Pros: Really friendly staff and a great location
Cons: It was all great!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: When I arrived I didn’t know if I was arriving at a hotel or a nice town house, but was lovely inside with a really nice atmosphere. I wish when I stayed at larger, chain hotels they were basically just a scaled up version of this place. Really nice vibe felt like being at home, not in a hotel! Will be investing in the digital shower myself too!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The way it way an easy place to say
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great bed, keyless entry to hotel, parking and location. Bath and shower were on electrical controls which was great but the placement of the controller was odd. However I’ll give it an overall positive as the whole experience was lovely.
Cons: Tea and coffee facilities out of the 70’s, tv wonky. Get some decent local coffee and a filter. Maybe more pots of milk/sugar. (Could have had some nice Horsham roasters coffee in there not Nescafé)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Large room, comfy king size bed, nice decor and a gorgeous bathroom with an electronically controlled shower if you please! Staff very friendly.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like
9,0 Excellent
Pros: A very modern/contemprary hotel, comfy bed, superb shower in en-suite. We had evening meal and breakfast, both were high quality and freshly made.
Cons: I agreed 12pm check out, maid knocking on door at 11am!! Moaning she had not been told

Pros: Great find and excellent value for money Easy parking Super friendly Staff My room was a little basic but at this price worth every penny. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was great
Cons: My bed was a little sad but it was clean
7,1 Good
Pros: Staff - Julia is very kind and helpful; Traditional English Breakfast freshly cooked was the highlight of my stay; Room was clean; Hair Dryer - very good quality; Heating system; Kettle, tea and biscuits in the room.
Cons: Unfortunately, I stayed in the non ensuite room. The bathroom was private and only I had access but it was very uncomfortable not to have access to the bathroom / toilet directly in my room; The furniture in the room could use some refurbishment.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Delicious breakfast, warm toasty room, lovely staff and easy parking. Had a great nights sleep and really enjoyed the setting.
Cons: I don’t care for a tv in my eating space

Pros: Everthing
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: On my arrival I was upgraded from a single room to a double free of charge. The room was lovely, had everything you could want, extremely comfy bed, powerful shower and a brilliant breakfast. The private parking was a bonus too, I loved the hand made pottery which was subtly up for sale, such a nice touch. Despite it having quite a few guests during my 3 night stay I always had a parking space and never once heard any of the other guests making any noise. The squirrel pub 2 minutes down the road does amazing food for a evening meal too. It was the cheapest in the area that I could find and easily found (and I'm useless at finding things). Overall it was faultless, I really enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back if I'm down that way again, thankyou so much!
Cons: If I'm being picky maybe hot chocolate sachets in the room but that's a personal thing - struggling to think of things that wernt perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent for the places I wanted to see. Martin the host was excellent, couldn't do enough to help & make my stay most enjoyable. Breakfast was served exactly how I like it. Even freshly made porridge!

Pros: Great wellness center, a must try! Very good room and bathroom. Self service breakfast with many choices, also ice cream is excellent. Beautiful ambient, especially in the evening.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, size of the room and cleanliness
Cons: The food. The early check out (11AM).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazingly friendly and helpful staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Clean, staff all very attentive. Lovely room , best bit there was an ice machine outside our room .boom
Cons: Drinks bit pricey in bar . Same 2 drinks were £4 cheaper 100 yards down the road. Shame as would have spent more time there.
1,0 Poor
Pros: My room was 401. Throughout the night I was kept awake by drunken people leaving the bar. Not only that but the was an outside chute close to my room with workmen discharging down it waste of one form or another which was extremely noisy as were the workmen. The whole experience was totally unacceptable. I have never had a worse hotel experience in my life
Cons: See above
7,0 Good
Pros: Room and bathroom was very spacious. Lovely breakfast. Great location.
Cons: Soundproofing could be better, I did request a quiet room, there was a wedding on and I could hear the bar downstairs. My partner could not get his parking card to work, he rang reception several times & and no-one answered so he had to walk all of the way around with all of the bags.
7,0 Good
Pros: Was expecting the property to be situated on main road. Thought the entrance area outside was shabby and not nice
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was excellent are wedding anniversary up graded us and even cakes wishing us happy anniversary
4,2 Okay
Pros: Dirty room (toenail clippings on the floor). Reported to reception. Nothing was done until I complained on the 2nd evening.
Cons: Shower cubicle ridiculously small and water kept running hot and cold. Way overpriced and £14 per night car parking! Much better locally than this
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly located for shopping. Great parking. Beds are amazingly comfortable.
Cons: Had to wait 3 hours for one of our rooms to be ready.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting and very well presented and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Very good price for off season.
7,0 Good
Pros: The property is beautiful with original features and open fires. The breakfast is delicious, a great cooked breakfast and lots of choice for a continental option.
Cons: The blinds in the room were not black out and there was a gap around the door letting light in which meant I struggled to sleep. Also the room backed onto the car park so I was woken up when staff arrived early in the morning with very load music in their car.
9,0 Excellent
Cons: Some of the decor a bit Spartan.
6,7 Good
Pros: It's a stunning hotel and you won't regret staying there.
Cons: Poor customer service. Room service took 1.5 hour to deliver a sandwich.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cosy and quiet beautiful place
Cons: I have nothing negative about this hotel great place
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent value for money, welcoming staff and beautiful location! Great relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a weekend away.
Cons: The grounds right by the hotel are very well looked after, but sadly the walks / paths around the hotel (further out) are overgrown and difficult to explore - if these are cleared out, they would make a perfect walk with your dog. Dinner was lovely and really good quality, but afternoon tea could be a little more creative (and using better produce). We did however very much enjoy our stay.

7,0 Good
Pros: Spacious and luxurious room with a comfy bed and clean bathroom. Ideal for central Guildford. Late check out was good.
Cons: Overpriced for the basic facilities (no room service for example). It's next to a noisy bar, so don't expect to sleep before 11:30.
6,7 Good
Pros: Central to Guildford right on high street, warm, clean and friendly service
Cons: No breakfast facility at £99 is expensive and sports bar only
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very central location, lovely staff and clean comfortable room
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Splendid historic coaching in but with all mod cons!
Cons: Loved it!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is located on High Street in Guildford in proximity to many different shops (WH Smith, Waterstones, Starbucks) and restaurants. Bill's restaurant is accessible from inside the hotel and is excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with very healthy foods and a novel menu. This hotel was within walking distance to the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, which was our reason for visiting, and only an hour from Heathrow by car. The deluxe suite was large and comfortable and an excellent accommodation for the money. All in all, an excellent accommodation.
Cons: The suite was too hot when we checked in, but that was easily remedied by turning down the radiators and opening the windows.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Location Bar on site
Cons: Moths infestation in the room. Killed 7 moths and also found eggs in the floor. Room is supppper dated and needs refurbishment. No care from the owners what so ever.
3,7 Mediocre
Cons: Room overlooking High Street very noisy all night, More like sleeping in a train shunting yard. Because it was very warm weather the only choices were to close the windows and bake or open the windows and be bombarded all night long with the High Street noise.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Rude response to email enquiry. Tattered rooms. Iron stain on carpet. No facilities for breakfast apart from a high street chain restaurant that was fully booked. No proper heating apart from a plug in radiator. No water pressure. Tiny bed. Filthy curtains. Drab dated decor. Warm bottles of water.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The history and the room was absolutely amazing xx
Cons: The cleanliness in the bathroom could.have been better but didn't affect our stay whatsoever x

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet with loads of parking...
Cons: I would prefer poached eggs but scrambled were ok...
7,1 Good
Pros: Comfy bed.
Cons: Shower was weak and did not heat up for a long while and then when it did it went scalding hot.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The single room was clean and comfortable. Tea making and toilettries were provided. Breakfast room was good. Although they don't serve dinner there were acouple of restaurants nearby and a good pub over the road
Cons: This hotel was the right price for me although there were several others nearby that were expensive. The room had everything I needed but was a little 'tired'. But it didn't spoil my stay and I would say it was a good base.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendly & gave good breakfast service. Would stay again
Cons: Bed & bath room a little tired, needs upgrading that’s all.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a convenient location off the motorway. There was free parking outside. Inside there was a polite informative welcoming staff member and nice lounge bar area. Its well maintained quiet, stocked with news papers with good view of some aeroplane which was something a bit different and pleasantly unexpected. The room was clean, well made up with more than you need for a comfortable stay and sleep. Choise of continental or full English Breakfast was ample with amazing Presentation and attentive service staff. 11 oclock sunday Check out was made easy and pleasant.
Cons: No lift but I didn't ask before booking. Staff offered me help with my bag.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The two receptions were very pleasant and welcoming and had a nice smile. Very helpful both of them and ensured we had the appropriate information if we were leaving the premises and expected to be back late.
Cons: However on our check-out there was another lady who just took our key but didn't enquire as to how our stay was or to thank us for our custom. Would have been nice to feel appreciated and wished good bye.

Cons: Drinks and breakfast can be a bit pricey. Excellent service though.
5,0 Okay
Pros: It was okay but rather limited for the price.
Cons: The decor was odd. Lighting also limited. The tray with for drinks in the room was an old wooden tray with two cups no saucers.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room Breakfast Toiletries Towels Bed comfortable Staff pleasant Overall a very good place to stay
Cons: Nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: When visiting family we usually stay in a Premier Inn but decided to stay here. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Our room was very small with one side of the bed up against the wall. However, it was tastefully decorated, very warm and with the usual tea, coffee and water provided. As our room faced the main road, there was extra glazing between the windows and the room. The staff in the bar were very welcoming and friendly in the evening. The food at dinner was very tasty and a good selection. The staff at breakfast were also friendly and the food tasty and plentiful.
Cons: The heating!! It was so hot and although we turned the radiator dial down it made no difference. We had to have the window wide open in November! The room was smaller than expected but as we were checking out we saw other rooms which had the bed centrally in the room. Maybe we just had the one, and hopefully, only room that had a bed against the wall.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Parking is good food is good bedrooms are good not much else to say it’s all good
Cons: Breakfast is a tad pricey

7,5 Good
Pros: It was basic, clean and modern
Cons: Lighting in rooms very poor. Breakfast was a joke. No staff. No plates, cups or glasses. Had to wait ages for them.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Modern, quirky and clean. A great host of facilities and helpful and friendly staff. The room and features were amazing. Super location and reasonably priced.
Cons: Nothing at all
4,0 Okay
Pros: I had stayed here previously, a modern style hotel which is clean and comfortable.
Cons: A ridiculous £287 booking for a double room, when I arrived I was told it would have to be a twin room. The room was noisy so unfortunately I didn’t get a great night’s sleep. Not happy for the price I had paid. (Room 120) The room lighting is not great, which many reviews have mentioned, but due to a blown bulb it was even worse in my room. When booking, the website indicated you have a view. As the hotel is situated on the edge of Farnborough Airport you may expect the view to be of the runway, but the view is actually a multi-story car park.
7,1 Good
Cons: Could do with a good clean really but was acceptable. Food wasn’t good.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Room dark and gloomy. Television operation was a puzzle. Shower operation was a puzzle. Sink operation was a puzzle. V. Large room (in bar area) was noisey and rowdy (with children etc). Whatever happened to walls? We won't be coming back if at all possible. Staff were friendly enough.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here for the Farnborough Winter Half in January, for which it is perfectly placed around the corner. Check in is an easy and automatic process though staff are on hand to help if needed. The hotel has an in-house pub, restaurant, gym and pool. I didn’t use the latter two so cannot comment but the restaurant was nice enough with polite, attentive staff and decent food. The pub is quite large with the standard selection of ales and beers and plenty of places to sit. The rooms are quite spacey, functional, business like but better than some five star hotels that I’ve stayed. Clean and tidy, no complaints there.
Cons: The shower head should be able to go higher than it does. I’m not the tallest person in the world but I had to stoop to get underneath it
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Its a nice hotel
Cons: Wasnt expecting much, so everything was fine for a one day stay
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Food was good and staff very pleasant and helpful. The shower was excellent.
Cons: Room cups were not cleaned each day , we had to wash them out to make tea.
6,7 Good
Pros: Location and big beds
Cons: Very busy lots of people talking outside our room all night

Pros: All in all suited our needs and was excellent. Wonderful staff team, who were helpful in every way, congratulation and thanks. Breakfast excellent, good variety, fresh and again very helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing a couple of minor issues sorted quickly and all good thanks
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice spread for breakfast
Cons: Rooms are dusty. We didn't realize how much so until my husband started getting allergies.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety of options from cereal to full english, several juices to tea & coffee. The room was larger than expected and extremely clean and comfortable.
Cons: There are only two things I could say I wasn't fully happy with but neither was bad enough to complain about. One is that on returning to my room on one day the temperature had been set at 28 degrees which was far too hot. Obviously I turned it off. The other is that there was only the option of caffeinated coffee and I normally drink decaf and there was only enough for two drinks, unless I wanted to drink tea. As its the end of November it is cold and I would have appreciated enough for more drinks.
4,0 Okay
Cons: noisy, large lorry parked outside my bedroom, blocking the view. Woke me up at 05.15 with the engine started and running for lengthy period of time. Room was cold, reverse cycle air conditioning unit didn't seem to work properly. Desk light not working. Bedside light not working. Very expensive for what it is.

Pros: When I arrived I didn’t know if I was arriving at a hotel or a nice town house, but was lovely inside with a really nice atmosphere.

Pros: Large room, comfy king size bed, nice decor and a gorgeous bathroom with an electronically controlled shower if you please! Staff very friendly.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like

Pros: A very modern/contemprary hotel, comfy bed, superb shower in en-suite. We had evening meal and breakfast, both were high quality and freshly made.
Cons: I agreed 12pm check out, maid knocking on door at 11am!! Moaning she had not been told
