Florence hotels near Museo Horne

Cons: Florence is a city with idiosyncratic hotels. I travel a lot. This is an odd place. Almost a ritual just to get in and out. Not for those expecting the conventional. Pleasant staff but this place is "out there". FaultyTowers meets Apocalypse Now.

Cons: Our room had 3 people in it and we only got 2 bath towels no extra blanket for the 3rd person. The air conditioning was poor it was never cool enough in the room forget about blow drying your hair cause the dryer turned off after 3 mins of using it.. let alone at 6:30 am the people who work there were slamming doors and it was right next to our room it sounded like they were in our room that's how loud it was.. it was every day.. when we seen pictures of this place we thought it was nice but when we got there it was a whole another story

Cons: It was hard to find our room in the new wing.

Cons: Hated the room but I am sure they have better rooms but wasn't given an option to select while booking

Cons: The lobby smelled bad every single day we were there. The bathroom shower leaked water all over and created a mess. It was not as nice as I expected for the price.

Cons: It is too noisy for being next to train station, my room has the windows that did not close properly and when reported they personal just had excuses and told that they were no other rooms available . Seems the motto that client never has the reason, not even a refund !

Cons: I did not like the noise this time. I have stayed at this hotel before, but on upper floors. This time I was on the second floor and the street noise of the vendors setting up at 5 am, and people stumbling and singing back from the bars late into the night was more than I'd experienced previously. The two things that were upsetting this time, were 1) a fellow patron across the hall woke me up at 2 am on my first night there as he spoke loudly into his cell phone for 20 solid minutes, then again at 2:30 another call and again at 3 am a third. he apparently didn't want to bother the woman who was staying with him, who complained loudly, so he stepped into the hallway to take his calls right in front of my door, and proceeded to literally yell into his phone like there was a bad NASA connection to Mars. The second thing that was pretty bad this time was it seemed that the cleaning staff arrived at 5- 5:30 am every morning and proceeded to walk around directly above, sorting out their carts for the day. We really like this hotel, but if we have to endure this kind of noise, we will find another favorite place.

Cons: Our room faced the street which does come alive every morning with cars and pedestrians. Other than that, can't think of anything that

Cons: Location was not great as next to the bus station, too noisy. Small lift.

Cons: We walked in our floor was completely wet they had to move us to another room, the next room was just small not as pictured

Cons: The noise insulation between rooms wasn't great, including the door going out to the hall. They are doing some construction to the entire exterior of the hotel, so you may have noise (but it was only during the day), and you may have people walking around the outside looking into our room. It's also a loss of safety to have all that scaffolding up. Also, loss of views out the windows from rooms that face outside. Some people may not be bothered by any of this.

Cons: Not so comfortable mattress

Cons: To be honest, we were really pleased with the place considering price, location, and friendliness of staff. The one thing I would say is that the bed - while not uncomfortable and completely adequate - was not an incredibly comfortable bed. But it worked - we slept great.

Cons: There was only (1).....seriously (1), outlet in the entire room. A mixed dorm room with 4 bunk beds and only (1) outlet doesn't make for friendly environments and happy customers. The price for the room was comparable but the foot, laundry, and drinks were completely over priced.

Cons: The bed was terrible, there was a bar digging into my hip/ lower back all night. One toilet and one shower for a room of 16 is not enough. There was some sort of construction or something happening on the floor above me from 5am to 9pm. No kitchen, which is dumb. It's a massive facility, so there are huge tour and school groups there all the time.

Cons: Workout room only had cardio machines. It would be nice if there was an electrical outlet near the bed so you could charge and read at the same time.

Cons: There are already 20-30 busabout people on the main entry getting in the way and occasionally loosing their breakfast in the stairs nearby.

Cons: Location and the employee there unfriendly and arrogant
