Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests praised the hotel's pool facilities, beautiful location, and comfortable beds. However, many expressed disappointment with the cleanliness of rooms and public areas, as well as negative experiences with customer service, including unresolved deposit issues and unresponsive staff. While some found the spa and amenities enjoyable, others noted that the decor was tired and areas needed refurbishment. The hotel grounds and gardens received positive mentions, but noise and accessibility issues were also raised. Overall, the positives centered on the leisure facilities and peaceful setting, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
