Excellent 10,0
Pros: I would love to give this property a 6 star rating if possible. The staff was exceptional- Amy and Nate were very personable and extremely helpful. They even let us do a load of wash in the housekeeping area! The breakfast they served was delicious and very flexible for different tastes. And they offered afternoon cocktails! Absolutely everything was thoughtfully provided in the very clean rooms. Just Perfection!
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was comfortable. The staff's hospitality was outstanding. The breakfast and cookies were awesome. We would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We loved everything about it: the location, the rooms, the great outdoor spaces and most of all: the staff.
Cons: Nothing!! These folks are top-notch and excellent innkeepers.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Jacuzzi tub and fireplace are great treat. Daily home cooking breakfast is delicious and special. Love this Inn!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The inn is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The staff is very friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. They made a delicious full breakfast each day, and provided a happy hour with wine, beer and a charcuterie tray served. The location is great, as it is walking distance to downtown Jackson. We would definitely return and highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing!
Okay 4,0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly good.
Cons: Our room - Meadowlark- was greatly disappointing and far below what we expected. Reason 1. The only window looked out to a wooden fence. While some of the other rooms appear to have five star views, a fair rating of this view would be no stars. 2. The room feels highly cramped because of its configuration. 3. The bathroom is also tight. I cannot remember staying in a hotel with so little counter space in the bathroom.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I am so thankful to all the staff for making our stay perfect! They were always smiling and catered to our every need and want.
Cons: Location, staff, breakfast and homemade snacks.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This was a great place to stay! Walking distance to town. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast were awesome. The staff makes you feel very special. It was great! Loved sitting on the porch watching the creek in the evening.
Cons: It is a little pricey but less expensive than other places in town.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent and helpful service, great breakfast, awesome room!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Nice decorations, warm welcome, good breakfast, close to downtown
Cons: Room without view, heating noise during night
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Wonderful, beautiful, comfortable, clean, perfect place for our 1-night stay after 5 days backpacking the Grand Tetons. Jacuzzi tub in our room was a plus, the breakfast was superb, and the staff was delightful. Would love to go back!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Exceptional staff, with very comfortable surroundings and amenities. Quiet yet close to downtown (great walk-about).
Cons: Nothing to add here. Definitely a place to stay again and again.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast and staff were awesome. Great location great property great staff a good value
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Clean and conveniently located
Cons: Plumbing system in our room was noisy— manager said this will be fixed during the off season.
Excellent 8,0
Cons: tiny room but comfortable lovely staff, delicious breakfast, great location
Good 6,0
Pros: Location good to walk downtown. Breakfast was hearty. The young people who worked in the dining room were nice.
Cons: The facility is tired. Needed new carpet, furniture was scuffed, soft mattress, bedding inadequate (very hard pillows, no blanket). I asked for a balcony. Our room overlooked the alley with trash cans and trashy buildings, People in the office were not very warm. Maybe Covid has them worried. I didn't realize that Jackson is a very very expensive town to stay in. I thought with our room coming to about 400 a night with taxes it would be better. Honestly it was probably not a bad deal considering how expensive the town is. I just expected it to be more updated.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Friendly Staff. Made to order breakfast. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
Mediocre 3,0
Cons: Room is terribly too small for two people . Room did not cool off till around 1:00 am . Needs AIR CONDITIONING . Yes we slept with balcony door open . Way overpriced !!!!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Lovely breakfast, helpful staff, convenient location
Cons: There was no AC
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The breakfast. The staff. The rooms. The garden. The whole experience was fantastic.
Cons: Honestly nothing.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loved the bountiful breakfast every morning
Cons: This was my second time staying at the Rustic Inn, loved the place, just this time I didn’t feel like the staff was very friendly
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The property is on a beautiful setting. Feeling like you were actually staying in the woods was just breathtaking!
Cons: The property has transportation but not to the airport which was unfortunate.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The SPA suites are amazing, everything was perfect Great staff Free breakfast
Cons: Pricey The private jacuzzi is a bit dated
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was great, room was nice and kozy
Excellent 8,5
Pros: The location is great. Staff was nice and breakfast good.
Cons: Rooms are a little dated.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The nature all around
Cons: we liked it
Excellent 10,0
An excellent property with so many features that make it worthwhile. The cabins are wonderful, very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast with fresh fruit and hot entrees was the best buffet we have experienced, and we spend a lot of time on the road for business and pleasure. The staff was so accommodating and pleasant. We arrived early and needed an early check-in to our cabin. Had a bad cold and the breakfast lady was so sweet, giving me extra honey and lemons to help with treatment. The shuttle was always there to give you a ride to wherever you needed to go. The setting is beautiful, watched deer every morning at the creek. Highly recommend this beautiful property for pleasure or business trip, but if you're there for Hill climb, be prepared for some exuberant fans and friendly sledders, they come for a good time and are very welcome here. Join in the fun, you'll have a great time.
Okay 4,8
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: See above. If I hadn't had guests with me, I would have refused the rooms and had a talk with the manager. I have really travelled a lot, both in the US and internationally and have never had a room or suite misrepresented before. I was trying to stay someplace special as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law. What a disappointment.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Quaint
Excellent 9,7
Pros: The cabins are beautiful. They are comfortable and relaxing. The view from the deck of each cabin is great - you are looking out at the creek and the hills. The food is very good and the service is excellent. The bed was so comfortable! We didn't it, but they have a free shuttle service that will take you not town and pick you up. This is really great since parking in town is very limited.
Cons: I wish there was a gym there. Also, it would be nice if there was someone to take your bags to your room. But otherwise everything here is perfect.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, look, location, amenities.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooms were little cabins and it was fantastic, they were clean and spacious. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Rustic Inn is a walk away from the center of the town, yet immerse in beautiful natural setting by the Snake River. The food was great and the service was first class.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Facility, grounds, room, breakfast
Cons: N/A
Good 7,4
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the room was right on the creek, which was peaceful. Staff was pleasant and the lobby was tastefully furnished.
Cons: Walls were very thin. We were wakened by our neighbors at 6:30 in the morning and heard them moving around and talking for the next hour. Our tv didn't work very well so the football game we were watching didn't have a very good picture. The suite was nicely furnished but was kind of dark.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The entire property is terrific and lovely! It is a romantic setting and the grounds are extremely well taken care of. It was an excellent experience staying there on two separate nights. On the first night, we all received upgrades to cabins but the rooms were just as nice as the cabins which we ended up staying in on the second night.
Cons: One of the machines in gym was not working and air conditioner could be a bit more reliable. It was hot and cold all night on the second night.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I loved everything about this place. The staff was friendly and bent over backwards to assist in any way they could. The location is excellent - close enough to be on the ski slopes in less than half an hour, but walking distance from Town Square. I loved the creekside cabins. It was very cozy, comfortable and warm. It was also quite unique and refreshing. The complimentary full breakfasts, transportation to/from the airport, to/from the ski resort, and the water and coffee in the room were all huge bonuses, and made traveling to Jackson Hole significantly easier and more enjoyable.
Cons: Not Applicable. I liked everything.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Pool hot tub
Cons: Need more restaurants options at different price levels
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Clean, very nice!
Cons: No negatives
Good 7,0
Pros: Spur had delicious food they also deliver to your room. The front desk failed to tell us that. Beds were comfortable, clean,
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The kitchen is fantastic with full sized appliances and is well stocked. The dining table was nice and the living area was comfortable. "Free" (included) WiFi and parking were also great. The location couldn't be better for strolling around the village and accessing the park. The front desk responded promptly when we asked for more pillows and to have our fireplace pilot lit. (No, it wasn't cold, we just liked the ambiance of a fire!) The main lobby was lovely and was a gathering place in the early evening with a station set up serving smores one night and strawberry waffles another. All of the staff at Spur's were friendly and accommodating. We really loved our bartender, Julian! He went out of his way to help people make plans during their stay by offering recommendations and suggestions. We also enjoyed taking dinner back to our room and everything was tasty!
Cons: We stayed at Hotel Terra before and absolutely loved the comfy, plush Murphy bed so didn't hesitate to book that room here at the sister property. The bed was practically on the floor and the left side was against the wall. There was no way to walk around it, so it was a pain (both figuratively and LITERALLY!) to get in and out on that side. We had to ask for more pillows as the 1st night, the one pillow my husband had was really flat and uncomfortable. I would not stay in this room at this hotel again.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Its location was outstanding. Close to a performing arts center, a tram, restaurants, hiking trails and Jackson with all it offered.
Cons: Its swimming pool was too small.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Quiet, Comfortable, nice welcome basket, great views. Close to Teton park.
Cons: Parts of room dated.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: location and view
Cons: no breakfast
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Kitchenette. Views everywhere.
Cons: Noise from Highway but not bad at night.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The room had a great layout, and little chairs and table outside were nice. Location was good, away from the busiest part of town
Cons: The dark hairs all over the floor in sink and bathroom area.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The property was perfect. The room and amenities were exceptional. The room was clean and well kept. Had a super basket of goodies available. The location to Yellowstone and Tetons was perfect. Close enough to Jackson to enjoy the town but far enough away to have a quiet place to stay. Beds comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again. Monay gave super recommendations on places to eat things to do in Jackson.
Cons: Nothing negative.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Con veniently located outside Jackson with splendid views. Great access to the Tetons and Yellowstonne. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very roomy and comfortable be3s. Having a Kithenete helped reduce costs of travel. Highly recommend Eld Refuge Inn.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Antique looking furniture, big comfortable bed, big bath tub, flat screen TV with multiple channels. Proximity to gas station.
Cons: Patio is open and right in front of parking lot. It's basically a chair outside. Water jets inthe bath tub doesn't work. Maybe mine was broken. Location - It's located on outskirts of Jackson, middle town has much better view and it has lots of other hotels in town.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Nice room, ample parking space, friendly staff. For Jackson good vale for money.
Cons: When working at the little desk, it was difficult to pass and rearranging the furniture was a heavy job. No breakfast, but we knew that when we booked.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Location.
Good 7,7
Pros: Everything was ran and the fixtures were updated. Room had a upscale hotel feel.
Cons: You could hear other room's bathroom fans/room fans very loudly.
Excellent 8,6
Pros: The room was very clean and had a kitchenette, which we weren't expecting. A very comfortable king-size bed. The office staff offered to let us print off our boarding passes, which was nice.
Cons: the only drawback was a noisy fan motor on the furnace. We are light sleepers and heard it rattle most of the night. We left very early in the morning but will call the motel to let them know.
Good 6,0
Pros: Just had the basics. Was able to get my key and check in late. Just outside of town
Cons: There were vacancies everywhere in town, and plenty at the Elk Refuge Inn as well - and I find out after I book that they have a 2 WEEK cancellation requirement? Ridiculous

Pros: Location, size, hot tub
Cons: The rooms were a little warm and smelled a little bit like a senior facility, but it was still an amazing place.
Excellent 9,0
Cons: The bar would close before closing time. Staff could have been More friendly.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Perfect location right in the village. Very short walking distance to gondola, tram, shopping, restaurants, mountain bike lift and rental shop. Staff was very helpful and provided great tips on the area and coupons for various retailers. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate always available in the lobby area, along with apples, nice touch! We enjoyed the Monday night cookout on the patio, it was delicious and very reasonably priced. The hot tubs built amongst the rocks and waterfalls were beautiful! It was a great stay!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything, clean, location, staff and people in general. We as a family had a great time can't complain. So much to do not enough time.
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Well-equipped kitchen with everything a family needs to dine in.
Cons: A bit further away from city center than other options.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We loved staying here. The location is perfect. It is a short drive to Jackson Hole. It’s also within walking distance to everything in the town of Jackson. We loved having a suite with ample space, a kitchen and a fireplace. Although buffet breakfast is not being held, there is a pre-ordered continental breakfast that they bag up and have ready for you in they morning. There is a nice variety of high quality items to select from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is directly behind the property and easy to access.
Cons: We found the mattresses to be too soft and the bed linens to be to thin and easy to get tangled and untucked. I acknowledge that mattress firmness is a personal preference.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location
Excellent 8,0
Pros: $420 is pretty expensive for a night, however it is Jackson. I think the facility would benefit from some updating at some point. The shower was pretty abused.
Good 7,0
Pros: As good as cold be with COVID.
Cons: Internet and hot tub working.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great accommodations. The kitchenette was great - Cook top, full fridge, dishwasher, so we were able to prepare meals and save on food costs.
Cons: The facility is a little older, so it has some "wear and tear", but overall a great place. We will definitely considering staying there again.

Pros: Location and views were excellent Value for money was good: In the overpriced hospitality market in Teton Village area, this hotel offers a moderate price structure. Complementary a la carte hot breakfast for residents. Quality of food was superior.
Cons: All-wood furniture is probably meant to capture Swiss/German style, but they lack comfort. There was no cushioned surface in the rooms except the beds. Carpets and cushions in public areas were threadbare. Lobby looked unimpressive. Restaurant service was available only Thursday through Sunday. Staff at restaurants seemed overwhelmed.
Excellent 9,7
everything was great, we just expected a microwave and fridge in the rooms and they didn’t have them
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The wood burning fireplace in the room was awesome!

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location with service station attached to the property. Liked the large rooms and comfortable beds.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Large, clean rooms with nice amenities. Too far from downtown to walk, but still very close. Also very quiet.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The room was nice and easily fit a family of four. Our shower was lovely as well. It was quite clean when we arrived. The staff in the lobby were friendly and gave us extra sheets and towels when we asked for them.
Cons: The general store was pretty expensive, especially when a grocery store is only a 10 minute drive. The room is also very expensive for what it is, but I think that's typical in Jackson, unfortunately.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location, staff was friendly and helpful.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Bed was great!!
Cons: The cost.
Okay 5,0
Cons: No shuttle to airport as promised
Good 6,8
Cons: Needed more pillows. Septic smell outside building
Excellent 8,0
Pros: It was a nice place to stay, we were 17 people traveling together and we enjoyed our stay at flat creek, though we only stayed for the night. but it was good.
Excellent 8,8
Cons: People smoking outside rooms.
Okay 5,6
Pros: Location to Teton park is good. Convenience store on site is handy, especially since they don't offer free breakfast or other dining.
Cons: Walls and floors are thin. Heard every footstep of people in room above us. Room was next to wooden stairway and heard people stomp up and down for quite a while. Carpets were clean but are worn and stained. Rather pricey for the value.

Excellent 9,0
Pros: The staff was exceptionally nice and the restaurant was wonderful. I liked the location and the things to do and visit around the hotel.
Cons: It was expensive to stay there and I expected a nicer room for the price. When we checked in I was charged an additional amount for anything that "might happen". The room had a candy caddy that listed prices if you ate any. The room never seemed to be as cool as we wanted.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Unfortunately, we only stay here for two nights, not enough! Need more nights. We reserved one double bed room and one suite room. The service is very good, the room facilities are quite new, the kitchen equipment meets our two family needs, the beds are particularly comfortable and we can get good rest. In addition to enjoying the beautiful scenery of the snow mountain, the resort has many entertainment items. Such as hiking along the mountain, mountain biking, trampoline, etc. We hope be back on the skiing season. Recommend here to you.
Good 7,0
Pros: The property was in a good location with excellent staff and a very good restaurant. It was also nice having a kitchen.
Cons: We had a studio with a pull down bed (was not aware when booking) that was very uncomfortable. The unit had high windows with no shade that the sun came through bright and early. There was no space to sit our luggage - less furniture and more storage space would be better
Good 6,0
Pros: The concierge, particularly the young lady, was helpful.
Cons: See above. It was far from worth what we were charged.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Too expensive for the quality of this hotel
Cons: Service and space
Poor 1,0
Cons: Showers did not get hot... was told to wait 30 minutes for showers to warm up because many others were using them at the same time. This is none of my concern as I have paid $800+ for my room. Very disappointing
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location
Cons: We ran out tissues, toilet paper and towels. Nothing was reissued after cleaning. They took forever to bring anything up. The bed was hard as a rock. The rooms are really small for the price. Nothing was open nearby. Really overpriced.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooftop hot tub after skiing/boarding
Cons: unfortunately our friends had to move to a sister hotel and we could not stay in the same hotel as we had planned. Even with an upgrade at the sister hotel (for the inconvenience) we were not easily together for activities like, grabbing b/fast together, the hot tub or meeting in one lobby... we had to be more organized than that.

Good 6,0
Pros: Near the lifts, nice staff, great gym and pool
Cons: Older, needs updating.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean and convenient for skiers.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Breakfast was great. Just the right amount to start your day. Location can't be beat! Pool and hot tub were great after a day of skiing.
Cons: The bed pillows were all small and square. When we inquired about normal pillows the staff looked at us like we were crazy. It was as if they had never heard of normal / rectangular pillows. The small pillows were very flat for just one and your head tettered if you stacked two. Front Desk Staff could also use a bit of Customer Service training.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Really nice place!!
Cons: Just needed a hook for jackets and a non-stick frying pan.
Okay 4,0
Cons: No restaurant open. Gave a sack breakfast. No lunch available or bar open. Staff was not friendly. No discount for lack of open facilities. Way overpriced.
Good 7,0
Pros: Definitely had fun but the room wasn’t worth the price tag also the breakfast was real sad. Staff was nice Clean Expensive
Cons: Dated
Excellent 9,0
Pros: This is a lovely hotel in the Teton Village. As an October vacation, which is pre-snow season and after the crazy Summer madness, this was a great place to relax, take in the beauty and have a quiet vacation stop. The rooms were nicely appointed and the decor of the hotel was sophisticated Wild West. Due to Covid there was no eating in the bar or restaurant but room service was available and there are many choices in the greater Jackson area.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The only reason I wouldn’t stay here was the lack of breakfast. It was a breakfast for kids not for adults.
Cons: Breakfast
Excellent 9,6
Pros: This is a real spa hotel and perfect for ski trip, best location ! Great service for skiers and afternoon snack is all free and really great breakfast too ! Will be back next year !
Cons: Dinner is so so, need better dinner menu
Mediocre 3,4
Cons: Those people are mean. I had to cancel due to emergency and they would not give me my money back.
Good 6,8
Pros: Beautiful location
Cons: Front desk staff
Good 6,0
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: If you want a place that does everything for you and then bills you for it, this is your place. If you want a room to sleep and a breakfast, this is not your place.
Good 6,8
Pros: Amenities in the room like coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate.
Cons: Resort Fee, valet parking $18.00.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very comfortable! Everyone was very nice. I didn't want to leave.
Good 7,3
Pros: Great place, right next to the tram that head up to he mountain... Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Bedroom was clean and spacious. Bathroom was big, clean, with a large tub.
Cons: Don't like Hidden fees... Hotel rates on your website was $159, then after tax and fees and extras came to $199, which I was aware of it when paying they your website. Then for my surprise I still had to pay an EXTRA $27 for some extras fees at the hotel. Couldn't argue neither wasted time with employees but not sure who is doing a bad job here... The hotel or kayak due to the HIDDEN FEES. Not fair.
Excellent 8,6
Pros: Overall great location, but the beds were extremely soft, needs new mattresses as well. Woke to aching backs each morning of the stay.

Good 6,0
Cons: room was worn out and a murphy bed was not expected.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: The view of the mountains was lovely and the kitchen was well supplied.
Cons: A double size Murphy bed for what I paid was ridiculous. The room was not clean-oven had spilled debris in it, TV table was dusty, the flat top stove had burned on crust in places and we cleaned black dirt off of an end table. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, one chair had stains on it and the chair on the patio had a streak of paint on it that could have been removed with a stiff brush. Most of the furniture in the living area needs some TLC. There was no house keeping service unless you paid extra for it. In all, this is the worst resort we have ever stayed at and we are frequent travelers.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Views from outside the hotel were great. Rooms were spacious and loved having a back porch area. Kitchenette area was nice to have especially since there wasn’t a restaurant at the lodge. Staff was kind, didn’t have too many interactions. Pool area was nice and relaxing. Fitness area was small but convenient to have and did the trick! Would say rooms were priced a bit high, but being more secluded in a quiet and pretty area was great.
Cons: Wish the room had a better view. Would be nice to have a restaurant or something offering food since it is a bit further out from all food places.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Love the outdoor pool!
Cons: The room was very very dirty - like gross dirty. The toilet was not cleaned on arrival - it had urine all over it! The walls were grimey and the curtain rods turned your hands black when you tried to close the curtains. The curtains were falling off the curtain rod and could not be put back on. The carpet was disgusting! so stained and gross. The unit was not kept up well at all. We also had no view due to the smoke in the skies but that's no one's fault. The front desk staff was not very helpful.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The whole trip was very nice.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The view and the facilities were amazing. The pool was the perfect temp to cool off in the summer as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Cons: The 2nd floor rooms are upstairs. It was not an issue for us but just FYI.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: The property and views were very good.
Cons: The rooms were very dated. There is no AC so you need to keep windows open. There must be holes in screens because bugs were everywhere. We did not have that problem at another stay in the area (also with no AC). They had a very old dorm fridge in the bathroom closet. The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. Overall the accommodations were miserable. Restaurant was closed for remodeling so there was no food on site (15 min drive to town). I stay in hotels over 150 nights a year and can’t recall a worse stay in the last few years.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The deck, the pool, and the view
Cons: Dirty carpets, no AC, furniture worn and shabby, no hair dryers. The pictures online are deceiving since the actual accommodations do not look anything like what is portrayed. This lodge needs serious updating, new mattresses, fresh paint, etc. It is a rather outdated and a sad old lodge. While they say check in is at 4:00, our room was not ready until after 5. They apologized but did not seem overly concerned which led me to believe this is a common problem with this hotel. I could have, and will in the future, stay at a cleaner and more up to date and better maintained hotel/lodge for the same price per night.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Amazing views of the mountains right from the room, the outdoor hot tub was great in the 2 degree weather, and the wood burning stove in the room was great. Loved everything about it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything about this property is first-rate. High-quality bedding, beautiful buildings, and a friendly staff. My favorite feature was the wood-burning fireplace, which the host offered to light for me. How many places allow a real fire indoors these days? The overall experience is that you are an invited guest at the ranch of a friendly (and wealthy) relative. Loved it.
Cons: I had a downstairs unit, which allowed some of the "footstep" noise from above to disturb my sleep. The parking lot is some distance from the farthest units, which are 4-room cabins. There are no covered walkways, so a rainy checkout is not fun. Still, would choose this place again over a regular hotel!
Excellent 9,4
Pros: There is no better view of the Teton Mountains. This was our fourth time staying at the Spring Creek Ranch. The staff is great. It is one of our favorite places in the Country. Jackson Hole has a lot of fun things to do.
Good 7,4
Pros: We loved the location.
Cons: The room was dingy and the bed was old and saggy. That part was not good and was very disappointing. Otherwise we liked it.
Okay 5,3
Cons: Booking.com's initial quote did not include resort fee and local tax - no one likes surprises and deceiving practice. Promised us a mountain view room and ended up with a pond view room.
Good 6,3
Pros: Beautiful setting and good restaurant.
Cons: Very dated, noise from upstairs guests, and you should bring your own pillow.

Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Location great.
Cons: No where to sit, no control of room temperature, no clothing storage, no breakfast, not even donuts. Room decor was ridiculously old. Should change the name from Hostel to Hostage. Rather stay at Guantanamo.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Well located, just a few minutes from Moose Wilson Road entrance to GTNP. Comfortable, private and staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: All good
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was helpful and offered to help find additional parking.
Cons: It was hard to find parking.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: It was clean and replacement of the towels and trash bags was done just like management said. It was a convient location to park and eatingl
Cons: We were on the first floor and when the people in the room above us walked around the ceiling very nicely transmitted the sound. Sleeping was impossible until they were in bed
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was fantastic. Rooms was spacious and clean. Just heads up, no TV in the room. We loved kitchen downstairs and game room with a community TV. It had a Netflix, Hulu, Amazon tv you can watch. From all fresh air and long walks we did not have time to enjoy too much game room.
Cons: Parking space little bit of confusion, as it was some construction going up. Also looks like some a***holes parked how ever they wanted.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Great location, beautiful scenery, near national parks.
Cons: Going stairs was hard for my elderly mother.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: location, price, refrigerator, game room
Cons: thin walls, room noisy, towels
Excellent 8,3
Pros: great location, I could ski to my room! In Teton Village proper, next to all the expensive hotels. My private king was clean, the bed was comfortable, even provided daily maid service, and ideal for one person or a cozy couple. Hot water was excellent, granite bathroom sink was a nice touch. Great wifi (I could stream netflix), coffee avail in the lobby, very friendly and informative staff, just all around a great place. I would return.
Cons: The one drawback was I could hear the footsteps of the people above me quite clearly. I didn't mind that much, and I've heard more expensive hotels have the same issue, but to me that was the one and only drawback. Might have been only my room (doubt it), or only rooms on the ground floor (the ones to can ski to your room). Other reviews might shed light on that.

Poor 1,0
Pros: The staff was very nice and polite and tried to help as much as possible.
Cons: So unbelievably overpriced and nothing special to show for it. The phones in the rooms didn't work and we had to go in the middle of the night to the front desk for help. We were kept up all night with stomping above us and couldn't figure out what was going on. It was noisy and pretentious and not worth half of the cost.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Love the vibe of this hotel. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and spacious.
Cons: I liked everything.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Clean, modern, trendy.
Cons: The staff.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: I loved the location. It was far enough from Jackson for a quiet stay and close enough to enjoy the town and restaurants. I loved the bike paths and being so close to the park entrance. Beds were very comfortable and I slept really well.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The location is great, base village is convenient and there is plenty of parking. They allowed dogs which was good too.
Cons: There was hardly any staff! No bellman, valet, concierge, housekeeping or waitresses with one girl at the front desk. We wanted to stay in an have dinner at the hotel and they said they were booked which they were not. plenty of free tables. We would have spent more time and money at the property but not possible....when I asked for a manager, they said someone would call but they never did. The issue is that there are no people willing to work! They need to manage this better...
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location, style, cleanliness
Cons: One of our rooms was near the restaurant and lounge and this was very loud.
Good 6,5
Pros: Liked the design of the common areas
Cons: Horribly maintained - tiles off pool, missing paint in the room, dirty seat cushions. Need more outlets near bed.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Though the inn is under renovation, our room was lovely and very chic. We both slept very well. Also appreciate the nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.
Cons: The sliding door for the bathroom was awkward because the lock didn't really work, so my dog liked to paw it open while I was in the shower or on the toilet.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Pool was nice and hot tub was actually hot (maybe because it was a really hot day).Staff very nice. A solid value for an older hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of choices.
Cons: I've seen reviews that really knock the cleanliness- I didn't have a problem but I did see into some rooms with stained carpets.
Good 6,8
Cons: facility is dated and is in need of renovation
Excellent 9,7
Pros: We really enjoyed the breakfast foods. Nice.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The little town was vey cute and everything was within walking distance; just be prepared to spend 23 dollars On a burger and fries, the pool was heated to 85 so we could swim early before we left, the pillows were fantastic as was the bed, and the staff was helpful and friendly!
Good 6,3
Pros: Location Convenience Local Restaurants Off-Site
Cons: Understaffed Breakfast Buffet. Very Tacky and Ill Prepared Breakfast Feeding Frenzy. For the high price, the facility and amenities were very average.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Good pizza in cafe. Good waitress.
Cons: Offered is a room on 3rd floor with no elevator. Poor shower. Dark room. Old facility. No carts available for luggage. Breakfast not until 7:30.
