8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room size and furniture. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the view was amazing as the rooms surrounded by balconies ( corner room). trees everywhere.
Cons: No coffee machine inside the room. Every time I walk to the lobby I see too many employees ( almost 20 people) although the lobby small size, which made me not comfortable enjoying the lobby. I dont know if this in every four seasons hotel (security purposes). I would recommend to give resident chance to walk around and enjoy facilities. the gym was outdoor gym! in August...really bad idea.
7,1 Good
Pros: Excellent service
Cons: Interior needs upgrade. Bath and shower needs maintenance and upgrade.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Everyone was very accommodating. Every staff member was friendly and helpful! We received directions from concierge staff as well as valet help! Room service saved us many times! The pool was perfect - the drink and meal service fabulous! The gym and spa were hidden gems! Don't miss the spa!
Cons: Fighting the closet door, bathroom door and main door! Bathroom was very nice , but the shower water continually leaked to the floor because if the glass door design. Housekeeping got their daily service completed only one day. I started calling to tell them to service the room. One night they tried to service the room at 10 pm and continually knocked at 8 to do the same

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was so friendly and hospitable. Room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: There were areas that were in disrepair. The bridge to our room had many places were the wood was rotten. Faucet at the lavatory was very difficult to turn off.
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel.
7,9 Good
Pros: Old school beauty.
Cons: Huge, poor signage - confusing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The history and vibe. For the money, I got a very nice room. Unfortunately I had no time to actually experience the hotel. I am not a typical client and was actually looking to experience the hotel for the first time. Things just didn't work out.
Cons: Honestly, I don't pay for parking. Paying for parking is one reason I would choose to stay elsewhere.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds were beautiful as well as the lobby. The lobby and the Tap room had some wonderful fragrances in the air.
Cons: The area around pool and jacuzzi was not attended to very well. Leaves In Jacuzzi and used towels scattered on chaise lounges. Jacuzzi was operating well..
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We have visited the Langham Pasadena every time we come to LA and absolutely love it. This time however, I was a little disappointed by how busy the pool was at the weekend. You could literally only stand in it - there was no Room for swimming. This was the first time ever to have found this. Also the terrace restaurant was lovely as ever but just a bit too expensive for some dishes I feel. Other than that , everything was excellent. Loved the flowers in the entrance hall.
7,1 Good
Pros: Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm.
Cons: The poolside service could have been better. They kept running out of towels and you had to wait 10-15 min for a towel. The staffing needs to be improved by the poolside. The Terrace restaurant did not have that many people but it still took over an hour to receive my entree. Granted they had 2 weddings on property this past weekend but the hotel should also tend to their other guests as well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds, exceptional service.
Cons: Disappointed with room service. Took too long and the order was wrong.

Cons: The only issue we had was we left our passport in the room by accident & the cleaners found them but nobody informed us they had been found so we had to get a uber back to the Beverley Wilshire in a last minute panic before our coach to las Vegas, ideally if the hotel phoned us when they was found we could of returned without the panic as we was staying in the area

Pros: Good functional hotel. Spacious room
Cons: Not much variety for breakfast. Room facilities outdated
7,9 Good
Pros: Location was great, next to the convention center where we were going. The lobby was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Cons: I think the room I ended up with is not the type I thought I reserved. The view was partially blocked by a wall and a window washer scaffolding. The bathroom door also had a big gap when closed and you can see straight to the toilet.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No good service no sleepers and bath gown in room
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I liked the grand lobby and immediate check-in assistance, the location and the helpful staff from valet to housekeeping and the managers that helped during check-in/check-out. I think they adjusted the room rate to match what I got based on early check-in availability instead of what I booked.
Cons: I didn't like the view from our room with the window-cleaning scaffolding partially blocking our already limited view and the bathroom door-gap when its closed. I'm not sure if I got the room type I originally booked.

Cons: very late check in (7:00pm) & Spa booking was ignored by the staff & i missed the chance to get a message because of that, although i contacted them several times by email prior to the check in, and after all that bad things happened to me no one offered any kind of compensation, disappointing behavior for such a luxurious hotel.

The Tangerine - Burbank - Building

Overview Reviews
With a stay at The Tangerine, you'll be centrally located in Burbank, within a 5-minute drive of Warner Brothers Studio and NBC Studios. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Large room with comfortable bed. Good shower/bath. Tea & coffee in room and available 24/7 in reception together with cold water machine. Easy access to Holliwood walk of fame by 155 bus (9 mins) then Red line metro (1 stop). Also easy for Universal and Warner Bros studios. Plenty of good restaurants within 1 to 3 blocks including fabulous Japanese restaurant.
Cons: Very little actually - maybe more than just pastries for breakfast. A toaster with some butter & jam would be better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere was fantasic, Staff was amazing, Loved everything about this place. 5 stars all the way around. My favorite part was the freshly baked pastiries from a local place in the morning, my Choc chip muffin was to die for, you wont regret a stay at this place and you'll want to stay longer than you planned.
Cons: no negatives for this place
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff that were very helpful and the place was clean and decorated in a modern way. The location was great. We took a lyft to universal which was about 7 bucks. Good places to eat within walking distance. And warner brothers studios is a few minutes away. The price was reasonable for the area. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Not really an issue, but It says it comes with breakfast but really it is really yummy pastries. We did not mind this but if you were looking for an actual breakfast you may want to plan for that.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location is our main reason for choosing hotel. Has the best little restaurants in the area.
Cons: Rooms are small, The extra decor of a statue is not needed and take up space.
7,9 Good
Pros: The lady who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The man who checked us out took forever! First, he said he had to check the room out before I left and he could check us out. He went to the wrong room. Then he had to go all the way back to check the correct room before he could check us out. I’ve never had any other hotel check out my room before they checked me out.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Close to a lot of good places and the room are stylish.
Cons: Very loud noises from all over, such as traffic, slaming doors, very loud ac, cleaning ladies hitting the ac or door when passing by and so on. No parkingspots during the evening since a nearby mexican place has guests that occupy them all. The "breakfast" consists of a small basket with cookies, no bread or anything a standard continental breakfast includes. The hotel stated they had a fitness center when we booked the room, but didn't have it. (Believe this is corrected).
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location. The room. The bed.
Cons: The $250 deposit for paying with a debit card. I really didn't appreciate that. The key card wasn't working properly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the front desk guy was courteous and even asked whats our plan for the day. he suggested good restaurants to try. also, the facility has 24hrs free coffee and free pastries at breakfast. the parking is limited and if you parked along the street, they offer to move you car in the morning.
Cons: none at all.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location to go to Universal Studios
Cons: Breakfast is not such, you get some pastries and coffee but do not expect anything else. Parking is free of charge
6,7 Good
Cons: There were only pastries for breakfast. If you're on the second floor there's no elevator. Apparently there's not enough parking space for all the visitors of the hotel so you may have to park on the street.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very cheery and bright. Bathroom was good. Bath products were nicer than expected. Breakfast pastries were very good. 24 hour coffee/tea! There were several nearby restaurants.
Cons: No exercise facility.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and local. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: No. It served it's function for the trip.

When you stay at Coast Anabelle Hotel in Burbank, you'll be near the airport, within a 5-minute drive of NBC Studios and Warner Brothers Studio. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
5,4 Okay
Pros: N/A
Cons: I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and they did not provide me what I paid for. They did not notify me of any change and did not have courtesy of telling any change occurred - I simply checked in, was assigned a room, walked in and saw only one bed and a sofa. It’s not acceptable to pay for two beds and be given only 1 bed and a pull out sofa without being notificed and being asked if that’s ok. Since I arrived later at night, and am pregnant, changing hotels at that point was not an option. I’m dissipointed that I paid for something I didn’t not receive and was not told of any change at all
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The employees were exceedingly helpful and polite and the room was perfect! It even had a small refrigerator, which was very useful.
Cons: Your website could be clearer about your shuttle service. In one place it said that you provided shuttle service to a few different local areas and attractions. But in another spot it said that you only provide shuttle service to the Bob Hope airport. Consequently, I was too late to get reservations at convenient times for my family when I found out that you do, in fact, have shuttle service to different attractions around town.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel location was good in distance from our destination to Universal Studios. The y provided a shuttle ride to the park.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room and beautiful shower. Overhead lights for the bed. Great staff, particularly Luis and Angel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, beds were nice, shower was awesome
Cons: No breakfast and the bathroom should have a getting ready area outside so one guest can shower while another is getting ready
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The showers were absolutely amazing! They had a waterfall faucet shower head and then a regular shower head. The building was really clean.
7,0 Good
Pros: The proximity to Universal studios was nice, coupled with the complimentary shuttle. For the price, a continental breakfast would have been nice, but they had a restaurant attached. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The very first thing I did was pull the bed covers back and check the sheets. One of them had dirty sheets. I was also almost charged $75 for a bathrobe that was never restocked in my room's closet. I caught this on the way out and had to talk with staff.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The shower! Loved the double shouwer heads
Cons: Noise coming from olive Street- very loud with cars passing. Also wished staff would have told us we cannot change our pick up time with the shuttle as our WB tour ended earlier than expected and I had to pay for an uber versus waiting 1 1/2 hours for our scheduked pick up time
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Steve the shuttle driver was amazing. He was prompt, engaging, helpful and so nice. It was like we made a new friend. Beds were very comfy and shower was amazing. Property was very clean. There should be an outlet (or extension cord) by large mirror. Hard for 2 to get ready at the same time. I loved the fruity ice water by the front desk. Great touch. Staff was nice.
Cons: I didn’t like when we got in there were water bottles in our room for “sale”. I think for the price of the room you guys can throw in a water bottle per guest. It was a nice touch to have in the room after flying in but disappointing that they were $5 each. By the large mirror in the room there is no outlet. Hard for 2 to get ready at the same time. Just a thought to maybe offer extension cords?
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Cons: There was not much nearby that was walking distance, but easy enough to get an über to take you to nearby sights/activities.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was one of the very best we have stayed during our many trips across the USA. It is very usefully close to all the movie studio areas. The rooms were very comfortable and much larger than could be expected in this area. The staff were excellent, especially Dennis in the bar and Luke and Paul in the restuarant. I cannot commend this hotel highly enough.
Cons: There is nothing that we did not like.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff went above and betond

Pros: Everything about this hotel was fabulous.
Cons: They have a mad lift system where you often have to go up before you can go down and vide Verda. Takes a bit of getting used to.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and beautiful hotel
Cons: Nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great and cleanliness and comfort of the room
Cons: Room and hotel services are not as expected.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: elevators are not easy to use
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room The pool The gym The staff
Cons: 1- if you have a car, then you will be charged 50 dollars a day obligatory for valet. It’s a 70 floors hotel so imagine how many cars are parked and the wait time. 1-Sorry guys but the elevator thing is ridiculous. If they’ve parked your car and you want to take it, first you have to take the following 3-elevator-trips 1) from your room floor ( say 35th floor) to 70th floor ( lobby) 2) then exit the elevator and take another elevator from the 70th floor to the ground floor. 3) then exit the elevator and take a 3rd elevator to the parking floor !!!! So once I forgot something in my car, it ended up taking 6 elevator trips.. and lost an hour!!! It’s a hassle. It’s just ridiculous.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, Top notch gym, super clean, a lot of restaurants, highly recommended.
Cons: Very slow room service, it can take over an hour to receive your order, small swimming pool.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: adequate
Cons: nothing
4,6 Okay
Cons: They couldn’t find our booking to start. Then when we went to 75 floor for snacks and drinks were told 60 per person for outside seating and had to leave within Half hour because we had someone under 21 at our table even though we were guests and there were only 3 other couples there on a Monday night and they were rude about it. They need more female management for sensitivity training . Very disappointed. Would have rather stayed at Loews where they are much nicer. Lesson learned
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing skyscraper, very modern, wonderful view from the lobby at the 70th floor, where you have to check in and out. The view from the room is interesting because the window is huge!
Cons: Very few bathroom accessories, such as no toothbrush, no q-tips, toothpaste, mouthwash, razor, shaving foam! No bathrobe, only some regular towels...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view !
Cons: How you had to go to the 70th floor. To get to the 60th floor
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room with fantastic views. The check-in staff was very helpful and the process easy. Roof-top bar was amazing and bartenders really new how to make great recommendations based on drinks I liked.
Cons: I would not recommend the Saturday buffet, I do not believe the food options justified the price. Very little hot food items and just a poor selection overall. That was my only negative comment from our stay.
6,0 Good
Cons: Some charges were not mentioned at the time of booking.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Iwe liked the ambiance....film and swimming at night ...bright rooms ...impeccably helpful staff ..
Cons: Maybe a time limit for kids to leave the pool say 9am so adults can swim without kids jumping in ...
7,5 Good
Cons: Folks were nice. Seemed family Friendly. Carpet seemed a little dingey. There was no easy breakfast cafe-like option in the morning. No one came to ask for poolside service while I was at the pool on two days for a total of 5 hours. Otherwise, it was a safe, clean, easy and friendly stay!
7,0 Good
Cons: Brunch was very good, regular breakfast was just alright.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cute hotel; nice restaurant everyone was incredibly friendly at hotel with the exception of the waiter at the restaurant.
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice location for universal studios and the trolly is great. Staff is wonderful and friendly
Cons: Hotel is extremely loud. You can hear everything while in rooms which makes it very difficult to get a good sleep. (Ie people talking in rooms next to you) Plus when walking down hallway you can hear the conversations in rooms 2 doors away. Beds aren’t overly comfortable. We were in the Lombardo building.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The styling The staff are friendly It’s so clean Free shuttle Location Restaurant food awesome
Cons: Pillows
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good location for Warner Bros, Universal Studios and Hollywood in general. Little bit of a "retro" feel which fitted what we were expecting from the photos. The pool was very popular, and the bar and restaurant well catered for. Our room was on the freeway side of the property, but no issues with noise as double glazed windows worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Air conditioner a little noisy, but we didn't sleep with it on so no real issue.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location is convenient and the staff are really nice!
Cons: They should allow food and drink from outside into the pool area as the food at the pool bar is quite pricey!
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location and proximity to Universal Studio
Cons: The room was outdated, small and not very clean. The bed felt like a blow up mattress and the shower had awful water pressure.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: loved it
Cons: food could be better

Pros: Location was great and only a 10 minute walk to stores for food and other needed items. Breakfast at the hotels restaurant was really good with lovely coffees also.
Cons: The only think I didn’t like was the televisions remote control. It was hard to flick through the channels with ease :(

Pros: Concierge extremely helpful in making my dinner reservations and giving suggestions even before I arrived to hotel.

Pros: Location
Cons: Reception attitude
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Great place to spot some famous people.
Cons: We were sadly very disappointed with our stay. This hotel was very expensive but the value really wasn't there. The 'included' Breakfast was terrible with not much on offer and bad quality produce. The breakfast didn't include coffee which was strangely set at a very high and unreasonable price for how mediocre the coffee was. We had a very bad sleep the first night with a noisy room and uncomfortable hard as a rock bed. We then moved for the remainder of our stay but had to pay extra to be moved to a room with a softer mattress. The hotel is overall run down and needs a spruce.

Pros: Huge spacious rooms, with little kitchenette, snack bar, wine machine etc. Free drop-off service within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. Quick wifi.
Cons: For the size of the room, I feel they could have incorporated walk in robes, or somewhere to store your bags without them being exposed. No hotel slippers.

7,5 Good
Pros: The exercise room was nice. The breakfast was good.
Cons: Toilet paper should be2-ply for the price of the room. Would have been nice to have some gluten free cereal, like corn Chex or gluten free pancake batter available on request for the waffle machine, as eggs and yogurt with fruit gets boring for a whole week.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The staff was incredibly rude, unhelpful, parking was expensive per night and not notated before our arrival, room was not properly restocked before arrival, doors were broken even.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the breakfast. It was one of the best we have ever had.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room size was great as well as location. Loved the free parking and bbqs. The room was very clean with a fully functioning kitchen, too
Cons: The need a bigger pool for the size of the property
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Great spacious closets. It was very nice having an in room kitchenette and separate tables for dining and working. Plenty of space to sit on the couch and not always be on the bed. Super convenient to all kinds of shopping, grocery, dining and entertainment. They also post a “quiet time” sign in the elevator asking to keep any noise down between 10p and 8a which is very considerate. Monday and Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays have snacks/beer/wine offered in the evening.
Cons: The things they don’t tell you... 1) there is a train somewhere close by that sounds it’s horn at sometime between 3-4am that is extremely disturbing but not something I knew about. 2) the water pressure in my room was pretty bad and they must have bad hard water because the soap didn’t lather and my hair was horrible after each washing. 3) the lowest the a/c could go in the room was 68, which is good in the summer but during my stay the heat was on in the hotel and 68 is way too warm for sleeping. They did bring a fan after I asked about the cooling situation. 4) the second floor even numbered ”interior” rooms are at pool level, not a issue in the winter but during the summer that could be noisy. 5) not the best tv line up but you can log into Netflix or HBO if you have those accounts
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Walking distance to downtown. Friendly staff!!
Cons: I did not like that they did not have a Jacuzzi.

Pros: Close proximity to our daughter

Cons: No hot tub.
6,3 Good
Pros: The Staff is friendly and hardworking.
Cons: The rooms’ windows probably haven’t been cleaned in 5 years and are like an opaque shower door. The morning buffet based in a cramped back room is the most uncivilized experience with typically five or more outstretched arms at each station trying to grab and outmaneuver the nearby dining competition.

Pros: I felt like a movie star! the staff treated us so well, and took care of our every need. Old Hollywood style and grace. Barbara was extra amazing, and helped us with special requests -- so warm and welcoming. Felt like old friends. I cannot WAIT to go back, and this is my new home in LA.

Pros: I absolutely love this cozy, intimate, and vintage hotel. I loved it and will come back again
Cons: The small pool , not enough spaces for everybody to lay down
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The included breakfast was great!
Cons: The pool closes at sundown. Would have loved to go for a later/night swim.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was incredibly courteous, the building itself is gorgeous, the location was perfect, it really was a great experience.
Cons: This is probably just culture shock because I come from a state where things actually cost what they say they will, but I booked 2 nights at about $350 a night... which I was perfectly willing to pay, didn’t avail myself of any extra amenities... and the bill was $1100. I get that some local taxes can’t be avoided, and that the hotel caters to clientele for whom the extra $400 is insignificant (of which I am one), but honest pricing is a matter of professionalism and at a certain point you’re just gouging customers in a way that feels dishonest.

Pros: tutto bellissimi everything great position room staff
Cons: nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Historical landmark (lots of celebrities used to live there), location
Cons: Kind of dark, the room had very subtle smoking smell, the pool was closed for some party (and the main reason I booked the hotel was for the pool).

Pros: My favorite getaway in West Hollywood. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Very dog friendly with a dog park next to the property. We came a little early for check in which we fully understood. We had a delicious lunch out in the patio and enjoyed some pool time until our room was ready. Our room was still not ready and provided us with a upgrade which we fully appreciated. Hope to be back in a few months.

Pros: It's a nice enough hotel in Southern downtown, so it's a little bit further away from everything than most other hotels. The location is still good. It's nicely designed and the room was very clean. Most things are already included in the room fee.

Pros: The ac worked well, the sheets were clean and overall the condition of the room was maintained. It didn’t look run down.

Pros: The speedy check-in for sure and the cleanliness
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The area around the hotel has great views of the mountains and is close to old Pasadena. The staff were polite and respectful and the food and service in the restaurant was terrific.
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: I was treated badly by both the check-in clerk and the manager on site. I had booked two rooms, each with a double bed for my family visiting from out of town. During check-in, the rooms were not available, instead only single bed rooms were available. Four guests had to stay in each room with only 1 bed. I think that's ridiculous. I payed extra for rooms with double beds. I received no apology, no compensation and no recourse. the manager stated that the only option would be for me find accommodations elsewhere. Everyone I encountered was extremely rude, include the valet personnel. I would not recommend anyone stay at this location. There are several other choices for hotels in Pasadena, where the staff is much more hospitable and responsible.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It's a four star hotel, rooms and amenities are better than an average three star hotels. The fitness is great. The pool and hot tub is average. The surroundings are good.
Cons: It took twenty minutes before we got the car. They said there were cleaning going on the first level. Still it felt like forever! The room assigned to us was not neatly made. There were no essential oil like the ones we had at Westin Costa Mesa.

Pros: $45 overnight parking charges & resort tax makes it pricey. But free wine at happy hour and fabulous included snacks make it a nice place to stay - vibe is cool and pool in the sky nice.

I got the basic room and it was large and comfortable with a great reading chair + there was excellent bedside lighting. My room on the 10th floor also had great views. + the air conditioning was quiet.

Pros: The location is great and was easy to access late at night. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was friendly. We arrived after midnight and were hungry. Appreciated the restaurant being accommodating as they were closing. Excellent food!
Cons: The rooms are fine and clean, but really nothing extra special. The vanity area is way to small. Valet pricing cost is extremely high and self parking wasn't really an option late at night and in downtown a woman and her 11 year old son.

Pros: Theme decor is unique , vintage yet look extraordinary.
Cons: Dark, compact no storage especially the bathroom. Tub is not draining well. A bit noisy on our side, could hear clients from our room, bed is uncomfortable, bed corners on the way. Hit my legs twice, not much to walk in out of bed.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Combination of vintage and updated details
Cons: Exercise gym too small
7,1 Good
Pros: We stayed here because of its proximity to the convention center. We were exhibiting so the 6 minute walk everyday made it accessible. The hotel is great for business but the rec center and pool need some attention. As a business traveller a gym is very important to me. The gym at the hotel is small (very!) and needs more equipment. It is great for one person but if two or more are there you have to wait in line. The pool is spacious but its proximity to two bars makes for a noisy experience - very unrelaxing. It also allows people from outside the hotel to use the pool which makes it very busy on weekends and very dirty. Overall a great place to stay for short term business.
Cons: See what I said above.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good vibes, cosy and confortable. Also everybody working there is professional with a high level of care of you!!! Bravo to Suzzi for your assistance and advices. Thanks to the security Guy for what he does so professionally. Thanks for the breakfast team, it was so nice!

Pros: The location was spectacular and the friendliness of most of the staff, they were so kind and friendly, very understanding and helpful!
Cons: Had a small mishap at the bar with the bartender, I ordered a beer and he seemed bothered by having to serve me, gave me a weird look, then said there was no beer. I chalked it off but my brother who noticed asked him if there was a problem and then he replied there was only draft beer at which point we left the bar. I also watched an employee taking a plate up to room service eating a French fry from the plate.

Cons: We were on an upper floor and the noise from the rooftop bar made it hard to sleep. Also be aware they'll charge you an extra services fee that you must pay even if you don't intend to use any of their amenities like bikes/towels etc.

Pros: Amazing location and great hotel. The staff was super friendly and detail oriented. We spent a night here as part of our honeymoon and got a complimentary upgrade and some treats. Will def be coming back.

Pros: Location
Cons: MULTIPLE BED BUGS FOUND THROUGHOUT MY STAY. I have pictures!! I CHANGED ROOMS 3 TIMES. 3rd floor smelled like a motel. Not sure how the property has a 4.5 review i would never stay here again.
