The cost for parking was ridiculously high and NOT mentioned on your site. There was no service of the room. They dropped off old, scratchy towels but NEVER emptied the trash, made the bed or cleaned the bathroom.

Not good at all. I was not able to stay due to a friend I was going to meet having covid. I was unable to unbook my room. So I got charged 180 plus dollars and did not even use the room.

Pros (+) Fabulous shuttle service to Burbank airport. Clean rooms, nice on site breakfast. Walkable location - close to town and other restaurants nearby.
Cons (-) Our room faced the hotel driveway/entrance and it was a bit noisy. That’s my only complaint. Next time I’d choose a different location.

Pros (+) Room was clean.
Cons (-) There was construction happening at 8am on a Saturday morning. My friends and I stayed out late the night before and would have liked to sleep in longer, but our sleep was rudely interrupted with loud drilling in the room above us. Told the staff while checking out and they didn’t really seem to care and didn’t try to do anything to resolve the issue.

Pros (+) Excellent room amenities- plenty of outlets, lamps, and seating in our particular room. Loved the standard microwave and fridge, although we didn't need it. Powerful air conditioning. :) Overall, more good than bad.
Cons (-) In our room on the 18th floor, it sounded like someone above us was constantly showering. Only...we were the very top floor, so that couldn't have been lol. Either way, I heard very loud running water sounds most of the night. Also, being close to the freeway, we had a LOT of traffic noise pretty constantly. it made it difficult to fall asleep, so I ended up using a white-noise app on my phone to ...

Cons (-) The fees were high for an average size of room. I've paid that much in the past (Oxnard ~ Garden Inn) but they have small kitchenettes, free bfast & dinner.
