10,0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay with my wife at Park Hyatt Aviara. Jenny Jang is at the reception was kind and very friendly, she was very accommodating and caring to our concerns. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Carlsbad, CA. I had a wonderful experience staying for one night at this hotel. Again, I really appreciate it!
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Cost of Golf for guests is too high.
6,3 Good
Pros: I liked the cleanliness
Cons: I did not like to pay a lot of money and breakfast was not included
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds of this Hyatt are absolutely beautiful and so are the rooms.
Cons: I thought $40 for valet parking was a bit steep but I didn't choose this hotel because I thought it was looking for bargain basement prices.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Room appointments. on Excellent view from room! Friendly, helpful service. Balcony
Cons: Guitarist was was mediocre. No Dodgers on TV.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved hanging out by the pool with my son, dining at the lobby lounge was easy, tasty and still very charming. Room was great , comfy bed!
6,7 Good
Pros: If you value customer service- Staff will treat you like a king/queen. Three people to open the doors. Useless in my opinion. Beverage (water/coffee) offered anytime. They had live music some nights. Pianist and a guitar singer. Great fitness center and it’s open 24hours. Wish the swimming pool were open later/earlier. Wasn’t able to enjoy it. Fluffly blankets and great mattress. Pillows could be better.
Cons: I had requested a fridge be placed in our room a couple weeks before our weekend. The fridge wasn’t there when we checked in. However, they did put one in later that day when i mentioned it. Also, they mentioned they do a little extra for birthday celebrations. But didn’t see anything in the room. I didn’t bother ask. I was just annoyed at this point. I didn’t like their mandatory valet parking system. The wait would be unecessarily longer than it should be. And they favor the luxury cars first. A mandatory fee was added per night. For the price, i would expect free parking or self parking available at least. And shuttle service should be expanded to the beach at least, not just the outlet.

Cons: The breakfast was so-so.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The room was large. Good sized fridge, sink and microwave in the room. Excellent large bathroom and shower. Evening cookies and milk was a great idea and a big hit. Lots of fresh coffee available at breakfast. Two laundry rooms with wash powder and dryers were very much appreciated.
Cons: Needed more fresh options at breakfast, everything was a bit processed with only a small bowl of fresh fruit. The breakfast can also get crowded. Pros: Best is the location. We got a room with oceanview and it was worth every penny. Also loved (and will miss) the morning walks along the beach. We discovered a new favorite oatmeal brand at breakfast. Service (desk, housecleaning, etc) was excellent!
Cons: It was a hot day the day and our room had the A/C off when we first arrived. It took 4 hours before the room was able to cool down. It would be nice if they had the A/C running even at higher temps. Otherwise, we loved it.
6,8 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpfully

The hotel has towels, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards so we were all set for our sand time. The location is very close to the town and countless restaurants and shops. Very easy place to stay and to be comfortable. We were able to get breakfast on site each morning and it was a nice selection.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The resort gardens made you feel as though you were in Maui, Hawaii. I love all the bird of paradise plants.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent selection of breakfast items and extremely delicious.
Cons: Better description of how to locate the hotel as there still exists a lot of confusion with Uber. Awfully dark at night on road leading to the hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What's not to like? This is a wonderful place to have a vacation and the location is stunningly beautiful. The staff were friendly but very professional and the facilities in the suite were top notch. The bar and restaurant were really good, again with slick, friendly service.
Cons: Nothing really. A minor glitch with a room preference at the beginning was resolved, expediently and efficiently, to our satisfaction. We wish we could have stayed longer.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Staff are great with the kids and plenty of stuff to do at the hotel!
Cons: Little pricey.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and great place to relax.. legoland is great place. I stayed in both hotels and castle hotel is very very very good, hotel and restaurant. Instead dragon hotel restaurant was sucks.
Cons: Everything was OK, by the way the restaurant has a long way for improvement. It wasn't clean, as it supposed to. Especially the dishes where supper old and they have lots of scratches on them0 which is going to be the place for bacteria to grow. The cake we were supposed to get was ninjago theme, instead we got castle theme. Honestly I didnt eat in restaurant, because It wasn't in the level of 4 star hotel. It was mostly in level of 2 star motel.

Cons: We loved everything!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Every staff member from management to housekeeping took the time to have real conversations with the kids.

1,0 Poor
Pros: The decor was nice the hotel was beautiful
Cons: Our room wasn’t as decried it was way to small we expressed our concerns to the staff they were very unpleasant and told us it was what we got and that’s it! The front staff was nit knowledgeable there were several people dissatisfied in the hotel
5,1 Okay
Pros: Separate kids space
Cons: Not much to do after park closes and not many extra amenities
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere is great and there are things for the kids to do everywhere you go. My kids loved the playground and the fact that they could build with Legos while we waited for our tables or just hung out in the room. The free breakfast buffet has just about anything I could ever want... you won't leave there hungry! Great family friendly place.
Cons: My only complaint is that the pool restaurant wasn't open, which leaves you with only one place to eat for dinner, which is pretty expensive.

Pros: Location is wonderful
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s amazing. This is our second time staying here and we love it. It’s next to the beach and the beds are super comfortable.
7,9 Good
Pros: Excellent location in Carlsbad...walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. We stayed in the Deluxe Room, with a view of the small parking lot. It wasn't as nice as I had hoped based on pictures and reviews. In walking around the property, it seemed like the larger rooms/suites had all been updated and were positioned on better parts of the property. I'd come again, but stay in one of those. There are only a handful of parking spots dedicated to the hotel, but we were able to find one on the street fairly easily. The pool is small but nice. The fire pits are a nice touch. I'd stay again, but not for the price I paid, and not in a standard room.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Room was well appointed, clean and the bed was comfortable.
6,7 Good
Pros: People in the town

Cons: Said it included breakfast but actually not a breakfast.

6,3 Good
Pros: Accessible to Legoland and Seaworld
Cons: Far stretch from downtown
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. A few mins from Legoland and conveniently located to beaches, malls, and stores. The room was big and I loved that the bedroom had a ceiling fan. The living room was big enough to fit a large dog kennel comfortably. The breakfast was great, had many choices and the fruit was great and fresh. They have a grassy area to take your pets out. Friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are friendly and super helpful. My family and I loved staying here. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. When I am in town again I would definitely pick this hotel.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Good location, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The free breakfast was very good.
Cons: Since there isn’t a full service restaurant, there aren’t any restaurants close by (if you are new to the area). It’s really just located around other hotels. There are no facilities for charging an electric vehicle. There is an outdoor outlet, but it’s located right next to a handicapped parking space. That’s a deal-breaker for us, so we won’t stay there again. There are hotels nearby that do have those stations so they really need to upgrade.
7,1 Good
Pros: good breakfast
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice
Cons: Not on beach
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Girls at front desk were amazing. Rooms were nice sized and clean.
Cons: Parking lot being resurfaced which made parking hard.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location is good for families going to Legoland.
Cons: The room we reserved wasn't ready at 4pm when we arrived, but not until well after 5:30pm and then shortly before 7pm the power went out for 5 1/2 hours! The front half of the parking lot was blocked off for repair. Parking was limited in the back and we had to walk far to get to our room. Dinner is only provided Monday to Thursday, so if you stay over a weekend there's no food in evenings.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Totally comfortable, great breakfast, check-out time noon, two TVs.
Cons: If I could have opened windows for fresh air.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We’ve been here before and loved the apartment like feel and free breakfast. Also the Hilton bag with snacks and water, nice touch

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely everything to like about this lovely property
Cons: Didn’t stay long enough
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nettled in a bustling cute downtown Del Mar, one is instantly transported to a calming beach vibe. You can feel the ocean and take in an awesome view. The property is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the cheeseburger was delicious!
Cons: There is a parking lot and condo community in between the resort and the beach. Though a minor disappointment, it doesn’t make access difficult.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Central location
Cons: Reception staff not terribly friendly. Spa and valet staff were very professional, friendly and accomodating. The rooms are far from yucky but I won't exactly call them clean either.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, very close to the beach. The Spa was excellent, I had a great massage!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff was noticeably helpful and friendly. Especially extra care from Alex, front desk, Chase from valet and Amy and Rory from the restaurant. Considering having my daughters wedding here. Beautiful property.
Cons: The thermostat was a light beacon at night, covered it with a hat. Needed extra blankets.
7,1 Good
Pros: It was comfortable
Cons: The cost of the room was extremely high for the quality of the hotel accommodations
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place was excellent! We loved the smaller size which gave off a high-end, beach vibe. The views from the restaurant on the patio (also seen from the lobby/bar) were amazingly beautiful. Dinner at 1540 was great and we appreciated the dessert customized for the birthday we were celebrating. The room was lovelier than the pictures online.
Cons: The only downfall was our own schedule. We were not able to spend enough time to enjoy all the amenities or the charming town. We will definitely be back when we can spend more than one night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent, the property is just beautiful.
Cons: At a loss to come up with something I didn't like.

Pros: Great location excellent staff They said there was construction but I didn’t see it it’s either hidden or the contractor is behind in the remodel. The rooms were very pleasant and nicely done. Location is in the art of Carlsbad and the beach is steps away along with restaurants shops coffee etc. the beach towns alon this North Coast of SanDiego County are the best.
Cons: Not much to say here.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It exceeded my expectations.....best room ever! Nice cross ocean breeze. Loved the patios! Very comfy bed. Everything you would ever need right at your fingertips! Bikes...beach chairs and towels....fully stocked kitchen....boogie boards...ping pong....hamburgers right off the grill on the green....awesome jacuzzi.....very accommodating staff.....catching Corbina right off the beach! So many great places to eat and shop within a 5 minute walk....
Cons: When you book a room for 4 you should get 2 parking passes! Parking can be difficult but there was so much unused permit parking-it didn't make sense. There is construction being done and I hurt my arm trying to break a fall when my shoe got caught on a pipe that was jutting out from some bricks in the parking structure. The on-site restaurants were not that good at all-better to venture off-so many better places to eat in close proximity-like jays gourmet across the street! Excellent food but really small restaurant-better to order "to go" eat on your patio listening to the waves crash! Shout out to crakheads for breakfast!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are beautiful and the ocean view is amazing. The staff was very warm and friendly!
Cons: Only smoking area is in the front ( gazebo) by the street. Several homeless people going through the trash and asking for cigarettes.

Pros: The location was amazing. The courtyard had everything you could possibly want and it was only a block to the beach. Just beautiful.
Cons: N/A

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect spot...perfect room...couldnt have been better for us. Ocean view is gorgeous.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Proximity to the beach (a short walk past the timeshare apartments.
Cons: The name is very misleading for hotel guests maybe the right name for timeshare people. Paid top dollar for a room inches from the pavement (sidewalk) & a few feet from a main road. I've stayed in Carlsbad 3 times now at 3 different hotels & this one I can't recommend.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The location to restaurants and the beach is perfect. They have their own parking garage with helps because parking in Carlsbad is super difficult.
Cons: The building is all wood is seems and you hear everything from the people below you, above you, and mostly in the courtyard. We had a busy schedule with lots off appointments which meant up at 6am and so you really want to turn in early and need a good decent sleep . Which was impossible with the loud guests in the courtyard, screaming kids till after midnight and slamming doors and people stomping around above and below you. The air conditioning was so loud we decided to turn it off and have the balcony door open. But you still heard the units from rooms around you. We checked out a day early and nobody was even interested enough to ask why. And if you want to have your bed made and bathroom cleaned, too bad, that only happens a couple times per week for the condo units.

Pros: Loved the cute rustic garden aesthetic. Comfy bed. Coffee in the morning. A perfect low-key place to stay. Staff were respectful and available to take care of any of your needs at a moments notice.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location Quirky Comfy bed Nice view of the sea
Cons: Our window didn’t close properly but didn’t really matter as we wanted it open to keep the room cool. Door locking system didn’t seem most secure and one key, if lost cost £50. Staff were lovely but the check in was a bit odd behind a closed window, you had to ring a bell to get attention.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the overall character of the hotel and the location was perfect! The staff was nice and very helpful. The room itself had a great view, rustic charm and plenty of space for what we needed. We would definitely stay again!
Cons: The toilet in the room would not stop running and the WiFi was spotty. Also, being so close to the beach, having an option for laundry would have been nice.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful surprise, great find. Each room has unique decor. Relaxing and and refreshing break from city surrounding. Easy walk to beach and shops. Can't say enough.

Pros: Across the street from beach, walking distance to everything...
Cons: We did not have a balcony or any view of ocean, the beds/ pillows were not comfortable.
7,9 Good
Pros: Great view,comfy beds,good location
Cons: A little run down for the price. The room had a musty smell. Breakfast super basic
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Across from Beach, shopping and restaurants .
7,1 Good
Pros: I liked the location and ease of going to the beach and the village.
Cons: Being on the first floor, I was unable to open my curtains as everyone had to walk by my room to go in or off the property. This made the room arm very dark and dank.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location across the street from the beach, near Carlsbad Village, and Legoland was great. Nice size rooms. The Rec room, in-room DVD players, and DVD library are great for families. Free parking, wifi, and breakfast.
Cons: Tub and shower tile a little dated. The beds and bedding were not as comfortable as other hotels.
7,5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very average and in a strange room off the pool. There was an attendant who asked us every morning for our room number. The attendant also was in charge of making waffles. Otherwise they sat on a stool behind a bar. The food offerings for the price were very average.
Cons: There is an issue with the HVAC system in the entire hotel. The lobby had a very distinct musty smell and our room was the same way. When we got home, we had to wash all of our clothing that had been in the suitcases.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The parking is very easy. The underground garage has locked gate and plenty of spaces. Right across the street from the ocean. Sunsets are beautiful. Has everything you will need for a great trip.
Cons: It was all perfect.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room wasEasy to get to, i liked how close it was to the pool. And the parking was very nice under the hotel, and it wasn't an extra charge.
Cons: Room was dark, not a lot of natural light.
6,3 Good
Pros: location and parking
Cons: Staff. I specially asked for a room not by the pool, and that’s what we got. It was noisy And we couldn’t sleep with windows open bc it was too much light from the elevator shining into our room, and because it was so noisy. We wanted to upgrade to a room with a balcony once we checked in bc we like to sleep with open windows for fresh air, but the front desk told us we couldn’t! They had rooms available, they just didn’t want to upgrade us, they said, “it’s too late, you’ve already checked in”. That’s right, I’m a paying guest who doesn’t want the room you gave me. We were willing to pay for the upgrade too. I have never experienced such disregard. We will be visiting this area frequently bc our mom now lives in this area, but Tamerack will NOT BE getting our future business. I know for certain this property had balcony rooms available bc I asked.
7,9 Good
Pros: Great location
Cons: No restrooms except in your room.
7,9 Good
Cons: The air conditioner is pre set to only go to 70 degrees. Also when the ac runs it blows directly onto the beds, making it very cold and uncomfortable for the five minutes it is on. If there is was a way to direct the vent away from the head of the beds I couldn’t find it

6,7 Good
Pros: Very helpful staff
Cons: Bathroom - shower, too low, hard to wash hair, no soap holder Tub - nothing to grab onto to get out of tub, VERY UNSAFE!!! !
4,6 Okay
Pros: I loved the views and the Lobby
Cons: The rooms, one of our rooms smelled like mold. The other one everything was falling apart.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were amazing and well kept
Cons: The rooms were good but a little dated.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The pool area and various hot tubs were great. My kids did not come with, but looked like they had a great setup for the kids. I did not get a chance to golf, but having the golf course on site is awesome.
Cons: The facility was a bit spread out, so getting to the various places, especially with luggage, was a bit complex at times. Would have been nice to have been located a bit closer to our conference. Also would have been nice if the resort had a shuttle or two that went to downtown Carlsbad or the Ocean, etc.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful and very well maintained.
Cons: Distance to parking is quite far.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The spa the view the room. It was a grear stay.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and several pools were a plus!
4,0 Okay
Pros: The pools, staff, and evening band were excellent.
Cons: The toilet was leaking. I called earlier about toilet issues and they sent somebody up to fix it. Later in the evening I noticed that it was leaking because my pants were wet.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved all the amenities!! The spa, chopra center, restaurants etc lots of options.
Cons: I thought the room I was in could use a little upgrade, but over all clean and liked the place.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Next time we pay that amount for a hotel room we would hope it not look and feel like a guest room in grandmothers home. Rooms are dated in furnishing, appearance, etc. they have used the old Spanish look as a crutch to not renovate and freshen up the facilities. Our stay at the Avirara was much more enjoyable And the accommodations and staff were exquisite. We will definitely stay there next time. The Omni was an “Omni” level disappointment.
Cons: Rooms needing update Spa staff was unwilling to allow for a day pass used on a Sunday even though my wife was going to get a massage and I was just going to use the Facilities. Bathroom shower grout Appeared visibly dirty. The bathroom had a musty smell about it as well.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, food was great, golf course was in wonderful shape, staff there was great too.
Cons: Our room, 802, smelled musty. We had to continuously sign back on to the free internet and sometimes it would take a half dozen attempts.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Great location to my friends
Cons: The property needs updating!!!!

Pros: The lake was pretty
Cons: Pool hours (9 am to 9 pm) were not convenient. There were no tables anywhere on the property to play cards or board games except for the pool area which was always locked in the early morning.
6,7 Good
Pros: It was quiet and peaceful.
Cons: There was no mini bar but they imposed $100 hold on the credit card after paying for the room. Strange practice. The lighting in my room wasn’t great. And some of the decor looks worn even after taking into account that they were trying to achieve that beach house aesthetic.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cute quiet area in the middle of town. Amazing staff
5,4 Okay
Pros: The concept of the hotel was very cute. The lake was pretty
Cons: Check in was a disaster. The staff did not seem interested or engaging at all. The messed up my sisters registration by charging her card with my room. The girl needed assistance with voiding the transaction and re-running my sisters card on the correct room, which took approx. 30 minutes to do. My other sister was checked into a storage closet room for some unbelievable reason. When I checked in after my two sisters they could not reprint the reservation summary that you sign for incidentals, etc. so I did not sign anything. when I did get my room I had to ask for my room keys and if there was anything they needed to tell me about check in and check out, Wifi, etc.. The customer service just was not there in my opinion. Once in the room there was a musty smell that we could not get past. The carpet was dirty and had spots on it. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean, which is a huge win. I was there with 5 others and wanted to play a board game outside by the pool in the morning at around 7am. Unfortunately, the pool area is closed and did not open until 9am. We walked the grounds to try to find a table outside that we could sit at and play a game while drinking our morning coffee but this was impossible to find. We got home from the beach and dinner and went to go to the pool area to swim as we saw several people swimming. We found a table and started to get in the pool but were told that we had to leave because the pool was closed at 9am. Again the pool was closed! Very disappointed in the hours of the pool especially because it is summer in California. The pool area was trashed by partiers from the day and there were chairs that were flipped over and tons of trash around. We sat in the pool area for about 15 minutes prior to being told that it was closed and did not see anyone from the hotel straightening up the area. This property has potential but has missed out on the little items that make a property wonderful.
6,7 Good
Pros: Bed and sheets were very comfortable View of the lake very relaxing
Cons: Motel like feeling Old carpeting in room Noisey AC in room
7,1 Good
Pros: Bed was nice...restaurant/bar very nice.
Cons: My room was near office building 1...very noisy and no view of nothing but parking lot. Other rooms by people and water were much nicer. The rate was way too high for the room I received!
7,9 Good
Pros: off the beaten path but close enough to drive, had a nice gym to workout, nice decor (thanks Carrie P!), felt like i was on vacation--relaxed setting. Personnel at checkout was pleasant. decor of hotel was great and modern. sheets on bed were comfy.
Cons: check-in time is late, check-out time is too early, nachos at the downstairs bar were the worst nachos i have ever had-they took it off my bill as I couldn't eat it--the cheese tasted awful, bartenders were very nice and beer selection was wonderful. there was a wet spot on carpet outside of our bathroom which was gruesome--wore our shoes to avoid stepping on the wet spot. It didn't smell so that was a good thing.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Moldy carpet, mildew scent with staff not accommodating to your allergies of mildew/mold. I had to threaten the front desk clerk with my health concern to get another room. The worst part, I paid over $300/one night, while Groupon offered half price. Front desk said “we’re sorry “
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice pools, lake and restaurant
Cons: Dated building, rooms and bed. Only one elevator in different building
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great place for kids
Cons: Room service is poor
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Lake view, sound of nature, sound of the water spraying in the pool
Cons: no Spa on site for being a resort.. 1 place to eat on site.. pool closed early for being a weekend..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is always friendly and helpful. This just a great place to stay and very relaxing. It’s like a little oasis in the middle of chaos.

Cons: Stain on carpet near door. Restrooms were out dated. Pool was tiny.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Room was incredibly small, location was not ideal, pool was gross
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The employees were awesome, especially the gentleman that checked me in. He was awesome. Food was good and the kitchen area was smaller than other Hamptons but well stocked. Kitchen staff was very helpful. We used the pool and jacuzzi every night and the kids loved it. The hot tub was refreshing after a long day at Legoland. We would definitely stay again.
Cons: The view over the storage facility wasn't great. Parking was limited and one night I had to park at the hotel next door and walk a ways to get to the Hampton.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful with directions for shopping. Several options for breakfast.
Cons: The hotel is situated next to another hotel so, the parking is limited and we were not able to park in the same lot as our hotel for both nights of our stay. The hotel was fully booked so the breakfast area was very busy - limited seating.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: There is daily complementary breakfast and there are great choices. Not the typical continental. It wasn't great.
Cons: During reservations, I asked for two king beds, which they do not have.

Cons: Our view of the storage facility
7,5 Good
Pros: You have the best waffle!!!
Cons: Bed is not as comfortable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great room for the value
Cons: This had nothing to do with the hotel. We got guest with kids on the upper level that were jumping, stomping, running, slamming doors and screaming at early time. But since we had to get up early and leave I didn't notify the front desk
6,3 Good
Pros: Liked the pool and work out room.
Cons: Was hoping for a little more variety at breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Prompt service. I had an issue with the toilets and night perfume quickly. I needed a rollaway bed was delivered immediately.
Cons: It was nothing I didn't like. Touching was tight but you can't help that when you're trying to get guest in all in the same area adjacent to another hotel. If anything, I think the breakfast buffet wasn't plentiful. I generally stay at Hampton in other areas and I noticed the breakfast can either I have a large variety or Nothing at All. Still thankful for breakfast.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Good continental breakfast.
Cons: Wish they had a screen on patio door.
7,1 Good
Pros: Have thought about this place before (rented at Tamarack across the street and love this beach.) Overall very good place to stay. Rented ocean view room at back of property (window at front looks out to ocean.) Space is large. Main room has kitchenette on one side with fridge/freezer, microwave, counter with sink, seating for two, barely enough plates and cups for two. Rest of main room has view to ocean, fireplace area, sofabed, dresser, and desk with chair. Bathroom was nice, no fan, just window vent. Other units front walls are on straight layout going from west at lobby/ocean end to east where our unit was. Bedroom was good, tv's worked well, bed was very firm. Dressers/nightstands were good, safe in closet. There is a pool and a spa, separate, in the courtyard, looked to be in good condition and several folks used each without complaints. Breakfast was plentiful and deck overlooks the (street below and) ocean. Good selection of fruit, breads, drinks, yogurt. Heatable breakfast sandwiches, waffles, etc. Automated pancake maker rolls off two at a time to your plate, kinda cool. Weekend attendant was very detailed and helpful. She was best part of staff, and the rest were good. There is a small elevator. Beach use of chairs (with cooler pockets), boogie boards, towels, and umbrella was helpful. Parking is somewhat clever and somewhat odd. Instead of ground floor units, (skinny) unassigned parking spots are laid out three to a section with two support posts or wall at the side of spot. We had a Nissan Altima rental, not huge, and it was interesting getting into several spaces (and in/out of car in some.) Not sure how I would have fit our SUV. At least there is parking, and ocean is across street, shops and restaurants are safely walkable.
Cons: No fans in bathrooms. Vent windows overlook walkway along the courtyard (smelly? embarrassing?) Location was quiet except at 3 am there was some mechanical whine that altered pitch back and forth for about 5 minutes and woke us up. This was at back of property, only happened one night. Sofabed needs upgrade, very creaky although teenager liked the novelty for two nights. See parking notes above, some good some eh. If you're looking for a late checkout, don't stay here.

Cons: The Bell man Steve was very disrespectful and he didn’t help us with our baggages when we wanted to check in! but manager Karmina was very nice and apologized for him.

Cons: The bathroom was dirty and smell like they used the same towels to clean it
7,5 Good
Pros: Location good, staff is nice,
Cons: Ate the buffet host asked my if I was a Hilton Honors member I said yes and under a party of six. She gave me card come to find out the complimentary breakfast and discount for guest is for Hilton Honor members with Gold status which she did not mention. It was embarrassing for me as the same host took the card in the middle of our meal and said I did not have the status,. $21 breakfast was good but not good value for regular customer let alone a Hilton honor members. Parking is ridiculously his for hotel guests. Need elevators in the back part of hotel

Pros: Such a pet friendly atmosphere combined with top notch facilities. Lots of action as well.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: The room was not clean. $25/night for self parking in the hotel lot was not prominently disclosed during the booking process. And it is rather excessive. This three story spread out hotel had insufficient elevator access.

Pros: We felt the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Beautiful facility. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again!
Cons: We didn't eat the breakfast bar (although it looked very nice) because $20 a person seemed extraordinarily high priced. It would be nice if more budget friendly options were offered as well.

Pros: Clean
Cons: N/a
6,7 Good
Cons: Valet parking was way to costly. For $300 a night. Parking should be free. When you feel nickeled and dime. I feel the corporation is greedy.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: I liked the fact that plenty of parking was available and that there was no additional charge for it. (This was a point of contention I had with a recent stay at a Marriott hotel.) Your counter staff was friendly, knowledgeable when answering inquiries, such as local dining establishments, things to do, etc. We were greeted with smiles, and with positive attitudes. The hot tub. We met some very nice folks who were hotel guests from other places while enjoying the hot tub. This enhanced our hotel stay even further!
Cons: I don't know if this is something that can be helped, but the parking lot in the back was the view. That's OK, it didn't detract from our visit, but there was nothing romantic about looking out the window.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Didn't have breakfast there, but it looked great.
