The car was towed from my house a day before and I was misinformed on payments and lost my deposit due to the company sending emails and phone calls to the incorrect number and I was told a different price than should have been. The car was also towed the day before we agreed on causing me to not have a ride to workReviewed Jun 28 2026

The office wasn't very organized, the car didn't have gas, car seats weren't available for rent, the car was fine but smelled like smoke although it said non smoking. It wasn't as nice as other cars from other companies, and even from other Enterprise locations.Reviewed Jan 18 2024
