Pros: The lobby area is really nice, and has a great western feel. The overall check in process was quick and easy. The rooms a really nice, very comfortable beds, really nice bathrooms and have a very boutique feel. They even have heated tiles in the bathroom, which was really nice. The room was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The overall location is also really nice, just blocks from downtown Jackson, and only half a block to the bus stop that takes you to Teton Village. For the price I paid, compared to other hotels in Jackson, this place was the best of all worlds. Would definitely go back.
Cons: My only complaint, outside of the check in process, they front desk person seemed a bit confused and disorganized. She didn't seem to know what was happening with the shuttle, and had a hard time figuring out how to get us bus passes, which was part of the stay. I think it was just this one individual vs a system wide training problem.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. I needed to check in early and they were very nice and took my phone number to tell me when my room would be ready. The room was very nice with a kitchenette and separate TV room from the sleeping area.
Cons: They didn't actually call me to tell me when the room was ready after they said they would. I had to go back to ask. The elevator lobby to my floor was so narrow, the double stroller wouldn't fit through it. And when the housekeeping people needed to exit before I got on, there was nowhere for me to go.

Pros: I loved everything about this place. The staff was friendly and bent over backwards to assist in any way they could. The location is excellent - close enough to be on the ski slopes in less than half an hour, but walking distance from Town Square. I loved the creekside cabins. It was very cozy, comfortable and warm. It was also quite unique and refreshing. The complimentary full breakfasts, transportation to/from the airport, to/from the ski resort, and the water and coffee in the room were all huge bonuses, and made traveling to Jackson Hole significantly easier and more enjoyable.

I have really travelled a lot, both in the US and internationally and have never had a room or suite misrepresented before. Pros: The beds were comfortable and the room was right on the creek, which was peaceful. Staff was pleasant and the lobby was tastefully furnished.
Cons: Walls were very thin. We were wakened by our neighbors at 6:30 in the morning and heard them moving around and talking for the next hour. Our tv didn't work very well so the football game we were watching didn't have a very good picture. The suite was nicely furnished but was kind of dark.

Pros: The cabins are beautiful. They are comfortable and relaxing. The view from the deck of each cabin is great - you are looking out at the creek and the hills. The food is very good and the service is excellent. The bed was so comfortable! We didn't it, but they have a free shuttle service that will take you not town and pick you up. This is really great since parking in town is very limited.
Cons: I wish there was a gym there. Also, it would be nice if there was someone to take your bags to your room. But otherwise everything here is perfect.

Pros: The entire property is terrific and lovely! It is a romantic setting and the grounds are extremely well taken care of. It was an excellent experience staying there on two separate nights. On the first night, we all received upgrades to cabins but the rooms were just as nice as the cabins which we ended up staying in on the second night.
Cons: One of the machines in gym was not working and air conditioner could be a bit more reliable. It was hot and cold all night on the second night.

Pros: The decor was beyond spacious was fantastically western. The staff was extremely hospitable. Once in the room we never left, it was that luxurious! The room had a soaking tub that was to die for! The room had two king beds and still plenty of room. It was also incredibly quiet. Amazing location just off "the square."

Cons: I thought it was pricey for a Hampton Inn. The only problem I had with the room was the heavy curtains only covered the edges of the window so when the sun came up there was no sleeping in.

Cons: Exorbitant price for a Hampton Inn - more than double what I had paid elsewhere. When I made the reservation, because of the price, I wrongfully assumed it would be something special. I was wrong. The room was small and cramped - smaller than any Hampton Inn room I had ever stayed in. Plus, after I arrived, I was told that I wouldn't receive Hilton Honors points because of how I booked the hotel.

Pros: The Mountain Modern Motel is a well thought out redesign of an old motel. It is very cute and rooms are very nice and comfortable. From real coffee cups and Keurig Machine to a large kitchen type sink making dining in easy, to the comfortable beds, MM really has tried to make your stay a good one. MM is also in a great location in town and a 5 minuté walk everywhere. The best part of MM though is their extremely friendly staff and Uber quick check in.
Cons: MM was priced well for Jackson Hole, but the prices in JH are too high. Other than that MM is a place I’d look forward to staying again.

Cons: unfortunately our friends had to move to a sister hotel and we could not stay in the same hotel as we had planned. Even with an upgrade at the sister hotel (for the inconvenience) we were not easily together for activities like, grabbing b/fast together, the hot tub or meeting in one lobby... we had to be more organized than that.

The pool was wonderful for the kids and the adults loved hanging out at the fire pit while the kids swam. Everyone loved the mountain coaster but it was a bit pricey. Both bartenders was super kind and gave incredible service and the front desk staff was equally as helpful. You can tell that the hotel has just had a remodel, but unfortunately nothing was done to help with the noise and it is so loud. However the aesthetics of our room was very nice and we really enjoyed the hot tub, but could not get in the pool because it was filthy.
Cons: My husband and I got no sleep. We could hear everything in the other rooms... even other peoples cell phones dining. We were on the 4th floor and could hear the elevator beep every time someone got one which happened all night long. I need my sleep so we will not be returning to this Hotel.

Very thin walls which enabled us to hear our neighbors extremely clearly at 6am each morning as they readied themselves for the day. No central air units. Pros: Fantastic rooms, great location, friendly accommodating staff and a pretty good restaurant too. Only complaint is restauarant on site was great when they were good, but could be mediocre at times. Ordered a drink at lunch and it was amazing. Ordered the same one at night and it was pretty sad. Food was also brought out cold at dinner a couple of times. Overall this hotel was great though and an awesome value for Jackson Hole.

Pros: The in-town location was great, and the common facilities were expansive and nice.
Cons: The heat/ac was ridiculously noisy. It woke me evey time it kicked on. Also there was a loud party going on in the parking lot for hours. I would not stay at Snow King again.

Pros: The staff gets an A+!!!! I have stayed in hotels all over the world and not once have I been able to claim lost property left in the room... On this trip I left my Nikon D90 in the room. By the time I had landed back in MSP I had a voice mail from their office asking for an address to send the camera to. This alone made the trip!
Cons: 133 a night for a super 8 is a little steep... But given the location and the upscale tourist location of the town its expected. Quite honestly unless you are looking for a romantic getaway your time in Jackson Hole would be better spent exploring the area!

It's paid by the day and only works on one device at a time. I got the "fast" one which, with tax, came to $5.29/day. I wonder how much a difference it would have made if I'd got the regular package because it wasn't fast at all. Streaming Netflix was constantly buffering, anything beyond rudimentary internet use was out of the question. LTE wireless data seemed slow already in Jackson, so maybe it's an area issue. * Mattress was very firm, almost too firm, bedding was very light, only two pillows provided. * The way the TV is mounted (in a fixed position) makes it difficult to watch in bed

Cons: Toiletries not provided unless you go down to front desk and retrieve them. Queen bed only had 2 pillows, I would have asked for more but assumed I would be told I had to go down and get them. Staff were generally polite just not very helpful. This motel was pretty far from the town square, that being said Jackson is pretty small. The bathroom was also unusually large, and that space would have been better allocated to the bedroom. Toilet was very loud.

Because Jackson is an expensive place to stay we did expect a bit more for the $466 Canadian for 2 nights. Left a note for housekeeping to clean the shelves where the towel rolls were (next to sink) as they were dirty, eww. Disliked our key cards failing daily so had to go to office to have them re-activated.

Pros: Great, classic Old West themed lodging close to downtown Jackson. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I like that they have a restuarant and bar as a part of the complex. The lodge lobby has an amazing display of taxidermy. I was there for Christmas and it was festively decorated. They have free tea, coffee, cocoa and hot cider, comfy couches, reading material, a computer for internet use and some video games out back. Front desk staff were helfpul. Hot tub was a great amenity in the cold weather after a day of skiing. You need to keep in mind that Jackson town is pretty sleepy over Christmas. I was not dealing with any big summer crowds. Guys working at the saloon were super welcoming.

Pros: I booked our hotel on wrong day and they allowed us to switch day without charging us extra. They are very kind at the front desk. The rooms were average, but very clean and our bed was comfortable! This is right on the main road into Jackson, so it was easy to get anywhere. I would definately stay there again.

Pros: The little town was vey cute and everything was within walking distance; just be prepared to spend 23 dollars On a burger and fries, the pool was heated to 85 so we could swim early before we left, the pillows were fantastic as was the bed, and the staff was helpful and friendly!

Dead bolt lock on exterior door was non-functional. Tiniest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel/motel. I've seen larger bathrooms in campers. Very dimly lit room.. One day during stay housekeeping did not leave toilet tissue. When I called the front desk, I was told I would have to come get it if I wanted any as housekeeping had already left for day. Depressing to stay in this uninviting lodge. Unfriendly, unhelpful, unaccommodating staff.
