I incurred 6.18 in tolls and now they tell me that there are admin fees, which were mentioned in the rental agreement, Now I am billed for over 100 dollars in admin fee. As courtesy to the renter, this should of been made more clear. This is unfair business and have rented so many times and NEVER have there been any problem with tolls. I completed dispute the admin fees. Buyer beware

The staff at the airport were really helpful and friendly. I don't rent cars often so I appreciated that. Good experience.

I appreciate how easy pick up and drop off was. The car was amazing in gas and the price was perfect.

1) Car smelled like stale smoke 2) Car was 2018, had 33K miles, and was worn down 3) Car model (Buick Encore) was nice and had keyless remote, which I like 4) Need better signage at ROC airport on where to drop off Dollar rentals 5) Staff at the Hertz counter were friendly and efficient

If you could have more agents working it would shorten wait time. I waited in line to pick up car almost 45 min. Otherwise great experience. The lady who assisted me was very nice and quick overall. Just too few people to serve a long line.

Car was a banged up mess dents and scratches. Also low tire pressure sensor went off twice had to top off all four tiers 2x at a cost of $4 and was never reimbursed.

Pick up and drop off were easy and quick, I got a larger car with no extra charge, because they did not have the small car size. The Dollar counter was closed, everything was done via Hertz outlet. Overall, all great.

Flight was delayed, couldn’t rent car upon arrival because sign at Dollar directed me to Hertz who was closed. Picked up car in am, paid for full 24 hours but only used it for about 7-8

As we navigate moving forward after a worldwide pandemic and work shortage . We as consumers are just not comfortable waiting in line for a simple drop off that should be more of a feature that is talked about upfront as waiting on line just before a flight is nerve racking to say the least.

The rental counter times should be posted clearly and the 800 agents should be trained better. I had a feeling the counter would be closed when we arrived but when I called the 800 number to confirm, I was told it wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived, all the counters were closed and we had to come back in the morning tp pick up our rental.
