“Heating was stuck on high, could not regulate. Staff could not help. Had to sleep with door/window wide open.”

“The staff were fantastic but one really stood out. Her name was Eleza who would also make a great travel guide. A gentleman was on when we arrived at the hotel at about 3.30am and he could not have been more helpful. It is a pity we didn't get his name. The location was fantastic with a walk to the light rail directly into the centre of the city and Florence was a knock-out with beauty up every little alley.”
