Pros: An absolutely amazing place! Sarah (the host) greeted me upon arrival with tea and scones, and was very friendly and accommodating. She was easily available at all times, and was extremely helpful during my stay. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, with all the facilities you'd wish for. Very quiet, wonderful views. I had my pick when it came to breakfast as well. A real home from home, would wholeheartedly recommend!

Pros: Very well presented hotel, one of the nicest I have stayed in within this price bracket. Stayed 2 nights then returned 2 days later for 1 more night. I did however notice that the top floor rooms are slightly less impressive than the 1st floor but a minor point.
Cons: Carpark to entrance is a long walk with heavy bags.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional hotel staff beyond brilliant
Cons: Nothinh
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff at the sky bar were incredibly friendly; even though it was at a very busy period with lots of customers they always managed to take your order and make your drink within a short timeframe. Concierge greeted me whenever I renentered the building, and generally made my stay there even more welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel, and will be definitely staying there on my next visit to Farnborough.
Cons: Food at the sky bar can take a while to arrive (had to wait about 30 minutes for a toasted sandwich), but overall the food was very nice.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Afternoon tea was tasty. In general the hotel and room looked impressive and were well maintained.
Cons: Tried to double charge at checkin (despite having pre-paid online), also happened when my Mother and brother-in-law checked in. One room booked (non-smoking) absolutely stank of smoke. Just used air freshener. Afternoon tea - tried to double charge me, despite gift vouchers. Spa service didn't have enough forms for everyone. Limited manicure options (very basic indeed). Tried to double charge me on checkout, took 20 minutes! Internet connection/TV very unreliable and slow. Gave up.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic attentive staff, loved the cleanliness of everywhere, reception and public areas, rooms, bathrooms, restaurants all very well kept
Cons: Minor issues, Only one towel to use for my stay, no slippers or dressing gown, fridge in the room would of been very useful,

Pros: Clean, classy, contemporary. Friendly staff. Good attention to small details which add up to much.
Cons: I dislike a service charge already on the bill.

Overview Reviews
Located in Guildford, The Percy Arms is in a rural location, a 1-minute drive from Surrey Hills and 7 minutes from High Street. This inn has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room, comfortable and not overpimped. The rooms have a back exit to the car park with a key, which is hugely convenient. Good breakfasts, the eggs benedict as good as any I have ever had. Alfred doubling as waiter is a good idea. The beer is pretty good and Roberto's lecture on the kind of sea urchins necessary for serving with pasta very instructive.
Cons: Some (possibly accidental) meanness in the provision of coffee capsules i.e. none on the second day - is the best I can do, I'm afraid.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Decoration, comfort and food
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Food, Staff and Room excellent
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It was a beautiful pub, decorated very stylishly. Very pretty setting.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great stay again with nice staff, good dinner and nice room!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent; particularly the granola, full-English and toast. The evening meals (with a number of South African dishes) and real ale were very good. The percy arms house beer was too drinkable! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and friendly staff
Cons: I would put a sign on the exit warning motorists of busy road
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice size room. Fab shower. Good breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Wanted to pay cash but this was declined because of “honesty” issues in the past. Strange reason to reject cash!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly greeting. Room reasonable size. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Shower - overhead and side roses excellent.
Cons: Room too hot, should have pulled curtains. Only minor complaint was no menu or times of restaurant. Knew it was closed as informed of this, but no information on places nearby and distances to them. Would be nice if in room, as don't want to keep asking reception.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The honesty bar....says so much about the place...my safe place now....so lucky to have found an exceptional hotel on my door step
Cons: Nada
9,6 Excellent
Pros: They notifies of lost item and went to the trouble of returning it to me
Cons: I arrived at 8-50 to be told kitchen closed.Far too early for a hotel.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Customer service was good. Rory was excellent and very informative. The shower in the room was a nice perk we wasn’t expecting. Nice view from the room and the decor was satisfactory
Cons: You can hear every noise from the room so wasn’t able to get to sleep until early hours. Facilities are sparse however everything that is there is done to a good quality. Remote for the tv was broken suspect it’s where screw had be put in the back to stop people taking the batteries this however meant the TV was stuck on one volume level VERY loud
7,1 Good
Pros: Good wi-fi Off street parking
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Small personal service hotel.
Cons: Noise from the road
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for the wedding that we were attending in the area. The staff were very attentive. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Beautiful outdoor garden that you can relax in. Tasty breakfast and free tea/coffee in the rooms.
Cons: Even though there was plenty of choice on the breakfast menu, there could have been some additions to make it better. The cooked breakfasts would have been improved if there was the option of beans or hash browns. A lot of the menu was made up of the same items (sausage, bacon and eggs) just in different orders so might be simpler if the waitor just asks what food they want on their plate instead of switching up/changing menu items.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely lounge and honesty bar. Delicious food!

9,6 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Very dated decor, only chair in the room not safe. No Wi-Fi available in our room so had to go elsewhere as it was a business TRIP.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were extremely comfortable, we had a good nights sleep. We were warmly greeted at breakfast and the breakfast was lovely. Great choices and plenty of it.
Cons: The sink in the end suite was too small to do anything and a glass shelf was above so could have been a little dangerous. If we were being picky there should be more milk for the family tea and coffee tray.

4,6 Okay
Pros: Modern updates
Cons: Booked a room for two but the room was equipped for only one-small bed, one set of towels, one coffee cup-obviously for one person only. Room smelled of sweat. Shower easily flooded with some weird, disgusting clump of who knows what floating in that water. Had no internet access so did not know how to access the property-sadly we must have woken one of the guests who helped us. Door did not properly lock behind us. Perhaps leaving instructions/wifi code on door would have helped? Extremely hot in room, despite having window open, which made noise from the street very loud. I'm just not sure how this hotel got a 4 star rating. Was also very far from our airport. Will not return here
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms clean and tidy. Beds comfortable and tea and coffee facilities available. Staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Nothing to dislike
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Good value for the money, clean. Breakfast good. Friendly staff
Cons: Small room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel appears to have been fully refurbished recently and as a result is immaculate. All the fixtures and fitting were new and tasteful and everything worked fine and the bed was very comfortable. The fan provided came in handy too ,as it was warm when we stayed.
Cons: Nothing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, really comfortable and coll place to stay. I really enjoyed dinner and breakfast, fresh food well cooked. I would stay again if in the area.
Cons: nothing springs to mind
9,2 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: I do not like bonus questions - takes extra time which I do not have
5,0 Okay
Pros: Basic facilities but looked to be good quality. Comfy bed.
Cons: The blinds hardly blocked out the morning sunlight. Also the bedroom/suite doors are very loud when they close. You could hear everyone leaving their room in the morning. Surely it can't be beyond the realms of possibility to stick some foam around the edge of the door frame to stop it banging every time.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and large room we stayed in the Cathedral room which gave us a larger bed, small desk for bits and bobs as well as two chairs. Large shower was also great
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and cleanliness

Pros: Everthing
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: On my arrival I was upgraded from a single room to a double free of charge. The room was lovely, had everything you could want, extremely comfy bed, powerful shower and a brilliant breakfast. The private parking was a bonus too, I loved the hand made pottery which was subtly up for sale, such a nice touch. Despite it having quite a few guests during my 3 night stay I always had a parking space and never once heard any of the other guests making any noise. The squirrel pub 2 minutes down the road does amazing food for a evening meal too. It was the cheapest in the area that I could find and easily found (and I'm useless at finding things). Overall it was faultless, I really enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back if I'm down that way again, thankyou so much!
Cons: If I'm being picky maybe hot chocolate sachets in the room but that's a personal thing - struggling to think of things that wernt perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent for the places I wanted to see. Martin the host was excellent, couldn't do enough to help & make my stay most enjoyable. Breakfast was served exactly how I like it. Even freshly made porridge!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly welcome very accommodating. room was great ensuite was great this is a bed and breakfast not an hotel but this surpassed some of the hotels that I have stayed in. thank you Martin and thank you to John the local butcher for the lovely sausages at breakfast.

7,5 Good
Cons: Bar too expensive Room to warm
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location great for Guildford town. Staff very welcoming & friendly.
Cons: Breakfast coffee was on the bar in jugs & was help yourself. Coffee made to order would have been nice even if cost of breakfast increased slightly. Bed wasn’t as comfy as I expected.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect - as are the cocktails :)
Cons: There is a charge for the gym at weekends
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect.. The hotel is very clean
Cons: All was perfect
7,0 Good
Pros: I liked the modern feel and layout of the hotel...very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the bathroom soap (tea tree infused, I think!)
Cons: I didn't like the state of the room - in the subtle lighting it looks knackered (chipped cupboard doors, old carpet and greying sheer curtains). Need upgrades.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, the overall ambience, vivid and contemporary decoration, friendly and attentive personnel, room in general, availability of free parking and the lobby restaurant were all positive parts.
Cons: there was no fridge, even though its space was available - I tend to use fridge a lot at hotels- and having no slippers were the two main issues on the negative side. (we had our own slippers so that part was solved)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, great night's sleep. Nice to have bath and shower. Business room a good size. Good range of food on offer for breakfast, and the bar was nice in the evening. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I was very happy, and would stay again, but if I was giving feedback for being even better - the lighting is nice in the rooms, but not bright enough near any mirrors for putting make up on. Although its good not to have a lot of clutter, it was a pain getting the kettle out of the cupboard and finding somewhere to plug it in! Rather poor jugs of weak tea and coffee didnt live up to the rest of the breakfast.
9,0 Excellent
Cons: Noisey at night from the bar next to hotel
5,0 Okay
Pros: The bed was alright
Cons: I paid for the spa only to be made uncomfortable by other guests and asked for a refund as I never used it, and I didn’t get a refund.. wasted my money

7,5 Good
Pros: location and size of rooms
Cons: The matress of the bed needs to be replaced. we could not sleep on it. the floor of the room was not even.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room at a really good rate , no criticism but bar closed at 10:45 and the shower was defective but the value for money brilliant
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dated, broken wall socket, no facilities, had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs, looked like a granny flat, above a restaurant smoking area. There was no water pressure in the badly positioned shower, and the bathroom was badly laid out.
6,3 Good
Pros: The hotel seems very tired, needs a good refurb
Cons: No non slip bath mat, not handle to get in and out of shower over bath
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great helpful staff and lovely rooms.
Cons: Boiling hot shower.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fine, right in the middle of town. The breakfast was also very good.
Cons: Breakfast cost extra, it is not included in the price of the room. There was no car park.
3,7 Mediocre
Cons: Room overlooking High Street very noisy all night, More like sleeping in a train shunting yard. Because it was very warm weather the only choices were to close the windows and bake or open the windows and be bombarded all night long with the High Street noise.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Huge suite, large bath. Excellent location. (Go up the side street near the hotel and find the tapas place.)
7,5 Good
Pros: The location is ideal near all the shops and restaurants
Cons: The bed was not comfortable and the heating in the room is not good

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room, good comfy bed, good shower. Nice breakfast lots of choice tasty sausages.
Cons: Of a weekend I feel that the checkout should be relaxed to 12.00 noon and not the current 11.00 am.
6,0 Good
Pros: The hotel itself looked lovely, We didn't get to walk around the whole gardens but from what we did see, lovely. Air-con in the room was good.
Cons: The room was a touch small. Our location was right near the entrance door, so we heard banging a lot from the doors that need to be shoved closed as they didn't close on their own. Room need more sugars and milks. We couldn't get any network signal from our room, We had to walk out the courtyard just to get signal to make a phone call. There was a foot print mark on the carpet that we felt we needed to tell the main desk about because we did not want to be held accountable for that. The windows to the room had to have the blinds closed all the time due to the fact people could see right into our room. One window opposite the bathroom looked out directly where the entrance door is and people were able to see right into.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about it so modern the room was staff excellent will def b back in the future has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at
Cons: There was nothing to unlike just fabulous
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We thought that the bar food was excellent quality..... The fish and jenga chips were great! The Ceasar salad delicious and the bar staff great customer service.
Cons: Our room didn't have a window we could see out of, which I like but I will mention that on my special request form next time I book.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Was nice to have a choice of eggs for the breakfast. Staff were friendly, location is great.
Cons: Room could have done with a door mat. Doors in the new build area are a little stiff and prone to not shutting properly,
10,0 Excellent
Pros: great staff
Cons: I didn't like that they don't have any BINS to put the poo bags in
6,3 Good
Pros: Beautiful hotel and lovely dining experience (food wise). Really hit and miss on the customer service. Could be really good
Cons: Poor check in experience. Poor check out experience. General lack of customer service. It was a Monday evening but no excuse for poor customer service.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place is Downton Abbey meets the 21st century, Lovely period building with staff a nd old fashioned service to match. But with the latest in bathrooms and technology. Superb extensive grounds ideal for walks and contemplation. Food is top notch. And they still d afternoon and high tea. Worth a visit. Romantic weekend must do Business conference they do that too Has everything, but with style
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I love staying at Barnett Hill. It is quintessential picture postcard England. The gardens are a delight, and are getting more beautiful every time I am there. Easy hospitality and quaint but very nice rooms.
Cons: It is getting noticeably more expensive without really getting better, breakfast being a case in point. And I think I stayed there six or seven times, and EVERY time I asked for a pillow that is flatter and not so big and heavy. They haven't been able to supply one, not even last time when I asked for the umpteenth time. I think in that category and for that price several types of pillows are mandatory for hotels.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I came for a wedding and it was just fabulous.

6,7 Good
Cons: Just thought the rooms were rather ordinary.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Its proximity to the town centre and the railway station. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful.
4,2 Okay
Pros: We were attending a family celebration at the property so it was convenient to stay there but there was nothing we particularly liked
Cons: It was not clear we had to book parking in advance. The staff on reception were surly and most unhelpful (no directions to room and the hotel is a maze of stairs and corridors, no offer of help off any kind and were positively rude when asked about car parking -plus the pay and display machine was not working). We booked a suite and had to pay in advance. The suite was up two flights of stairs (no lift from reception to either floor) and the second flight was too narrow to carry a suitcase so we had to bump up up the stairs. The ‘suite’ was just a bigger room with a sofa. No safe, fridge or any drawers for storage. There were dirty beer glasses outside the room which remained there for the whole of our stay and a dinner tray outside the opposite room that was there most of the stay. The bathroom had very limited toiletries (the box of soap was just an empty box) one small tubes of each of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel but nothing else such as cotton buds/pads etc. The furniture was ‘tired’:varnish damaged, ring marks etc. We travel extensively around the world and have stayed in far better 3 star hotels than this. The price was comparable to central London hotels but neither the location nor the accommodation merited this inflated rate. We are struggling to find anything good to say - which is unusual for us.
7,0 Good
Pros: Pleasant reception staff
Cons: Be wary - you will have to pay for 24hour parking which is circa £12.50. You can park across the road and costs £1 at a weekend, but didn’t feel that save !
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Size of room, decor and cleanliness
Cons: Tiny bathroom
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location is good, walking distance to shopping centre. Parking although at an additional rate which made it a little expensive.
Cons: Not enough bar staff available , till not working so couldn’t charge drink to room.
7,0 Good
Pros: Location was the main reason we booked this hotel.
Cons: Thought the long route to our bedroom was off putting. We were in room 5. Very small for the price and no breakfast included with that either.
4,6 Okay
Cons: Considering the amount we spent on the room it was absolutely tiny. The bed was not long enough, my partner is 6ft (so about tall but not incredibly so) and his feet were hanging off the bed. It was completely not what we were expecting as we have stayed there before. The fact that prices have gone up yet the room has gotten smaller is a joke. Not to mention that we had to spend an additional £13 on parking where we haven’t had to previously. Extremely disappointed and we will not be staying there again
8,3 Excellent
Cons: A first floor room would be better than the basement

Cons: 1. Rooms are not sound proof. Could hear next door guests. 2. Clean towels always smell like silicone. I recommend changing detergent. Housekeeping always puts towels for one person although we’re two. It happened twice until I complained to add more towels.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Close to the university
Cons: No launderate
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff warm welcome thank you
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty much standard and expected compared to other places such as Premier Inn. Absolutely not complaints. Plenty of choice. Perhaps more fruit would be good.
Cons: Noisy dining rook because of large numbers of children
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to major attractions/stores, Staff Professionalism and room cleanliness
Cons: Quite expensive but worth the price...I guess
6,7 Good
Pros: Location Reception Staff very helpful
Cons: Housekeeping services are poor and never answered the phone.
4,0 Okay

7,0 Good
Pros: Great location for the University and not too far from Guildford centre. There's an in-house restaurant, bar and swimming pool and Spa too. Ample free parking for guests.
Cons: My room wasn't cleaned or toiletries and tea/coffee replenished during a two-night stay despite having been out for five hours.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Nothing specific
Cons: Food, check in and check out
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Room was fine, TV good and Sports bar and food downstairs was good too.
Cons: Room could have been cleaner and would have been nice to have a glass in the room & a bottle of water. Also, breakfast was a bit lacking with no option from the stand wedge or 2 of light yellow scrambled egg.
7,5 Good
Pros: Modern design, nice bathroom
Cons: Reception didn’t look like a reception. Receptionist had no reservation under my name despite email confirmation from booking.com - what if the hotel was fully booked? Last thing I needed after a nightmare journey.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfy and the room clean and well appointed. We got a good early bird discount but I had called as members of our party couldn’t attend and you wouldn’t cancel the extra room which was a shame
Cons: As above. Too late to cancel
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here for the Farnborough Winter Half in January, for which it is perfectly placed around the corner. Check in is an easy and automatic process though staff are on hand to help if needed. The hotel has an in-house pub, restaurant, gym and pool. I didn’t use the latter two so cannot comment but the restaurant was nice enough with polite, attentive staff and decent food. The pub is quite large with the standard selection of ales and beers and plenty of places to sit. The rooms are quite spacey, functional, business like but better than some five star hotels that I’ve stayed. Clean and tidy, no complaints there.
Cons: The shower head should be able to go higher than it does. I’m not the tallest person in the world but I had to stoop to get underneath it
5,4 Okay
Pros: Good Location and good hotel facilities
Cons: Basic rooms are very dated from a decoration perspective. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, and my wife now has a bad back. Simple things like, no bin, no phone (to speak to reception) and broken bed spotlights, you don’t expect. Having stayed there before in upgraded rooms which were ok, todays experience has put me off. Staff at reception on both arrival and departure ok but seem more content on you using a check in screen, than wanting to help you. What a shame, especially for my wife.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good and the lady that welcomed us at breakfast was lovely, very friendly and professional. The other members of staff were also very helpful too.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Food was good and staff very pleasant and helpful. The shower was excellent.
Cons: Room cups were not cleaned each day , we had to wash them out to make tea.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The Bed was comfortable and location of the hotel was ideal.
Cons: My bathroom was a wet room, If I had a shower it meant that I could not enter the room again for an hour as it was soaked. The television in the room did not function properly and I had nothing to watch. The breakfast in the morning was either under cooked or over cooked. I ended up checking out a day early and checked into a local premier inn. For the price that this hotel charges I would expect a lot more.
6,7 Good
Pros: Food
Cons: No towels in room Slow check in No twin room despite booking one had a double No phone or bin in too.
7,1 Good
Cons: Pillows too firm and the buffet breakfast look warm and we were first throughout
7,1 Good
Pros: Good bed and good shower, good Wi Fi.
Cons: This hotel is let down in the detail. When we checked in there was only one towel and one pillow in the room, though this was promptly corrected when we complained. They do not put glasses in the room, you have to ask for them at the bar. The light level in the room was very poor and it was very hard to work out how the switches worked. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work so when you had a shower you could not see for the steam. No one on reception desk when we checked out . Could be an excellent place but needs to get the detail right.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Nice hotel in good location
Cons: Let down by extremely poor cleaning. Cobwebs in light fittings. Dust in corners and on skirting. Water stains and splatters on ceiling and walls. Mold on shower wall, doors and windows Decor in need of refresh.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Worplesdon Place is an ideal place to stay perfectly situated in central Surrey for all my sales calls in that area. Food is good and staff are very helpful and the surrounding are lovely
Cons: Everything good apart from one thing is the breakfast / its always been a full plate of food and if you wanted cereals its never been an issue over the last 5 years of me staying there, however Now if you want a bowl of cornflakes with your cooked breakfast they charge you £5 extra which is excessive to say the least!
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Thought put into design and layout. Loved the designer touches in the room.
Cons: Staff just a little be casual. Tad slow but busy time of the year.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good value, clean and pleasant.
Cons: Decor of common areas becoming a little tired

Pros: Beautiful surrounding, easy access to M3 motorway. Lovely room
Cons: Did not seem to cater for people with eating disorders
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: theft I said I would pay at the hotel upon arrival, how ever my bank informed me they tried to take my fee ,I never agreed to this and when I questioned why they had tried to take my money they had no answer to give . the bed was hard & there was no cold water from the bathroom tap. I feel like they tried to steal my money, I paid as soon as I arrived at 9.30 pm but they had tried to take it from my bank at 6.38 pm . not happy at all.

Pros: i like the staff very friendly and nice to approach. the food was nice quality and bed were very comfortable to sleep on. i was happy with the service and will go again. Easy walked to the town area,
Cons: one staff was very rude she was always to busy to serve me. short of staff. i felt that lunch was too expensive for one person. something i felt ignored by staff because lack of staff. i feel uncomfortable at time.
6,7 Good
Pros: As always I find premier Inns good value for money clean and comfortable.
Cons: Mine and other people's rooms overlooked major road works which continued rather noisely until 3.30am so I only had about 2 to 3 hours sleep not ideal for whatever i was going to do the following day. As it happened I had an early appointment at the local hospital.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The evening meal was AMAZING, the meats were cooked to perfection. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly, even giving directions to our evening entertainment (G Live), fare better than we've had elsewhere.
Cons: Alas the breakfast was a shambles, nobody to greet guests and direct them to tables, I had to "work it out myself". Many of the items were simply unavailable, despite being told that eggs would be "5 minutes" there was still no sign of anything similar to eggs for the following 20 minutes... The sausages had evidently been under hot lamps for far far too long resulting in them being dry and tasteless.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff made you feel welcome would highly recommend and use again, and the breakfast was amazing everything you could think of.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast was cold, as were the plates
6,7 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, as usual in Premier Inns. Room was clean & warm.
Cons: On turning on the bathroom light, the fan in the bathroom started up immediately & it was the noisiest fan we have ever encountered on our travels. As a result when one of us got up in the night to use the bathroom, the other was woken up abruptly. The Beefeater restaurant/bar was cold, soulless & the waitress serving our evening meal was hurried, practically throwing my meal on the table.
7,5 Good
Pros: Knew what to expect with a premier inn -comfortable and clean
Cons: Strange location -shower pressure could have been better
6,5 Good
Pros: Room was clean and practical.
Cons: Too few staff for a busy hotel. Toilets had no toilet paper. Breakfast was busy. Too few staff. Food was average. Tables uncleared. Crockery available but you had to ask.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice with comfortable bed
Cons: The service was poor no telephones in the room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: yes it was a good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Cons: The steak kebab was not very good, the meat was very tough, we did it bring to the attention of our server.
