Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Florence and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with many guests highlighting the concierge and reception teams. The rooftop pool and terrace were standout features, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. However, some guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing issues with pricing transparency and room comfort in a few cases. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for those seeking a great location and excellent service.
