Pros (+) The water didn't make me sick and there was parking
Cons (-) The people wandering around asking if I want drugs or have cigarettes Dealing with the staff The beds were awful and feel super old The shower was dirty and had hair everywhere There was a carpet tack strip exposed by the bathroom The latch was broken on the door so we had to use a chair at night

Pros (+) The bed was scary to get into but comfortable to sleep for me. My daughter awoke in pain from the mattress. Neighborhood is good.
Cons (-) The bathroom had a huge hole above the shower exposing the piping. The place smelled and looked seedy. Place was so bad that my child literally chose to call psychiatric emergency care to stay overnight as opposed to going back to the motel when we went walking the next morning.
