Everything was great except, having to wait business day(S) to get security deposit returned and going by the email I received when I returned vehicle it looks like they are charging more than was agreed upon. We will see in the next few days..9,2 Wonderful

...which airport to return the car to. I returned the car to the wrong airport, dropped keys into after hours parking lot safe.... Walked into airport & realized I was in wrong airport. Then spent $62on a taxi plus 20% tip to drive from Niagra International to Buffalo airport.2,0 Poor

Absolutely horrible experience. I rented the car from LGW airport in NY and dropped off at Niagara Falls. When I went to pick up my car I was informed of the price about $150 more than Kayak reservation. After spending lot of time my deal was honored. As per my return time when I went to return the car at the location it was closed. The board on the wall displayed information that when you return the car after location is closed, they will charge me upto the day they open the office. In my case I dropped the car on Saturday so I was going to get charged upto Monday!!! When I checked the actual receipt, it had all together different address!!! So I went to drop the car there and has exactly same experience.!!! MAKE SURE LOCATION ON RETURN ADDRESS ON RECEIPT IS OPEN WHEN YOU ARE RETURNING THE CARAlamo
