Pros:Location is perfect, close to freeways. Nice and welcoming lobby.
Cons:front desk, especially management is not very helpful. Good luck for getting any special requests or courtesy out of them. They will gladly offer what's not a special request or courtesy... but pretty disappointed. The Manager I dealt with was Michelle, that changed my mind about Hilton HH and will be dealing with Marriott moving forward. They seem to care more about patrons. The manager made sure that I understand that my low level HH card isn't good enough, but if I were higher level, I would get my requests fulfilled. Not going back... but otherwise, new and clean property.

Pros:The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and dining. The hotel is also in great location for many sites and activities (beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studioy, etc.). Embassy as usual has the best breakfasts.
Cons:I wish the parking was free but when in Rome........ There was really nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Pros:Absolutely nothing. I couldn't wait to get outta that hotel.
Cons:Everything. The staff-rude, non-friendly. Poor customer service skills, Experienced BED BUGS in the rooms, Rooms were not cleaned, Food on the floor-scattered- from previous customer, Toilets had urine & pubic hair all over, sink had toothpaste markings from others, Stains & Water damage on the walls--felt like a motel 6!! Not Embassey Suites at $200+/night!! Then having to fight for what's right to please the customer after horrible vacation experience. Ruined everything. Will never stay here again.

Cons:Man in front questioned if I parked inside or not even after I told him I'm moving my car. I parked outside instead. I was also charged inappropriately for the parking

Pros:Check in was fast and easy, afternoon reception was nice: glass of wine and a snack. Free breakfast was great, so easy to go downstairs and get a bite to eat, I'm let station, bacon, eggs, fruit, cereal.. very complete breakfast with lots of seating. The room was also very clean, we had a view of the lobby but it was fine. The beds were super comfy and bathroom was large and clean. Location was easy to find and right off the freeway exit and 10 min from universal studios.
Cons:The parking was $14 a day which is a little steep in my opinion. The power went out for about 10 min, but the elevators were out of service for 2 hours until one elevator was back in service, which made it difficult to take the luggage down. Other than that great hotel.

Cons:One morning the power went out and we had to go down 12 flights of stairs to get breakfast, then back up 12 flights and back down again to start our day.

Pros:Large, inviting hotel with friendly staff and amenities to make this a comfortable place to stay for several nights. Filling, excellent breakfast. In-room wifi and manager's cocktail hour. Loads of parking under the hotel--with plenty of space! The two rooms feel separate---two TVs. This would work well for families I imagine. This will be the hotel I use when I return to Glendale.
