Pros: Exceptional staff, with very comfortable surroundings and amenities. Quiet yet close to downtown (great walk-about).
Cons: Nothing to add here. Definitely a place to stay again and again.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Wonderful, beautiful, comfortable, clean, perfect place for our 1-night stay after 5 days backpacking the Grand Tetons. Jacuzzi tub in our room was a plus, the breakfast was superb, and the staff was delightful. Would love to go back!

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Nice location walking distance to Town Square. Nice breakfast served daily. Lobby always had flavored waters coffee tea etc available. Shuttle service to and from airport was a nice bonus. Very friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Stayed in older part of motel instead of newer multi level hotel.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Wonderful stay, extremely comfortable and cozy.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: 4th visit and it is great every time! Breakfast is also a wonderful bonus.
Good 7,4
Pros: The staff was very friendly. I needed to check in early and they were very nice and took my phone number to tell me when my room would be ready. The room was very nice with a kitchenette and separate TV room from the sleeping area.
Cons: They didn't actually call me to tell me when the room was ready after they said they would. I had to go back to ask. The elevator lobby to my floor was so narrow, the double stroller wouldn't fit through it. And when the housekeeping people needed to exit before I got on, there was nowhere for me to go.
Okay 4,6
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Drab carpets, room was o.k. Not worth the money
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Room was clean, everything worked, staff was helpful, location was great.
Cons: Breakfast was not good, exterior access room was very loud. I suggest getting one of their interior access rooms or don't stay there.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: The lobby area is really nice, and has a great western feel. The overall check in process was quick and easy. The rooms a really nice, very comfortable beds, really nice bathrooms and have a very boutique feel. They even have heated tiles in the bathroom, which was really nice. The room was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The overall location is also really nice, just blocks from downtown Jackson, and only half a block to the bus stop that takes you to Teton Village. For the price I paid, compared to other hotels in Jackson, this place was the best of all worlds. Would definitely go back.
Cons: My only complaint, outside of the check in process, they front desk person seemed a bit confused and disorganized. She didn't seem to know what was happening with the shuttle, and had a hard time figuring out how to get us bus passes, which was part of the stay. I think it was just this one individual vs a system wide training problem.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Great location, clean and warm room. Nice heated floors in Bathroom. Comfortable beds with clean linens, plenty of hot water. Keurig coffee maker in room.
Cons: Why offer breakfast if it's not up to par with everything else? Basically a Days Inn type continental breakfast... powdered eggs, cold breads, etc. Would have preferred a pay breakfast with prepared food. Just a suggestion.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The room was a good size, beds were comfortable, facilities we needed were included in the room's furnishings.
Cons: The room was poorly lit (very low wattage lights).
Good 6,0
Pros: Had mini kitchen separate from bedroom so could cook and store own food. Beds were very comfortable
Cons: Room was in basement - so no views
Excellent 8,0
Pros: being within walking distance of the town, which made everything so convenient.
Cons: just wish we could have stayed longer
Good 6,0
Pros: The hositality in the reception was grat.Romms big and comftable
Cons: to expensive to its class
Good 6,0
Pros: Great location for access to shops & restaurants. Breakfast was included and there was good variety. Staff were helpful with information regarding local services.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: The entire property is terrific and lovely! It is a romantic setting and the grounds are extremely well taken care of. It was an excellent experience staying there on two separate nights. On the first night, we all received upgrades to cabins but the rooms were just as nice as the cabins which we ended up staying in on the second night.
Cons: One of the machines in gym was not working and air conditioner could be a bit more reliable. It was hot and cold all night on the second night.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: The location is great. Staff was nice and breakfast good.
Cons: Rooms are a little dated.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooms were little cabins and it was fantastic, they were clean and spacious. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Facility, grounds, room, breakfast
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Quaint
Good 7,4
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the room was right on the creek, which was peaceful. Staff was pleasant and the lobby was tastefully furnished.
Cons: Walls were very thin. We were wakened by our neighbors at 6:30 in the morning and heard them moving around and talking for the next hour. Our tv didn't work very well so the football game we were watching didn't have a very good picture. The suite was nicely furnished but was kind of dark.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was great, room was nice and kozy
Okay 4,8
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: See above. If I hadn't had guests with me, I would have refused the rooms and had a talk with the manager. I have really travelled a lot, both in the US and internationally and have never had a room or suite misrepresented before. I was trying to stay someplace special as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law. What a disappointment.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I loved everything about this place. The staff was friendly and bent over backwards to assist in any way they could. The location is excellent - close enough to be on the ski slopes in less than half an hour, but walking distance from Town Square. I loved the creekside cabins. It was very cozy, comfortable and warm. It was also quite unique and refreshing. The complimentary full breakfasts, transportation to/from the airport, to/from the ski resort, and the water and coffee in the room were all huge bonuses, and made traveling to Jackson Hole significantly easier and more enjoyable.
Cons: Not Applicable. I liked everything.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, look, location, amenities.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: The cabins are beautiful. They are comfortable and relaxing. The view from the deck of each cabin is great - you are looking out at the creek and the hills. The food is very good and the service is excellent. The bed was so comfortable! We didn't it, but they have a free shuttle service that will take you not town and pick you up. This is really great since parking in town is very limited.
Cons: I wish there was a gym there. Also, it would be nice if there was someone to take your bags to your room. But otherwise everything here is perfect.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Rustic Inn is a walk away from the center of the town, yet immerse in beautiful natural setting by the Snake River. The food was great and the service was first class.

Excellent 9,4
Pros: Its location was outstanding. Close to a performing arts center, a tram, restaurants, hiking trails and Jackson with all it offered.
Cons: Its swimming pool was too small.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: We enjoyed the fine quality building (materials and design) and the pool/hot tub spa facility. The cleanliness and well kept condition of the entire lodge was a pleasure. The staff were all helpful and pleasant.
Good 7,6
Pros: Explore the natural environment
Cons: No
Okay 4,0
Pros: Room was ready early
Cons: For a room that cost me 400 dollars I would expect a view of the mountain. Instead I saw a view of another room. Simply a terrible value for the money.

Good 7,7
Pros: Everything was ran and the fixtures were updated. Room had a upscale hotel feel.
Cons: You could hear other room's bathroom fans/room fans very loudly.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Nice room, ample parking space, friendly staff. For Jackson good vale for money.
Cons: When working at the little desk, it was difficult to pass and rearranging the furniture was a heavy job. No breakfast, but we knew that when we booked.
Excellent 8,6
Pros: The room was very clean and had a kitchenette, which we weren't expecting. A very comfortable king-size bed. The office staff offered to let us print off our boarding passes, which was nice.
Cons: the only drawback was a noisy fan motor on the furnace. We are light sleepers and heard it rattle most of the night. We left very early in the morning but will call the motel to let them know.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Location.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Antique looking furniture, big comfortable bed, big bath tub, flat screen TV with multiple channels. Proximity to gas station.
Cons: Patio is open and right in front of parking lot. It's basically a chair outside. Water jets inthe bath tub doesn't work. Maybe mine was broken. Location - It's located on outskirts of Jackson, middle town has much better view and it has lots of other hotels in town.
Good 6,0
Pros: Just had the basics. Was able to get my key and check in late. Just outside of town
Cons: There were vacancies everywhere in town, and plenty at the Elk Refuge Inn as well - and I find out after I book that they have a 2 WEEK cancellation requirement? Ridiculous

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooftop hot tub after skiing/boarding
Cons: unfortunately our friends had to move to a sister hotel and we could not stay in the same hotel as we had planned. Even with an upgrade at the sister hotel (for the inconvenience) we were not easily together for activities like, grabbing b/fast together, the hot tub or meeting in one lobby... we had to be more organized than that.
Good 7,7
Pros: Wow!! I was in the hotel during the off season and it was great. I was treated like a Queen. Every staff member went out of there way to help. I had several questions about the area and the staff were not only willing to answer my questions, they were truely excited to do so. I will be back!!!
Cons: I was on a studio suite, which had wonderful upgrades, but I wish there would have been an extra foot of room between the couch and bed (when the bed was turned down). The space is roomy enough during the day.
Good 6,4
Pros: Its style, comfortable bed, peace at night, excellent quality and attractive furnishings and equipment (fridge, cooker, toaster, coffee maker, etc), very helpful staff, excellent location for the Grand Teton National Park, view of mountains. Overall, it was a really nice hotel and we were pleased we had chosen it. We would not choose an urban room again for the reasons below. Otherwise it was an excellent choice and we would recommend it. We didn't try the restaurant, so cannot comment on the Hotel Terra as being a Gourmet hotel
Cons: Building works outside our window from 8.30 am, no bedside tables & lamps in urban rooms (bed pulls down from the wall), noisy, self-cleaning jets in bath (1-2 hours after bath has been taken).

Pros: Location to Teton park is good. Convenience store on site is handy, especially since they don't offer free breakfast or other dining.
Cons: Walls and floors are thin. Heard every footstep of people in room above us. Room was next to wooden stairway and heard people stomp up and down for quite a while. Carpets were clean but are worn and stained. Rather pricey for the value.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: It was a nice place to stay, we were 17 people traveling together and we enjoyed our stay at flat creek, though we only stayed for the night. but it was good.
Good 6,8
Cons: Needed more pillows. Septic smell outside building
Excellent 8,8
Cons: People smoking outside rooms.

Okay 5,3
Cons: Booking.com's initial quote did not include resort fee and local tax - no one likes surprises and deceiving practice. Promised us a mountain view room and ended up with a pond view room.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: There is no better view of the Teton Mountains. This was our fourth time staying at the Spring Creek Ranch. The staff is great. It is one of our favorite places in the Country. Jackson Hole has a lot of fun things to do.
Good 7,4
Pros: We loved the location.
Cons: The room was dingy and the bed was old and saggy. That part was not good and was very disappointing. Otherwise we liked it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Amazing views of the mountains right from the room, the outdoor hot tub was great in the 2 degree weather, and the wood burning stove in the room was great. Loved everything about it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything about this property is first-rate. High-quality bedding, beautiful buildings, and a friendly staff. My favorite feature was the wood-burning fireplace, which the host offered to light for me. How many places allow a real fire indoors these days? The overall experience is that you are an invited guest at the ranch of a friendly (and wealthy) relative. Loved it.
Cons: I had a downstairs unit, which allowed some of the "footstep" noise from above to disturb my sleep. The parking lot is some distance from the farthest units, which are 4-room cabins. There are no covered walkways, so a rainy checkout is not fun. Still, would choose this place again over a regular hotel!
Good 6,3
Pros: Beautiful setting and good restaurant.
Cons: Very dated, noise from upstairs guests, and you should bring your own pillow.
Good 7,7
Pros: There are four rooms to a block...two upstairs and two downstairs. We were with family. One room had a fabulous view of the Tetons from its balcony. The other room was downstairs and had a nice view of a pond. The rooms were cabin like and felt private. The fireplaces are a nice touch.
Cons: The bathroom was a little small.
Good 7,3
Pros: The view from our room was just gorgous!
Cons: The food at the Granary was expensive and bad.
Good 7,7
Pros: Wonderful location, views are tremendous. The in-room fireplace was great. The facility was very nice, quiet and clean.
Cons: Off season so the hot tub did not look like it was being maintained.

Pros: Very comfortable! Everyone was very nice. I didn't want to leave.
Good 6,8
Pros: Amenities in the room like coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate.
Cons: Resort Fee, valet parking $18.00.
Good 6,0
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: If you want a place that does everything for you and then bills you for it, this is your place. If you want a room to sleep and a breakfast, this is not your place.
Good 7,3
Pros: Great place, right next to the tram that head up to he mountain... Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Bedroom was clean and spacious. Bathroom was big, clean, with a large tub.
Cons: Don't like Hidden fees... Hotel rates on your website was $159, then after tax and fees and extras came to $199, which I was aware of it when paying they your website. Then for my surprise I still had to pay an EXTRA $27 for some extras fees at the hotel. Couldn't argue neither wasted time with employees but not sure who is doing a bad job here... The hotel or kayak due to the HIDDEN FEES. Not fair.
Mediocre 3,4
Cons: Those people are mean. I had to cancel due to emergency and they would not give me my money back.
Excellent 8,6
Pros: Overall great location, but the beds were extremely soft, needs new mattresses as well. Woke to aching backs each morning of the stay.
Good 6,8
Pros: Beautiful location
Cons: Front desk staff
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Location
Okay 4,4
Pros: The smell of the shampoo!
Cons: One of the staff was very snippy. My view was a brick wall. The room was quite "cramped" feelingl. Having to valet park was a real pain as we were coming and going constantly. It was not nearly as open feeling as the pictures depicted.

Pros: great location, I could ski to my room! In Teton Village proper, next to all the expensive hotels. My private king was clean, the bed was comfortable, even provided daily maid service, and ideal for one person or a cozy couple. Hot water was excellent, granite bathroom sink was a nice touch. Great wifi (I could stream netflix), coffee avail in the lobby, very friendly and informative staff, just all around a great place. I would return.
Cons: The one drawback was I could hear the footsteps of the people above me quite clearly. I didn't mind that much, and I've heard more expensive hotels have the same issue, but to me that was the one and only drawback. Might have been only my room (doubt it), or only rooms on the ground floor (the ones to can ski to your room). Other reviews might shed light on that.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: location, price, refrigerator, game room
Cons: thin walls, room noisy, towels

Pros: Good pizza in cafe. Good waitress.
Cons: Offered is a room on 3rd floor with no elevator. Poor shower. Dark room. Old facility. No carts available for luggage. Breakfast not until 7:30.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: We really enjoyed the breakfast foods. Nice.
Good 6,3
Pros: Location Convenience Local Restaurants Off-Site
Cons: Understaffed Breakfast Buffet. Very Tacky and Ill Prepared Breakfast Feeding Frenzy. For the high price, the facility and amenities were very average.
Good 6,5
Pros: Liked the design of the common areas
Cons: Horribly maintained - tiles off pool, missing paint in the room, dirty seat cushions. Need more outlets near bed.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Though the inn is under renovation, our room was lovely and very chic. We both slept very well. Also appreciate the nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.
Cons: The sliding door for the bathroom was awkward because the lock didn't really work, so my dog liked to paw it open while I was in the shower or on the toilet.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The little town was vey cute and everything was within walking distance; just be prepared to spend 23 dollars On a burger and fries, the pool was heated to 85 so we could swim early before we left, the pillows were fantastic as was the bed, and the staff was helpful and friendly!
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Pool was nice and hot tub was actually hot (maybe because it was a really hot day).Staff very nice. A solid value for an older hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of choices.
Cons: I've seen reviews that really knock the cleanliness- I didn't have a problem but I did see into some rooms with stained carpets.
Good 6,8
Cons: facility is dated and is in need of renovation
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location, central to all kinds of recreation, shopping, and the Grand Tetons National Park.
Okay 5,3
Pros: Conveniently located next to Grand Teton Park, easy parking, restaurants next door, spacious room
Cons: I had to pay an extra because the first room had no window...in a ski resort, and there was no breakfast served in the hotel. But the most shocking was coaches waiting for customers on the nearby parking lot with their engines turned on during 2 hours between 6:15 and 8:15 making it impossible to sleep due to the noise
Okay 5,3
Pros: Clean and comfortable room.
Cons: The hotel looks outdated.
Good 6,7
Pros: The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The wake up call was on time. thanks.
Good 7,3
Pros: Staff very helpful.Beautiful setting
Cons: Cost. Inadequate room lighting (137 volt bulbs)
Good 6,4
Pros: End of the road for visiting the Grand Tetons before heading back home.
Cons: No, it was fine. Kinda expensive, but I guess it's the place.
Good 6,0
Pros: Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, good facilities, Clean pool, nice hot tub, friendly staff.
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4,0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: rooms very dark and simple, complimentary breakfast terrible
Okay 4,0
Pros: The hotel is a bit outdated and needs refreshing, especially the carpet in the room. The room we stayed was reasonably clean but dark, as natural light is hardly coning inside.
Cons: The location seems pretty popular, but comparing this accomodation with others in Denver, Salt Lake city, Page and Flagstaff, it is way too expensive and not worth the price. I would stay again if nothing else available
Okay 5,2
Pros: Spacious bedroom with balcony. Very quiet.
Cons: During off season it is not easy to find a place to eat, namely breakfast. At that time reception only open from 8:30 am.
