grace as it was meant. Constructive critism for the hotel owner to consider for some improvements. The cost of the stay was very reasonable compared to others in the area and was convenient for Guildford.
Cons: The hotel as a whole was very nice.. However we stayed in room 5 which is under a first floor room which has extremely squeeky floorboards. This room also backs onto a staircase. Both these facts made for a very noisy stay late at night, through the night and in the early morning. Perhaps most other rooms here would not suffer this fate. The pillows and mattress did not have protectors on them which they should do. Both for hygiene and the hotel's mattress longevity. Some of the furniture was badly marked... Placemats for tea cups would prevent that. There is the floorspace for the bed to be moved over. The bathroom door opens onto the end of it causing a hazard. Finally the hot water in the sink is scalding hot, being set so high that its causing the tap fitting to swell and sieze up making it difficult to turn off. We didn't use the "cool" shower bit it looked good!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel at a great price ! Would have stayed longer!
6,8 Good
Pros: Kind and helpful people.
5,5 Okay
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Very small room and noisy walkway outside the door

10,0 Excellent
Cons: Verry good
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, nice shower head, clean and modern room. Liked the ability to make coffee and tea and the fan was nice. Staff was very kind. Beautiful hotel and location. Happy to come back here.
Cons: Just two minor things: towels smelled funny and the shower didn't get really warm.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: If I am working in Guildford again I will 100% stay here. I had to do a rush check-in to make dinner in the town and the staff were great. This venue is clean with a modern feel. It is close to the station (4 mins) and has a nice honesty bar if you need to relax once you are back.
Cons: No complaints.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Bottled water provided in the rooms. The fried eggs at breakfast were some of the best I had when staying away
Cons: More milk could have been provided in the room
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service good location just 7 minutes walk from train station. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Shower was a bit hard work. The shower head would only point towards the shower door.
7,5 Good
Pros: Excellent location with nicely decorated and very clean rooms.
Cons: The double room we had was extremely cramped yet classed by the hotel as a "deluxe double".
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Liked the location, bed comfort and quietness. Shower was so powerful, great!
Cons: Had to change rooms due to sink not working properly. Staff member was very helpful and sorted the issue immediately. New room was nice though.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Quality products for breakfast
Cons: Very noisy and very tiny room - make sure you don't book a room overlooking the road which is very busy and noisy. No en suite bathroom. No flexibility of reception staff when asked to change the room - I was offered a room upgrade for 45 pounds (!!!).
6,3 Good
Pros: The hotel has been recently refurbished and was clean. It did have good parking and friendly staff.
Cons: Small hot single room on the ground floor with a large window which would be easy to climb in from the outside. A noisy road outside. The bathroom was private away from the room along a main corridor with a heavy fire door in between and a noisy door to the bathroom. You could hear the plumbing, doors and people talking.

Pros: Very friendly with excellent service. Good breakfast in the morning, made exactly what I wanted.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO OTHER PEOPLE - NICE PLACE!!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: On my arrival I was upgraded from a single room to a double free of charge. The room was lovely, had everything you could want, extremely comfy bed, powerful shower and a brilliant breakfast. The private parking was a bonus too, I loved the hand made pottery which was subtly up for sale, such a nice touch. Despite it having quite a few guests during my 3 night stay I always had a parking space and never once heard any of the other guests making any noise. The squirrel pub 2 minutes down the road does amazing food for a evening meal too. It was the cheapest in the area that I could find and easily found (and I'm useless at finding things). Overall it was faultless, I really enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back if I'm down that way again, thankyou so much!
Cons: If I'm being picky maybe hot chocolate sachets in the room but that's a personal thing - struggling to think of things that wernt perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent for the places I wanted to see. Martin the host was excellent, couldn't do enough to help & make my stay most enjoyable. Breakfast was served exactly how I like it. Even freshly made porridge!

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely historical hotel with quaint bedrooms. Lovely big bathroom with bath and shower. Tea making facilities and bottled water. Enough room to hang clothes and shelves and drawers for clothes. Bill's restaurant very good. I'm on a special diet and they were very accommodating. They have special menus for people with allergies.
Cons: Could do with some refurbishing, particularly carpets. More staff, no-one on reception a few times. Had to ring for receptionist.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location is awesome
Cons: Terrible water pressure in the shower - a hot trickle
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Staff all extremely helpful and kind...lent us a big umbrella when it rained on our parade! Looked after our luggage, gave helpful driving advice and booked a table for dinner for us.
Cons: noisy fans are a perennial problem in some rooms
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Location and large rooms
Cons: Noise from street first thing in morning ... it was summer so windows were open
7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast @ bills was very nice, have to pay separately though
Cons: Had room on 1st floor right above narrow alley. Was very noisy late at night with people walking through alley and talking loudly. Next morning glass / bottle container was emptied @ 6am causing a lot of noise and waking me up
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great and the suite was spacious. Staff were very friendly and informative.
Cons: It was quite dusty with cobwebs and we encountered 4 spiders in one day. Very noisy if windows are open.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location character and ambiance. Only 1 night wish it was more.
3,7 Mediocre
Cons: Room overlooking High Street very noisy all night, More like sleeping in a train shunting yard. Because it was very warm weather the only choices were to close the windows and bake or open the windows and be bombarded all night long with the High Street noise.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Comfy bed. Nice spa facilities.
Cons: Complete lack of customer service on check in, the person checking us in had no interest, I asked for a shoe polishing kit or shoe shining service, they pretty much scoffed. Room overlooked a building site and above a club which had loud thumping music until 0100 hrs. Phoned reception they just said there was a night on and nothing they could do. On check out the person had no idea what day it even was. Pricing in the restaurant seemed sporadic, some things were reasonable others weren’t. Breakfast was overpriced given my partner only wanted a slice of toast and we had to pay for the continental buffet to get that-£12. Ordered poached eggs for lunch, they were hard through, well over-very cheap price though. Burger was good-But expensive. Although we stayed on the weekend we couldn’t use the spa without paying so only got to use it on the Friday good thing we arrived early.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of staff
Cons: Water pressure lower than I'm used to at home
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very close to the event we were attending. The bar in the lobby was "hip" and the hotel was very nice and upscale.
7,5 Good
Pros: The breakfast choice was amazing!!
Cons: Our room was disappointing as it has a disabled bathroom so no bath !! I asked the man on reception about it and he moved us to another room!! Which strangely enough was the one we stayed in before! All ok in the end
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazingly friendly and helpful staff
9,3 Excellent
Pros: One of nicest hotels I have been into lately.
Cons: Wifi quality. VPN refused to work with it. If you are traveling for work that can be quite annoying.
7,5 Good
Pros: The Gym is excellent The location is ideal friendly staff
Cons: The breakfast buffet location is not attractive. It looks like a temporary solution in the alley. I also miss bananas and berries. At the time of the Radisson this was much better organised and the choice was much larger and better presented.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Air con was great, big bathroom and comfortable bed
Cons: Staff a bit stuffy at night, came home from a wedding and wanted to have some food but was made to take it to our room...the hotel was empty
7,0 Good
Pros: The hotel has an outdoor area for drinks and a large bar.
Cons: The rooms were very dated which was quite a surprise as the photos made them look very nice. The room rate is too high for what you get, either breakfast needs to be included or the rate reduced considerably. Charging guests £10 to use the pool at weekends is absurd.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming staff, clean hotel clean bed sheets towels bathrooms, beautiful spa , jetty restaurant
Cons: Bigger swimming pool
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely interiors in a modern hotel. Bed very comfy and very clean.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location and style of property was very nice with beautiful surroundings.
Cons: Disappointed with the food especially the breakfast. We had to wait for food to be replenished, lack of glasses, run out of cups and all the food seemed to be over cooked or dry. The layout of breakfast is very crammed with the lids on the hot trays having nowhere to go when you were helping yourself. For guests who just wanted to grab a juice which was placed in the corner of two tables it was causing lots of congestion and frustration. A different layout which would be more spacious would be better.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location with lovely gardens to sit in . Room was very comfortable and clean .
Cons: We were told they weren’t doing cocktails as there was a wedding on that night . Disappointing, particularly as there was no queue at the bar . The barman did eventually make us one but it seems a strange policy .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good value and beautiful house and grounds. Staff very friendly. We were only there for one night to go to a party.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and clean just perfect.
Cons: Nothing
4,3 Okay
Pros: Beautiful grounds, lovely countryside hotel and very peaceful.
Cons: Considering the price and a 4**** hotel, no air con in my particular room. No fridge or even a complimentary bottle of water. Shower had mould in the corner and the staff who were working on the 2nd August 2019 were so rude, no customer service. And unfortunately my friend whose wedding we were here for, prepaid and booked the bridal suite to only find out when we arrived they gave the bridal suite to someone else! No apologies from the hotel, 1 bottle of complimentry prosecco (not even champagne) and were not accomodating. Unfortunately what is a beautiful hotel needs a lot of work and focus on organisation and customer service.
7,5 Good
Pros: Beautiful grounds
Cons: There wasn’t air conditioning in our room so it was very warm.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds. Quiet location but within easy distance of Guildford and Godalming.
6,5 Good
Pros: The gardens are lovely
Cons: No one in charge, dirty lunch, dinner and glasses left outside causing wasps. Breakfast buffet very average and not replenished until we asked. Had to ask for toilet roll for the room....
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place in lovely grounds. Room perfect with lovely comfortable bed. Nice little luxuries like L’Occitane shower gel etc.
Cons: My breakfast was abysmal. Had Eggs Benedict and it tasted like a whole pot of salt had been tipped in the hollandaise sauce and the poached eggs were almost raw. Sent it back and asked for scrambled eggs mushrooms and tomatoes. Eggs tasted burnt, mushrooms were small bits all shrivelled up and dry and only one half raw tomato. Didn’t eat it. Spoilt the whole experience. They did knock £15 of the bill after I asked them to but no apology.
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel was lovely and so were the ground
Cons: Radiators were on in the rooms all night on the hottest weekend of the year! Need to provide fans if possible

Pros: not crowded, good pool, helpful check-in staff assisted with suitable room, housekeeping lady very helpful with sofa-bed etc.
Cons: awful piped music, especially in lunch restaurant...some retarded entertainment management thinks we deserve tedious pop pumped at us all through lunch. Note: Dear Idiot in Charge, People are grown-ups and would enjoy a quiet conversational lunch without shouty pop divas or whining singer/songwriters...piped music is SO dated nowadays. If this intrusion persists we won't book again.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff seem to make the effort. Good size room.
Cons: View was of swimming pool roof and could hear air conditioning unit even with window shut.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here for the Farnborough Winter Half in January, for which it is perfectly placed around the corner. Check in is an easy and automatic process though staff are on hand to help if needed. The hotel has an in-house pub, restaurant, gym and pool. I didn’t use the latter two so cannot comment but the restaurant was nice enough with polite, attentive staff and decent food. The pub is quite large with the standard selection of ales and beers and plenty of places to sit. The rooms are quite spacey, functional, business like but better than some five star hotels that I’ve stayed. Clean and tidy, no complaints there.
Cons: The shower head should be able to go higher than it does. I’m not the tallest person in the world but I had to stoop to get underneath it
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Food was good and staff very pleasant and helpful. The shower was excellent.
Cons: Room cups were not cleaned each day , we had to wash them out to make tea.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Nothing to like or dislike usual plastic hotel

Pros: Great location near the aerodrome, easy to find and it did feel nice, clean and modern.

Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable
Cons: A bit noisy outside later into the evening
6,3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was okay
Cons: This is a Gym with a Hotel attached - did not feel welcomed - Restaurant? Just a pub
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is great, staff superb offering top class customer service . However the hotel have decided that a sports bar/restaurant with television screens showing football on every wall is a good idea ....wrong !! I brought my family for a drink , it was like walking into weather-spoons ! Rough and full of what were clearly under age kids drinking alcohol. Which ever idiot came up with this idea should be fired !! We felt so uncomfortable we went outside. I had a bad nights sleep as kids we’re drinking outside swearing and generally being loud due to alcohol consumption. It is beyond belief that any hotel would add a sports bar to what really is a fantastic hotel . Shame as I will not stay there again !! Tom on reception was brilliant!!
Cons: The sports bar rough and full kids !!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Booked last minute and have always found Village Hotels to be clean, modern and with good amenities. Staff friendly on arrival and air conditioned room was much needed in the warm weather.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and so was the room and staff. I only got to stay the night and I got in late so I didn't get to explore but it was still beautiful :) I requested a late checkout via email and the communications were great, although I did get another email a few days later asking for payment which I was slightly confused about.
Cons: 2 things that aren't necessarily a dislike but was a little annoying. - You don't provide bathrobe which isn't major but would have been nice - I requested a late checkout for 1 pm and I was interrupted twice. Once at 10:15 am which I thought was quite early for room service and then again at 11:15 am or something.

Pros: not much
Cons: Bathroom to small and shower does work
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and welcoming
6,3 Good
Pros: Room extra hot, a desk fan was in the closet. Non English speaking staff. Not good for the handicap. Boring bar. Noisy, busy road. Breakfast not a full English breakfast. Warm water, orange juice, apple juice or milk. Warm! Blah!
Cons: Same as above!!
6,8 Good
Pros: When you are given a nice room the stay is fairly pleasant, the staff are very friendly and helpful and are a huge asset to the company. Decor is nice in the entrance and breakfast area.
Cons: This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I'm in two minds on whether I will stay here again. It's just the attention to detail is missing in terms of the maintenance and cleaning also the breakfast there is plenty of room for improvement, just a little more investment is needed to bring this general standards up. Examples all rooms should be at a good standard. I had ask for a different room because it looked run down. In the rooms look closely you may find old food splatter on walls. On the surface the place had great decor but when you are sitting in the breakfast area you can see dust and grime on the wood work, outside are fraying chairs that should really be kept out of the rain but are just left either by laziness or for the simple fact that the staff have nothing to cover them with. Gardening and fencing is in need of maintenance. So not nice to see when you are eating your breakfast and the breakfast is not cooked to a high standard mainly because of the standard of food they have to cook, the mushrooms are tinned fruit is tinned, hash browns seems old, There is no vegan option they don't do veggie sausages either. The second day me and my partner decided to go out and pay breakfast some where else rather then eat the breakfast that was provided with the room.
7,0 Good
Pros: The location was good & there was car parking available which was good. The breakfast was also really good and staff were also really friendly.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small and the water pressure for the shower and shower head was just so so low that it was so difficult to have a proper shower.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Fan was already in the Room. Good Breakfast.
Cons: No Buffet of Breakfast.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Bed room was clean and well presented. We got a warm welcome and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. No evening meal available but the receptionist directed me to a nice indian restaurant just across the road.
Cons: Shower wasn't working well and hot water wasn't hot.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel had lovely décor and felt cozy. The room was a lovely size and very spacious. It had plenty of furniture to store things in too.
Cons: The hotel didn't have any disabled parking. The Shower in the room was very noisy and didn't work brilliantly. The shower head holder did not hold the head properly and kept falling down pointing towards the floor, or it had to be pointed up[ towards the ceiling to be able to use the shower, without holding it. The water from the tap was warm and didn't have cold water. We had difficulties in communicating with the staff on a number of occasions due to the language barrier. We asked for more Coffee, milk and sugar for the room, and after a few attempts of her understanding what we was asking, said she would bring it up to our room, She brought up tea and coffee, but we didn't realise the problem until after she had gone back down as we didn't check it on its arrival. We had to use the fan due to the heat and we found it very noisy and it was difficult to heat the tv over it. The tv only went up to a certain volume of 30, so it was quite hard to hear it as the tv was over the other end of the room and the noise of the fan. At breakfast we a issue when asking if the coffee was refillable. The waitress didn't understand us. There were a few other little things too that made it a bit of a strain, But this was our 24th wedding anniversary, so we didn't want to let it spoil our night. Thank you
5,0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was OK, nothing special, not too happy with the chipped plate or the dirty looking sugar sachets.
Cons: The whole communal area and the room was stiflingly hot. The bedroom was dark and dated with a massive 4 poster bed, totally unneccessary!
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly. Lovely room. We had a four poster bed which was a great surprise. Check in hours and check out were generous. Breakfast was so nice
Cons: Run down in the garden.

7,5 Good
Pros: Great location in quiet area and close to high street. Good value for money. Very comfortable bed.
Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaner upon arrival. Found some hair in the shower from (presumably) previous guest. Room was quite small (really the bare minimum), but I suppose that is the room tier I chose and larger rooms are also available.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Good location - close to town centre facilities.
Cons: A little shocked that you have to pay £12 per night parking fee. This is not mentioned when booking. Expensive hotel given the limited facilities. A little tired in places - though the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet so I slept well. V small bathroom, but good shower. No lift so be prepared to carry your suitcase two flights of steep steps if on the top floor.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Staff very courteous and professional. The room a good size and clean.
5,8 Okay
Pros: . Restaurant was good.
Cons: Room tiny. Very hot and noisy overlooking car park.
6,8 Good
Pros: Staff were cooperative and pleasant. And I was able to print some documents as well. Also, the location is great!
Cons: Room was small. Bathroom amenities weren't replenished. They charged extra for late check-out by the hour, whereas most hotels will allow it for free if they have vacant rooms...

Pros: The Restaurant is fabulous. Best lamb ever...although, bad note, I forgot my pacmac and the morning after nobody knew about it...a bit odd considering the Restaurant is connected to the Hotel directly, but, my bad. Bearkfast very nice too. Lovely room, awesome bathroom.
Cons: Now, to have a TV on the far right side of the bed attached to the wall ( basically you have it parallel to the bed..) it is a bit odd, from where am I supposed to watch it, standing in front of it?
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location with lake and black swans was very nice.Breakfast was excellent, and a good choice .
Cons: Very poor reception for both WIFI and television,WIFi at some parts of the day was particularly non exsistant.Being in the room directly below what a appeared tone staff quarters, was a little noisy .

Pros: Large room with comfortable bed, a wet room shower was great and the extra touches on the compliments tray where appreciated. Extremely friendly and helpful breakfast staff where nothing was too much trouble contributing to a very pleasant stay.
Cons: Delivery door was opposite my room so was disturbed by noisy early morning deliveries, I know they have a job to do but could show a little more consideration to sleeping guests whilst going about their business!

5,5 Okay
Pros: Typical premier inn. Bed was comfortable and room had normal facilities
Cons: The room was unbearably hot despite having 2 fans. I could not even sit in my room for 10 mins when I arrived. Whilst I realise that it has been a really hot summer this year - this was week 4 if he heatwave. The staff were not helpful and no offer of even free ice water would have been nice. The restaurant next door was okay if you like to wait 45 mins for a pudding despite asking twice

Pros: Atmosphere, seating area. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Room was very cosy snd comfortable.

6,8 Good
Pros: As always I find premier Inns good value for money clean and comfortable.
Cons: Mine and other people's rooms overlooked major road works which continued rather noisely until 3.30am so I only had about 2 to 3 hours sleep not ideal for whatever i was going to do the following day. As it happened I had an early appointment at the local hospital.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff made you feel welcome would highly recommend and use again, and the breakfast was amazing everything you could think of.
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Prefer fresh cooked breakfast to hot buffet.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Premier Inn side of the business was absolutely fine as always. Comfy clean rooms and very polite reception staff
Cons: Attached to the property was a Beefeater public house and we purchased the meal deal package for 2 course evening meal and breakfast for 2 people. On arrival at the Beefeater things were very quiet however no bar staff on duty or visible and empty glasses and plates on many tables:( After a few minutes a team member arrived and we ordered drinks. There were no menus available on the tables and we had to ask for these. When the starters arrived they were very nice but sadly once finished we were left with dirty plates until the main course arrived. I had ordered a mixed grill which was cold so sent back to the kitchen and by the time a replacement arrived my wife had finished her meal:( so again not happy. The replacement this time was hot however the steak was not cooked to what was ordered so the whole meal was returned once more. All in all a very poor experience on a quiet evening. Breakfast the following morning was equally poor as the buffet was cold and staff were probing food with 1 probe ( Meat and Veg etc) not good to see for a vegetarian of which my wife is! Also breaches health and hygiene regulations. On complaint I was told fresh food was been cooked but would be a few minutes I don’t understand why it was left out if it was cold. All in all a very disappointing stay and not a good end or start to 2 busy days.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast was cold, as were the plates
6,8 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, as usual in Premier Inns. Room was clean & warm.
Cons: On turning on the bathroom light, the fan in the bathroom started up immediately & it was the noisiest fan we have ever encountered on our travels. As a result when one of us got up in the night to use the bathroom, the other was woken up abruptly. The Beefeater restaurant/bar was cold, soulless & the waitress serving our evening meal was hurried, practically throwing my meal on the table.
7,5 Good
Pros: Knew what to expect with a premier inn -comfortable and clean
Cons: Strange location -shower pressure could have been better
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice with comfortable bed
Cons: The service was poor no telephones in the room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and modern looking, everywhere smelt fresh and the room was spacious and had more amenities than we were expecting for the price
