Pros: The staff was super helpful and the location was great!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: staff
Cons: hotel property and staff were wonderful. Studio apt. had nice kitchen area. Bonus was Teton Village being very close to beautiful Rockefeller Preserve in Grand Teton NP.
7,0 Good
Pros: Free laundry
Cons: Staff not friendly, folded bed
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location and views.
Cons: The room was cramped and the queen sized bed was a Murphy bed that took up half the room when folded down for use.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: A great place. Restaurant was excellent! Staff fantastic.
Cons: Our room was lovely with a great balcony. However, it had a Murphy bed that was against the wall. We are retired and attempting to crawl out over me in the middle of the night was......AWFUL. My husband slept on pull out sofa the next two nights.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had booked a jr suite which sounded great but asked about an upgrade since we were going to be here a whole week. Advantages of coming at shoulder season— we were able to upgrade ( for a reasonable daily fee) to a one bedroom suit with 2 baths. The living room was perfect for having our friends for wine by the fireplace before heading out to dinner. Hotel restaurant was good and there were many others only a few steps away. Housekeeping by 2 young men was the best! Lobby staff was very helpful!!
Cons: We liked everything. Did not try the spa.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was amazing and this hotel was a tremendous value compared to Four Seasons a block away. Staff at hotel were super friendly, restaurant was amazing, service their was great there as well.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was we didn't stay longer!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location, the view and the room. Loved the fireplace
Cons: Wasn't crazy about the fold out bed!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very large room with beds for all 6 in my family, very nice.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent in Teton Village. Housekeeping was very good. Spa and changing room facilities were excellent with hot tubs and steam rooms in the changing rooms in addition to other hot tubs and swimming pools on the roof and next to the gym. Gym was well equipped too.
Cons: Service in the restaurant was terribly slow. Some of the concierges could be a bit surly. No food or drinks service in the lobby which was sorely missed. No special NYE festivities in the hotel. Christmas decorations were taken down on January 2nd which we thought was a bit rushed.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: It was dirty.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice lodge. Incredible views, sauna and gym.
Cons: Didn't include breakfast on price.

Cons: Could hear other people in hotel easily.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was great and so was the location.
Cons: The outlets in the room didn't work, there was mold and mildew in the bathroom and it was outdated.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We visited here at the very end of the season and there were very few people in the hotel or indeed in the town. We stayed for two nights and then returned for one night a few days later. The rooms were warm and inviting and had plenty of sockets for recharging devices. The breakfast was outstanding with a very wide choice and helpful and attentive staff. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first evening and the food was freshly cooked and to a good standard but quite pricey. Nothing was too much trouble for the restaurant staff. The hotel was very clean with car parking very close by. This hotel is not cheap but represented good value for money given its location and the excellent breakfast.
Cons: The only minor complaint was that the lighting was very subdued in both rooms which made reading almost impossible. The Bavarian music would probably not be to everyone’s taste but it fitted with the décor of a Swiss or Austrian Inn.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bistro food was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. It was a surprise and delight to have a humidifier in the room. Breakfast was good and the staff accommodated any unique requests we had. We will stay there again upon returning to Jackson Hole.
Cons: The hotel was convenient, and all the facilities were well maintained and clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The full breakfast (included!) was fantastic, super convenient, and something for everyone. Great fuel prior to skiing. The staff were very attentive and super friendly. The location cannot be beat. You can see the tram line from the breakfast room! The Alpenhof is a special gem! Cannot wait to go back!
Cons: I did not like that we had to leave....

Pros: 30-40 mins from Jackson Hole airport.
Cons: I could hear loud thumping of feet from people walking in the room above, snoring from the room next door, and a baby crying in yet another room. Horrible night! Hotel is under construction and this room seemed to be an updated room too!!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Overall it was good.. the bad reviews were way over hyped.. it wasn't that bad
6,0 Good
Pros: Good location.
Cons: The floors were wood and there were no rugs at the entry or main area. During our three day stay housekeeping did not sweep or mop, not once. That was a real let down. The dirty floors took away from an otherwise good experience!
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location, rooms are warm and fairly roomie. Parking was fine.
Cons: No pool no jacuzzi , it was under construction. The keys would just stop working and they said it was the system. How about fixing the system? I do not feel like walking from the 3rd floor to the trailer office to have you rekey evey other day!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The front office renovation is good. The bedroom reno also positive. The bathrooms not updated (for example our toilet had a ugly dark stain within it). Good locaton. Cafe staff helpful as with most front desk. Quite noisy in the passage ways. One night a huge verbal (and maybe physical) fight outside our doorway at 2 a.m. and no staff available to shut it up.
Cons: Front staff need to be a little more self aware wqhat is going one. Quite expensive too.
6,0 Good
Pros: The space was really well put together. We had a loft type room (not sure if they are all like that). The most important thing is cleanliness for me and it was.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Location was great. Staff tried to be as helpful as possible
Cons: pool was closed. Didn't get the room we wanted. Room had many broken or non-functional items...gas fireplace, bathroom heater, etc
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Modern room with new bathroom, big TV. Close to EV Charging (Base parking lot near attendant). 2 beds and a sofa, large room. Keurig coffee maker good. (Would be nice to have tea and/or decaf). Eco-Friendly shampoo/cond/gel dispenser in shower.
Cons: Hotel is under construction. Follow maze to find lobby and ice. Parking is LIMITED but free. View of STEPS. Toilet slams. Buying quiet lid is still cheap.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Though the inn is under renovation, our room was lovely and very chic. We both slept very well. Also appreciate the nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.
Cons: The sliding door for the bathroom was awkward because the lock didn't really work, so my dog liked to paw it open while I was in the shower or on the toilet.
1,0 Poor
Cons: The hotel is under renovations. Our room was under the tent so jackhammers, workers yelling, nail guns, back hoes, large equipment and deafening noises were heard from early in the morning until 5 or 6 every night. It was a nightmare.
7,0 Good
Pros: Bar and hot tub were great. Loved the big screens in the bar area. Decor in the room was nice. Location was very good.
Cons: Room with 2 Queen beds on the first floor: Very noisy in the morning. Hated the bathroom door. It was loud and does not shut all the way. If someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night, the noise and light that shines throughout the room wakes everyone else up. It would be very helpful to have a ski/snowboard locker room. The room was pretty small which did not leave much room for gear. Food menu was rather limited. What we had was good.
7,0 Good
Pros: Querky but in a nice way
Cons: Getting to and from the hot tub was weird. Room phone didn’t work. Ptac was a jetbenginge
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, central to all kinds of recreation, shopping, and the Grand Tetons National Park.
5,3 Okay
Pros: Conveniently located next to Grand Teton Park, easy parking, restaurants next door, spacious room
Cons: I had to pay an extra because the first room had no window...in a ski resort, and there was no breakfast served in the hotel. But the most shocking was coaches waiting for customers on the nearby parking lot with their engines turned on during 2 hours between 6:15 and 8:15 making it impossible to sleep due to the noise
5,3 Okay
Pros: Clean and comfortable room.
Cons: The hotel looks outdated.
6,7 Good
Pros: The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The wake up call was on time. thanks.
7,3 Good
Pros: Staff very helpful.Beautiful setting
Cons: Cost. Inadequate room lighting (137 volt bulbs)
6,4 Good
Pros: End of the road for visiting the Grand Tetons before heading back home.
Cons: No, it was fine. Kinda expensive, but I guess it's the place.
6,0 Good
Pros: Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, good facilities, Clean pool, nice hot tub, friendly staff.
Cons:
4,0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: rooms very dark and simple, complimentary breakfast terrible
4,0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is a bit outdated and needs refreshing, especially the carpet in the room. The room we stayed was reasonably clean but dark, as natural light is hardly coning inside.
Cons: The location seems pretty popular, but comparing this accomodation with others in Denver, Salt Lake city, Page and Flagstaff, it is way too expensive and not worth the price. I would stay again if nothing else available
5,2 Okay
Pros: Spacious bedroom with balcony. Very quiet.
Cons: During off season it is not easy to find a place to eat, namely breakfast. At that time reception only open from 8:30 am.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Room service was beyond lack luster. How is lasagna NOT good ?? Requested water with my meal and it was forgotten! Really? H2O and salt and pepper are basics. Both omitted. Bar service could be more attentive especially to a solo traveler.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: There was a lot to like. Helpful staff, great location with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was well appointed and what one would expect in a resort setting.

3,0 Mediocre
Cons: Traffic is bad and staff has discrimination attitudes.
7,0 Good
Pros: Osteria restaurant is exceptional! Good fitness center. Comfy beds. Beautiful setting.

4,0 Okay
Pros: the location
Cons: everything felt cheap. bed wasn't comfortable, the room wasn't cleaned when i left in the morning, had to call for housekeeping. it feels like the "going green" idea is used an excuse to not do things right. they left the AC on with windows open.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A fantastic location with very good staff
6,0 Good
