Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, especially for its proximity to attractions, skiing, and convenience to local amenities. Many appreciated the character and charm of the property, with some highlighting the friendly and helpful staff. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, including dirty carpets and dated facilities. Guests also expressed dissatisfaction with the value for price, citing high costs and limited services or amenities. Problems with amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and parking were frequently mentioned, and some found the rooms and bathrooms in need of updates.
