8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly & accommodating. Especially the guys at the door & the ladies at the desk. Room was spacious.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: A great place. Restaurant was excellent! Staff fantastic.
Cons: Our room was lovely with a great balcony. However, it had a Murphy bed that was against the wall. We are retired and attempting to crawl out over me in the middle of the night was......AWFUL. My husband slept on pull out sofa the next two nights.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location of hotel is good. It is just adjacent to the mountains. The facility and room layout look cozy. And visitors can enjoy nice mountain view at the roof top hot tub.
Cons: I doubt for it claimed as a 4-star hotel. The staffs in restaurant is without friendliness. The room condition lacks of maintenance. The hair dryer and fireplace broke before we checked in, while the front desk just asked us to wait for tomorrow.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and clean. We had a studio and added a rollaway for our daughter. It was really perfect. Great pools and hot tubs.
Cons: I'd go ahead and go to the grocery store in Jackson before I drove to Teton Village if I was going to do it again but overall, the hotel was wonderful.

Pros: Perfect location right in the village. Very short walking distance to gondola, tram, shopping, restaurants, mountain bike lift and rental shop. Staff was very helpful and provided great tips on the area and coupons for various retailers. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate always available in the lobby area, along with apples, nice touch! We enjoyed the Monday night cookout on the patio, it was delicious and very reasonably priced. The hot tubs built amongst the rocks and waterfalls were beautiful! It was a great stay!

4,0 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Room service was beyond lack luster. How is lasagna NOT good ?? Requested water with my meal and it was forgotten! Really? H2O and salt and pepper are basics. Both omitted. Bar service could be more attentive especially to a solo traveler.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: great hotel, beautiful and comfortable, staff is extremely nice
Cons: the room (2 queens) was a bit small for 4 poeple
9,2 Excellent
Pros: There was a lot to like. Helpful staff, great location with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was well appointed and what one would expect in a resort setting.
Cons: There was construction near the hotel and the parking access was a bit odd. Everything in the Jackson Hole area is a bit pricey.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: Traffic is bad and staff has discrimination attitudes.
7,0 Good
Pros: Osteria restaurant is exceptional! Good fitness center. Comfy beds. Beautiful setting.
Cons: The jacuzzi tub in our room did not work. We reported the problem our first day. The problem was finally resolved on our last day, though we reported the issue several times.
4,0 Okay
Pros: the location
Cons: everything felt cheap. bed wasn't comfortable, the room wasn't cleaned when i left in the morning, had to call for housekeeping. it feels like the "going green" idea is used an excuse to not do things right. they left the AC on with windows open.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A fantastic location with very good staff
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic getaway
Cons: Jets in bath tub did not work
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything
5,0 Okay
Cons: We did not realize the room would be so small and did not know we would be sleeping on a murphy bed. i'm not sure if I just missed that in the description but that was disappointing. The balcony view was looking right at another hotel!
8,0 Excellent

Pros: Great location.
Cons: We noticed that a number of the staff at the front desk were not very welcoming.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: proximity to the mountain
Cons: room a bit small
4,0 Okay
Pros: We loved the location. The proximity to GTNP was very convenient for sunrise and sunset photography outings. The trails in fall behind the village were excellent for running/hiking.
Cons: Everything from the $8 small bowl of oatmeal to the $150 spa treatment was prohibitively overpriced and lacking in quality. Parking was free but very far from the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Free electric car charging!
Cons: Prices for food was super high without alternative options nearby.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in Teton Village and walking distance to the tram and gondola.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Great room. View was pretty good
Cons: Staff was repeatedly rude and not helpful. Room service was nonexistent and they did not appear to be interested in correcting the situation. Would prefer to never stay here again
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool and hot tubs that the kids enjoyed. Right next to the mountains.
Cons: Very expensive for what you got. Breakfast is not included ($25), and they charge a $25 resort fee for 2 bottles of water, and an in room coffee maker that didn't even work properly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was one of the best lodging I have been to. From the informative staff to the fitting decor. This place was an experience! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only minutes from Jackson Hole and Teton park.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Parking 2blocks from hotel. Carpet old and worn. Staff less than friendly towards being surly.badly dated decor. Online pictures misleading.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: I was not pleased with the extra tax and resort fees at the end. I k ew they were coming because I had read but I think it is very deceptive to not disclose them in the price since you are promoting a high star rating . Not aprofessional look.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was comfortable, clean, quiet and cozy!
Cons: We would have loved an option of pay per view movies.
4,4 Okay
Pros: The smell of the shampoo!
Cons: One of the staff was very snippy. My view was a brick wall. The room was quite "cramped" feelingl. Having to valet park was a real pain as we were coming and going constantly. It was not nearly as open feeling as the pictures depicted.

Cons: Noise from the wooden walkways.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Not worth money, I better stay at Jackson Holes
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the the cleanliness of the room. A great place to relax. I like not having a tv in the room. It was just a room to sleep in with a bathroom.
Cons: I hated that you could hear others walking around. Thin walls and ceilings. And I really wanted a view of the mountains. That was the worse thing about the room for sure.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyable stay, impressively set up. The lounge area was super cool. However the kitchen was quite cramped and didn't have much to work with, just a few hot plates. Overall good value.
Cons: Kitchen was small and only one table!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find the Hostel clean and reasonably comfortable at a good price for the location.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was barely more than a dribble.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is exceptional in the heart of Teton Village which is a very charming, unique and relaxed place. The room was clean and customer service excellent. The shared facilities covered everything needed not in the room but we did not use them except for the free coffee!
Cons: Some room electrics had faults but nothing dangerous.
6,3 Good
Pros: The closeness to the Tetons.
Cons: Outdated
7,0 Good
Pros: The location, game room and horse shoe area just outside the lobby, hot chocolate in the lobby
Cons: Dark, small window
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Free ice.
Cons: To pricy for a bed in box. Box fan for air. Shared Icebox to full to use. Everything to unhandy to get to, either up or down stairs. Parking sucks, only two handicap parking spots, both to far away. This place is not for seniors someone wanting comfort
7,0 Good
Pros: good price for the location.
Cons: did not provide hand towels.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: No tv . No coffee in room. Very dark.

8,8 Excellent
Cons: Listing stated it was 4 miles from airport. This is absolutely untrue. 45 minutes from airport. claimed it was "near airport". Bad information.
7,1 Good
Pros: Newly renovated room was very spacious, extremely comfortable and a little on the "romantic" side (nice cozy gas log fireplace). Room was also almost like a semi-efficiency...dishes, utensils, cups, sink, in-room coffee (Kuerig), fridge, microwave...very nice. King bed and pillows slept like a dream!! Bathroom very clean with plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer and nice big towels! The room was beautiful, but the overall experience was not at all what was expected (especially for the price)!
Cons: Our first frustration....the name of facility is extremely misleading..."Inn at Jackson Hole" would make you think you are going to reside in Jackson Hole...not even close! Facility is located in Teton Village which is about 12 miles out in the country from Jackson Hole. Facility is under a total renovation so even finding the lobby/front desk was like a treasure hunt in a maze! Workers knocked on the door early to check and see if our room was empty so they could work on the renovation...what kind of deal is that?? Nobody knows which rooms have been renovated so they go door-to-door (early did I mention) and check??? Parking is a hike. Restaurants are in neighboring hotels (during the renovation). When the renovations are finished (maybe in a year or two) the stay might be much more amenable...however, in all fairness, I still think the name should be changed to reflect the actual location of the property!!
4,0 Okay
Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Room was not very clean. The tub drained slow. No working elevator. No ice machine near the room. No lights in the parking lot. The office was ridiculously difficult to find with the construction/renovation. WAY too expensive for a not so clean room and no amenities. WAY to expensive!!
9,7 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed the breakfast foods. Nice.
7,9 Good
Pros: It was a nice room.
Cons: It was under construction & difficult to get around.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms and abundance of restaurants to choose from
Cons: Of course off season construction of lobby and lots else!
6,3 Good
Pros: The decor of the room was current, contemporary - recently remodeled.
Cons: There was no lobby due to remodeling much of the facility. The hall area was dirty and tattered. The price did not reflect the degree of inconvenience created by the remodeling. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. View was of a stairway! Shoulder season so many establishments in area were closed.
5,8 Okay
Pros: No table in the room
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fabulous. Very large and comfortable.
Cons: The property was under construction, so checking in was difficult and confusing.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Though the inn is under renovation, our room was lovely and very chic. We both slept very well. Also appreciate the nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.
Cons: The sliding door for the bathroom was awkward because the lock didn't really work, so my dog liked to paw it open while I was in the shower or on the toilet.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Pool was nice and hot tub was actually hot (maybe because it was a really hot day).Staff very nice. A solid value for an older hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of choices.
Cons: I've seen reviews that really knock the cleanliness- I didn't have a problem but I did see into some rooms with stained carpets.
6,8 Good
Cons: facility is dated and is in need of renovation
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, central to all kinds of recreation, shopping, and the Grand Tetons National Park.
5,3 Okay
Pros: Conveniently located next to Grand Teton Park, easy parking, restaurants next door, spacious room
Cons: I had to pay an extra because the first room had no window...in a ski resort, and there was no breakfast served in the hotel. But the most shocking was coaches waiting for customers on the nearby parking lot with their engines turned on during 2 hours between 6:15 and 8:15 making it impossible to sleep due to the noise
5,3 Okay
Pros: Clean and comfortable room.
Cons: The hotel looks outdated.
6,7 Good
Pros: The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The wake up call was on time. thanks.
7,3 Good
Pros: Staff very helpful.Beautiful setting
Cons: Cost. Inadequate room lighting (137 volt bulbs)
6,4 Good
Pros: End of the road for visiting the Grand Tetons before heading back home.
Cons: No, it was fine. Kinda expensive, but I guess it's the place.
6,0 Good
Pros: Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, good facilities, Clean pool, nice hot tub, friendly staff.
Cons:
4,0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: rooms very dark and simple, complimentary breakfast terrible
4,0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is a bit outdated and needs refreshing, especially the carpet in the room. The room we stayed was reasonably clean but dark, as natural light is hardly coning inside.
Cons: The location seems pretty popular, but comparing this accomodation with others in Denver, Salt Lake city, Page and Flagstaff, it is way too expensive and not worth the price. I would stay again if nothing else available
5,2 Okay
Pros: Spacious bedroom with balcony. Very quiet.
Cons: During off season it is not easy to find a place to eat, namely breakfast. At that time reception only open from 8:30 am.
