Excellent 10,0
Pros: Exceptional staff, with very comfortable surroundings and amenities. Quiet yet close to downtown (great walk-about).
Cons: Nothing to add here. Definitely a place to stay again and again.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location; amazing hospitality; fantastic amenities - one of our best stays ever!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My wife and I stayed only one night at the Inn. What a beautiful treat! Only regret was we couldn’t stay longer. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!
Good 7,9
Pros: the breakfast was awesome, and so was the location. the staff were also fantastic. it was within walking distance of the town and restaurants.there was a great selection of restaurants in Jackson Hole.
Cons: I felt the accommodation was pricey and small but I realize Jackson Hole is a popular destination which may make it the expensive.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Good granola and gave me the recipe.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We LOVE this B & B
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was awesome!
Cons: Everything was fine.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The property is located on a beautiful creek alive with ducks and many other birds. It’s so peaceful to hear the creek flowing by. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and enthusiastic about what they do. All of them we met were wonderful. Our room, while on the small side, was very comfortable and had every amenity one could need. It was delightful to sit on our balcony overlooking the creek and the inn’s grounds. The freshly baked cookies, evening happy hour and morning breakfast were all delicious.
Cons: The only slight negative is that the walls are somewhat thin—not enough to take away from the beauty of the experience, but still enough to hear noises from the other room(s). Not enough of an annoyance to detract from the experience.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Wonderful, beautiful, comfortable, clean, perfect place for our 1-night stay after 5 days backpacking the Grand Tetons. Jacuzzi tub in our room was a plus, the breakfast was superb, and the staff was delightful. Would love to go back!

Excellent 9,0
Pros: staff
Cons: hotel property and staff were wonderful. Studio apt. had nice kitchen area. Bonus was Teton Village being very close to beautiful Rockefeller Preserve in Grand Teton NP.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Top notch furnishing Full ktchen
Cons: Tiny, dark room Murphy bed
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Nice location and views.
Cons: The room was cramped and the queen sized bed was a Murphy bed that took up half the room when folded down for use.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was tremendously helpful & friendly, Spur restaurant was Outstanding!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff was friendly & accommodating. Especially the guys at the door & the ladies at the desk. Room was spacious.
Cons: Room was billed as Queen beds, but the beds seemed more like full sized beds instead. Beds were also a little unstable
Excellent 9,0
Pros: A great place. Restaurant was excellent! Staff fantastic.
Cons: Our room was lovely with a great balcony. However, it had a Murphy bed that was against the wall. We are retired and attempting to crawl out over me in the middle of the night was......AWFUL. My husband slept on pull out sofa the next two nights.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The location of hotel is good. It is just adjacent to the mountains. The facility and room layout look cozy. And visitors can enjoy nice mountain view at the roof top hot tub.
Cons: I doubt for it claimed as a 4-star hotel. The staffs in restaurant is without friendliness. The room condition lacks of maintenance. The hair dryer and fireplace broke before we checked in, while the front desk just asked us to wait for tomorrow.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very comfortable and clean. We had a studio and added a rollaway for our daughter. It was really perfect. Great pools and hot tubs.
Cons: I'd go ahead and go to the grocery store in Jackson before I drove to Teton Village if I was going to do it again but overall, the hotel was wonderful.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was exceptional friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was amazing and this hotel was a tremendous value compared to Four Seasons a block away. Staff at hotel were super friendly, restaurant was amazing, service their was great there as well.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was we didn't stay longer!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very large room with beds for all 6 in my family, very nice.

Pros: The 2br/2ba unit we were in was nicely appointed and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. The layout was good, felt spacious and conducive to privacy. The front desk staff were wonderful, helpful in every way and very informed about the area.
Cons: Our balcony overlooked another building wall, which was disappointing considering the amazing views to be had! Teton Village itself was sorely lacking in commercial eateries, so if you wanted Starbucks in the morning, you had to make the 10-15 drive into town!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything, clean, location, staff and people in general. We as a family had a great time can't complain. So much to do not enough time.
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Perfect location right in the village. Very short walking distance to gondola, tram, shopping, restaurants, mountain bike lift and rental shop. Staff was very helpful and provided great tips on the area and coupons for various retailers. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate always available in the lobby area, along with apples, nice touch! We enjoyed the Monday night cookout on the patio, it was delicious and very reasonably priced. The hot tubs built amongst the rocks and waterfalls were beautiful! It was a great stay!

Pros: The location. Grand Tetons

Pros: Great location in the middle of town. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Newer property with charming western decor. Rooms include fridge, coffee maker, heated bathroom floor. Excellent breakfast included.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: We liked the close distance to town and to the Grand Teton National Park. We enjoyed the free large breakfast buffet each morning. It had free parking and free internet.
Cons: The price to stay in Jackson Hole is very expensive. We wanted to be close to the Grand Tetons.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We interacted with 4 different office employees during our visit. In each case, we felt these staff members sincerely listened to our questions and provided great advise. From restaurant and sightseeing suggestions to room selection and breakfast, great!
Cons: It's always great when I can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Comfortable room in great location
Cons: Breakfast room a little crowded
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Nice, spacious, quiet room with a fully equipped kitchen, really comfortable bed. Good breakfast, they had me at the mini waffles maker. Great location - on the main street, within a short walking distance to town center, restaurants, galleries, shops, etc. It’s also really close to the road to Grand Teton National Park which was perfect for us. All in all, a great choice.
Cons: No complaints
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The staff was great. The room was clean. We used the hot tub. Good overall
Cons: Price! I've never spent this much on a hotel room
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Loved the spacious king room with spa tub! Amazing
Cons: Stairs up to 2nd floor with bad knees
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location just 2 blocks from the town square and 2 blocks from the visitor center. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent. Although the pool and hot tub looked nice, we didn’t use it.

Pros: The location is great. Staff was nice and breakfast good.
Cons: Rooms are a little dated.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The family of moose outside the cabin!
Cons: Hot tub by the road.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Quaint
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Each room was an individual log cabin, very quiet...the bonus was the light snow fall and closeness to town. We ate at the hotels restaurant for dinner and loved the coconut shrimp...breakfast had something for every taste.
Excellent 9,0
Cons: Room was infested with spiders—last morning I had a spider crawling on my face. Staff was completely useless in addressing our concerns. I intend to write a scathing review on Trip Advisor.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We had a lovely comfortable cabin. The Rustic in is situated at the end of the town which was a good base for us to explore the Grand Teton National Park. It is a few minutes by car out of Jackson Hole Village, however, the hotel provides a shuttle service if required. Breakfast was good. The Restaurant at the Rustic Inn is very good, our meals were delicious. Staff were helpful.
Good 7,1
Pros: Complimentary breakfast,shuttle.awesome property
Cons: They forgot my booking. Left me in the airport for 30 minutes when I called them, they told me I don’t have a reservation with them. Everything got resolved but they won’t acknowledge they made a mistake. “It is the computer.” I emailed my itinerary to them before I left Houston.
Okay 4,8
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: See above. If I hadn't had guests with me, I would have refused the rooms and had a talk with the manager. I have really travelled a lot, both in the US and internationally and have never had a room or suite misrepresented before. I was trying to stay someplace special as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law. What a disappointment.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: location loation location Cabin was spacious and bed was veryy comfortable .breakfast was good ( loved the bacon but would also like a real oatmeal option) proximity to Jackson enter was great and the grounds were perfet .
Cons: Sauna didnt work well and didnt turn on at all one morning Need to expand the dining areas
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Great difficulty finding it with GPS
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, look, location, amenities.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: The cabins are beautiful. They are comfortable and relaxing. The view from the deck of each cabin is great - you are looking out at the creek and the hills. The food is very good and the service is excellent. The bed was so comfortable! We didn't it, but they have a free shuttle service that will take you not town and pick you up. This is really great since parking in town is very limited.
Cons: I wish there was a gym there. Also, it would be nice if there was someone to take your bags to your room. But otherwise everything here is perfect.

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Room service was beyond lack luster. How is lasagna NOT good ?? Requested water with my meal and it was forgotten! Really? H2O and salt and pepper are basics. Both omitted. Bar service could be more attentive especially to a solo traveler.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: great hotel, beautiful and comfortable, staff is extremely nice
Cons: the room (2 queens) was a bit small for 4 poeple
Excellent 9,2
Pros: There was a lot to like. Helpful staff, great location with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was well appointed and what one would expect in a resort setting.
Cons: There was construction near the hotel and the parking access was a bit odd. Everything in the Jackson Hole area is a bit pricey.
Mediocre 3,0
Cons: Traffic is bad and staff has discrimination attitudes.
Good 7,0
Pros: Osteria restaurant is exceptional! Good fitness center. Comfy beds. Beautiful setting.
Cons: The jacuzzi tub in our room did not work. We reported the problem our first day. The problem was finally resolved on our last day, though we reported the issue several times.
Okay 4,0
Pros: the location
Cons: everything felt cheap. bed wasn't comfortable, the room wasn't cleaned when i left in the morning, had to call for housekeeping. it feels like the "going green" idea is used an excuse to not do things right. they left the AC on with windows open.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: A fantastic location with very good staff
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic getaway
Cons: Jets in bath tub did not work
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Everything
Okay 5,0
Cons: We did not realize the room would be so small and did not know we would be sleeping on a murphy bed. i'm not sure if I just missed that in the description but that was disappointing. The balcony view was looking right at another hotel!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Room and location were stunning.
Cons: Parking situation in lot across the street was terrible. Took 30 mins to find a spot.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location , the room was excellent . Convenient to Jackson and the national parks
Cons: Parking is a problem in the resort.

Pros: Good location, great view

Excellent 10,0
Pros: very environmental friendly and using reusable cups. Location is very quiet, little far from Jackson Hole but perfect place to see wildlife in winter. Mini kitchen is convenient. Check in was super easy and they don’t not hold any money from your credit card.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The full kitchen and convenient location.
Cons: Limited outdoor space.
Good 7,0
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Price is a little high
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We had the 2nd floor Superior View room with balcony and it was wonderful being able to open the balcony door and let in fresh air while taking in the view of the National Elk Refuge across the highway.
Cons: None.
Mediocre 2,5
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No Hot Water, Heaters didn’t work and it was 20 degrees out
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very nice hotel. We enjoyed the area and how close it was to Jackson. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was so nice. If we are ever in the area will definitely stay again.
Okay 5,0
Pros: No breakfast as advertised. Decor was nice - newly refurbished. Attractive
Cons: Nice sized room BUT no chair at desk or place to sit other than bed. Small narrow table wa cluttered with lamp, extensive Keurig set up, cups etc. Plenty of room for another table. Very uncomfortable to work on computer since no desk available. I asked desk worker if they had another chair. She got one that was too large and really didn't solve the problem but give her an e for effort. Also a large antique wardrobe rather than a simple hanger bar. Hard to ope and impossible to close so the door hung open and got in the way when coming and going to/from outside. The bath was newly remodeled. Shower was attractive walk-in good sized. However the single handled control was labeled backward, no way to turn on the shower without getting wet so had to stand-in freezing water while waiting on the hot water to get there. Applaud the effort to be green. But, no plastic bag for the ice bucket was a little too far for me, esp since the inside of the bucket was stained esp in the cracks which led me to believe it hadn't been carefully cleaned for sometime. So I provided my own plastic bag thus negating their good intentions. Desk person only on duty from 4-7. Problems after 7 couldn't be attended to.
Good 6,3
Pros: Overlooked scenic Elk range. Able to cook
Cons: Poor room layout. No room for two people to eat - small table and only one chair. Faucet in kitchen loose and in need of repair.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Quiet location just outside of Jackson. Staff very friendly, good coffee, great view.
Cons: The rooms DEFINITELY need drapes! The light from the Elk Lodge Sign was so bright, kept us from sleeping. That was the biggest factor after a long day of flying. Sleep was essential. Also, we had the smallest toilet I've ever seen, very uncomfortable.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Not a high end place but that’s not what we’re looking for. Spacious, convenient, love watching the elk and deer right out front. My kind of place and price.
Cons: Could use some minor repairs updates but was fine with me the way it is. Would be nice if fireplace was useable.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Room layout, view, kitchenette well appointed
Cons: Towels, tub could use grab bar, room very hot even without heat on

Pros: Free electric car charging!
Cons: Prices for food was super high without alternative options nearby.

Okay 4,0
Pros: Great room. View was pretty good
Cons: Staff was repeatedly rude and not helpful. Room service was nonexistent and they did not appear to be interested in correcting the situation. Would prefer to never stay here again
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Nice pool and hot tubs that the kids enjoyed. Right next to the mountains.
Cons: Very expensive for what you got. Breakfast is not included ($25), and they charge a $25 resort fee for 2 bottles of water, and an in room coffee maker that didn't even work properly.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This was one of the best lodging I have been to. From the informative staff to the fitting decor. This place was an experience! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only minutes from Jackson Hole and Teton park.
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Parking 2blocks from hotel. Carpet old and worn. Staff less than friendly towards being surly.badly dated decor. Online pictures misleading.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: I was not pleased with the extra tax and resort fees at the end. I k ew they were coming because I had read but I think it is very deceptive to not disclose them in the price since you are promoting a high star rating . Not aprofessional look.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The location & overall decor.
Cons: The two things that were most disappointing were the friendliness/knowledge of the staff & also we found several dark hairs on our sheets/pillows.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great location and price, the bathrooms had great lighting and a magnifiying mirror which is a plus. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: I wish the room had a balcony. The room was also on the small side and I wish it was laid out better with more drawer space. The air conditioner was also very loud.
Okay 4,4
Pros: The smell of the shampoo!
Cons: One of the staff was very snippy. My view was a brick wall. The room was quite "cramped" feelingl. Having to valet park was a real pain as we were coming and going constantly. It was not nearly as open feeling as the pictures depicted.

Pros: Some of the fastest WiFi of any hotel I've stayed at, regardless of location - great if for example you're a photographer and want to upload things quickly and reliably. In the event of a total rain out, there's also a good selection of DirecTV.
Cons: There were a couple of spiders. You're out in the country though, these things happen.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Room was clean and everything worked.
Cons: Could hear neighboring rooms.
Good 7,0
Pros: No breakfast. Location was good. It was fine for our needs.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The scenery was pretty. It was nice and quiet. Room was clean and kept up.
Good 7,9
Pros: It was comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, the location is perfect... just outside of Jackson Hole with a view of the mountains from your room and a quick jump in to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Everything was extremely clean with the exception of the matress... adjacent convenience store and gas station are nice to have as well.
Cons: Not much I disliked here... The bathrooms are very small, can't imagine sharing it with other people. At one point I accidentally ripped the sheet off the matress... bit of a mistake... it was a pretty nasty matress hiding under those clean sheets. Look, I expect matress covers everywhere these days, it's incredibly cheap way to be more sanitary. There was a massive dried up thing that looked like a snot ball on the side of the matress.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Closeness to national park and to city of jackson
Cons: Noise level somewhat high.. parking was not well defined. Inside door did not work properly
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Doreen in the store was very helpful and generous. You don't find friendliness like that veey often. Tanner from the motel offive was on the roif of an RV helpung someone...awesome view right from the room!!! ..beds were comfy.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Loved the room, the location of the hotel, and the staff was friendly.
Cons: Ice machines shut down "for the season. " The convenience store offered one free bag of ice on the first day, but charged me $3.50 for ice the next day.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location, friendly staff. Just 5 minutes to town and 145 from the park entrance. Beautiful view out the window! Housekeeping livened things up by shaping towels and tissue into fun shapes.

Pros: The location and views were amazing, on site spa and restaurant, short drive to downtown Jackson.
Cons: The staff was not very attentive, almost every time we came tho the ranch house we were left waiting or treated as an inconvenience. Overall great time though!
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Beautiful location, loved having a fireplace
Cons: Room was very dated and run down. Chopped and missing floor tile, bathroom light almost non existent. Young staff didn''t seem to know what was going on. Snack bar at pool closed during peak afternoon time.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I loved the location, the view, fireplace in the room, fitness center and hot tub I would stay again
Cons: I liked everything
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Rustic design, spacious room, wood burning fireplace, hot tub, pool, free shuttle bus to take you into town (limited hours but still a nice perk), heater in room was not one of those loud fans, great value for the price, nice views.
Cons: I would have preferred to stay in town but everything in Jackson was at least twice as expensive. Considering everything I had definitely stay here again. And I read that Jackson has uber and Lyft if you need to return after the shuttle stops.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location and views. In room fire place. Hot tub and views. Good staff and cleaning service
Cons: My description said kitchenette and coffee pot. There was only a small mini fridge and coffee pot for one. Only one coffee pot. Disappointing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The view was amazing. Loved the layout of the ranch!
Excellent 9,6
Cons: staff was uneven
Good 6,7
Cons: Room layout was not as described. Did not like how the different types of rooms were on different sections of the property.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Beautiful view and friendly, informative staff
Cons: Interior seemed a bit out-dated and dingy-- not to a terrible detriment but just unexpected given the exterior/lobby and typical price point. Glad we got it at a discounted rate
Excellent 10,0
Pros: What a great surprise - thought we were just getting a room, but it was a charming suite, small kitchen, great bedroom area, living room - opening up to a patio overlooking the mountains.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The view was beautiful! It was very peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: There was a step on the stairway leading up to our room that should be repaired. Someone could easily fall. Food prices were very high.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean! Excellent staff!
Cons: No!

Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location of this hotel is its best feature. Breakfast was also very good.
Cons: Due to a chemistry problem, the pool was unavailable for 6 of the 7 days that we were there. There were a couple of days when it would have been nice to jump into the pool at the end of the day.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The character of the hotel, the setting, the staff, everything!
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The breakfast was great and so was the location.
Cons: The outlets in the room didn't work, there was mold and mildew in the bathroom and it was outdated.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The friendly / helpful staff.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The wood burning fireplace in the room was awesome!

Excellent 8,3
Pros: The total facility was comfortable and friendly! Lots to do! We will return!
Cons: The double occupancy room was to crowded for four of us so we booked another room!
Good 7,5
Pros: It was alright
Cons: Had to sleep the other way on the bed
Okay 5,4
Pros: I stayed here in September as a base for Grand Teton. The town of Teton Village was disappointing, a ski town out of season with very few shops / cafes etc open. The hostal was quiet on the 4th floor, and the room large.
Cons: The heating barely worked. The room looked old and uncared for, lacking nice touches. The price was way too high for what it is in my opinion.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Location and value
Cons: Noisy neighbors
Mediocre 3,8
Pros: It’s location and the shower
Cons: The walls were dirty, other people banging on your door wanting to get in, lack of a proper bed, the floor:carpet wasn’t clean. Left a day early
Good 7,9
Pros: The location and availability of the location to ski lifts, also they honered my VA discount.
Cons: The thin walls, you could hear everything.
Good 6,3
Pros: Shower was clean and toilet.
Cons: No continental breakfast at least for the price being charged, refrigerator was full, could barely fit 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches
Good 7,0
Pros: good price for the location.
Cons: did not provide hand towels.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Location
Cons: No tv . No coffee in room. Very dark.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great setting clean room
Poor 1,0
Pros: perfect location, friendly staff
Cons: noisy old wooden building, it's almost impossible to sleep there, you can hear literally every step of neigbours above you
Poor 1,0
Pros: nothing
Cons: lobby closed until 7 am

Excellent 8,3
Pros: What breakfast? We have to go to another hotel for food. The building was being redone when we were there. The rooms themselves were great.
Cons: You could hear everything that was going on. No place to eat in the hotel itself.
Good 7,5
Pros: The location
Cons: Nothing
Good 7,9
Pros: It was a nice room.
Cons: It was under construction & difficult to get around.
Good 6,0
Pros: The space was really well put together. We had a loft type room (not sure if they are all like that). The most important thing is cleanliness for me and it was.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Great rooms and abundance of restaurants to choose from
Cons: Of course off season construction of lobby and lots else!
Good 6,3
Pros: The decor of the room was current, contemporary - recently remodeled.
Cons: There was no lobby due to remodeling much of the facility. The hall area was dirty and tattered. The price did not reflect the degree of inconvenience created by the remodeling. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. View was of a stairway! Shoulder season so many establishments in area were closed.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The room was nicely updated, very clean and comfortable. And a very nice location, although a little challenging to in the dark, but definitely enjoyed our stay!
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Most comfortable bed ever!
Cons: hotel is under construction so there is no pool or hot tub or food which was kind of a bummer especially since there aren’t a ton of options in Teton Village.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The room was fabulous. Very large and comfortable.
Cons: The property was under construction, so checking in was difficult and confusing.
Good 6,3
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: Room was small. We had to ask for a microwave and a fridge. We did not get the room we were told we would get a week before. Very little insulation, you could hear lots of noise from others around us.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Though the inn is under renovation, our room was lovely and very chic. We both slept very well. Also appreciate the nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.
Cons: The sliding door for the bathroom was awkward because the lock didn't really work, so my dog liked to paw it open while I was in the shower or on the toilet.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Location was great. Staff tried to be as helpful as possible
Cons: pool was closed. Didn't get the room we wanted. Room had many broken or non-functional items...gas fireplace, bathroom heater, etc
