Cons (-) The booking process made it difficult for the hotel and so a little confusing for us You need another category for your “who were you traveling with?” I was with an adult family member and so needed 2 beds. And a non-closing bathroom door of opaque glass was weird

Pros (+) Very friendly n helpful staff.
Cons (-) Electrical outlets not good at all. I was not able to charge my iPad, even though friendly staff came up to try n help, non of the outlets worked. So consequently my iPad was without power for my flight out the next day. Fortunately I was allowed to charge it up at the info center at the airport long enough to get info for my scheduled flight.
