Cons: No complaints
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This little gem in the desert is awesome! We arrived from a lengthy drive. Judy was so accommodating. She got us checked in quickly and before we knew it, we were sipping wine by the pool and relaxing. This property is delightful! It is quiet and extraordinarily well kept. We will return! thanks do much for the lovely stay!
Cons: Nothing - this property is an absolute 10 out of 10!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming staff, immaculate room. Shower and bed were amazing, and the pool was a life saver in the summer heat. Quiet and very comfortable.
Cons: Honestly, the only difficulty was finding how to get in (just open the gate). The place is very boutique, so might not suit people looking to party or make friends.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. If you are looking for a quiet little get away, this is the place. It has spacious rooms with all the comforts you need. I was very impressed with both the facilities and the service.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Pros: We were welcomed so nicely. Pool and lounge chairs were excellent. Room accommodations were fantastic, clean, and amenity-rich. The salt water pool was refreshing. Great quiet location off the main drag, but close enough to all the action.

Pros: Everything was great; parking, location, rooms, pool, heating and amenities. We wanted small hotel, (not a resort) in town and this worked out fine.
Cons: broken toilet seat
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Victor and Judy are doing an outstanding job with this little property. Victor took care of us from the moment we arrived and efficiently checked us in and showed us to our room! Wow! Fresh, modern, clean - with everything you could possibly need to make this hotel your home away from home. Fresh white robes, high quality bedding, fabulous air con, beautiful bathroom and a perfect quiet location. Even a new Samsung 55" curved television with Netflix! Everything you could need, and then some!
Cons: What's not to like? Victor and Judy are obviously people who truly understand the needs of a guest! I would thoroughly recommend this property to friends and family.

Pros: In our fridge their was complimentary breakfast items, the front desk, Judy, went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and felt welcomed. The king size bed was so comfortable and soft, it felt like I was being hugged the whole night and the water pressure in the shower felt like I was having a massage, I didn’t want to get out!
Cons: I don’t know if the pool was heated but if it was, I do wish the pool would have been a little more refreshing than it feeling like a bath, it was so hot outside so that would have felt nice.

Pros: Great decor and environment. Will be back again.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was charming, authentically palm springs and aesthetically gorgeous. With friendly and helpful staff and a great location, we are happy that we stayed there. The room was clean, stunning and mid century, fitting well in Palm Springs. It had tonnes of great facilities, like a coffee machine, bluetooth speaker, hairdryer and mini fridge. The cocktails are delicious, and fairly priced at happy hour, however the rest of the bar is quite expensive during the rest of the day ($8 for a small beer). Which is a shame, as if it was cheaper I could have stayed round the pool all day - you're not allowed to bring your own drinks to the pool, even if it's a soft drink.
Cons: Unfortunately breakfast was extremely poor and really let the hotel down, when booking it says that breakfast comes with the nights stay. In reality what you get is day old hard croissants, some fruit (and fruit flies) and a few boiled eggs. Filter coffee was also available but only green tea, no breakfast tea anywhere. I couldn't even stretch to call it a continental breakfast, it was really bad. Other small things were, the cleaner wouldn't service the room everyday, unless you asked her too (she was very grumpy when you did ask her) and there was only 2 plug outlets in the whole room, meaning I had to charge my phone by the coffee machine every night (not the end of the world I know, but annoying too!). Lastly we we're notified of a completely unexpected fee of $35 dollars a night resort fee when we checked in, which wasn't mentioned anywhere on booking.com. As we we're staying 5 nights, this was a lot of money that wasn't expected. Thankfully when we mentioned this to reception they removed the fee as we had booked on booking.com.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I have been spending long weekends in Palm Springs every summer for about the past 20 years. We live in San Diego, so PS makes for an easy getaway. We have stayed at a number of nice, renovated hotels (prefer to stay in smaller, boutique-style places) and Villa Royale is our hand's down favorite, and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. From the warm and genuine welcome at reception, to the perfect little map of the property (we kept it), the cute key set, the comfy beds, spacious room, pools, grounds - all of it was just the perfect mix of luxury and casual comfort. It's just so easy to be here! There is also no pretense or fussy, high-maintenance "hipster" vibe (looking at you, ACE Hotel). Real people stay here! It is quiet (no kids!!), there's great music playing over the PA (at just the right volume), friendly service, interesting menu (food and bev). Loved every bit. Can't wait to come back!
Cons: Nothing not to like. Wouldn't change a thing!
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property with a Spanish feel
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the charm of the old and new being used together. I love a place in Palm Springs that keeps older, historical buildings and enhances its charm instead of knocking it down to build something new. This place is so beautiful. I love that it’s 21 and over and my husband and I really Liked all the pool rules because frankly we’re tired of all the DJs and pool floaties that have taken over the desert.
Cons: The only suggestion I’d make would be about the food selection from breakfast to the snacks in the room. Being located in the Coachella valley I’d suggest using locally sourced honey and not something that comes multiple locations. The rooms are stocked with candies that come in jars when there are a lot of great local candy companies that can be supported like brandinis. Showing that you support local business alike shows pride of the area.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room was awesome, AC was cool: has several pools. I checked in early and the room was ready. The staff is young and very nice, I will be coming back here.
Cons: Parking can be limited, so we parked and UBER. Pillow was hard.

Pros: La Serena Villas was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and babymoon. Upon arrival we were welcomed by friendly staff and a glass of champagne. Our villa was clean and beautifully decorated. The room was stocked with complementary coffee/tea and in the morning they delivered a breakfast basket with delicious goodies. The hotel was conveniently located to downtown Palm Springs. We were within walking distance to many of the shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend La Serena Villas to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Pros: We really enjoyed our two day stay here.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The settings —a large swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis (one covered), outside shower, and a sauna. The rooms with kitchenettes are a nice size, the interior gardens are nice, but for us the views of mountains reign supreme. We love this place, this being our second stay and planning to come back.
Cons: We liked everything as the service and the room were excellent.
7,5 Good
Pros: Beautiful gardens with fountains and day beds. Amazing views. 2 pools and a hot tub with natural spring warm/hot water available 24/7. Really comfy bath robes. Clean and cozy suite with a fridge and microwave. Friendly and responsive staff. The whole experience is very positive and relaxing especially at low season with a few guests.
Cons: The whole area needs some upkeep. Self serve kitchen/breakfast area needs more and promptly attention as it could be crowded some time (weekends) and some people don't pick up after themselves. If your windows are facing pools expect to be waking up by people having a good time at 3am. Towel racks would be a nice addition and remove the need of daily pool towels exchange.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and very nice view at pool side. Completely breakfast was great bagels, bread with with cheese ,avocado, muffins, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, fresh fruit...list goes on. Love
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great smaller resort with a nice, comfortable room, great views, and overall peaceful feeling. The pools were clean and there are plenty of lounge areas to just sit and relax.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The pool and spas were great; natural heated hot springs water. The patio landscaping was classic desert, very beautiful. Overall a very relaxing stay. Bring a cooler of your favorite beverage and enjoy the peace and quit.
Cons: Breakfast was very average fare, similar to Holiday Inn Express or Best Western. The room was large but had no counter space in the bathroom and very low water pressure. For fine dining and night life you have to drive to Palm Springs.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: nice and cozy and peace, with pools
Cons: room is relatively small
7,0 Good
Pros: The property is quaint and inviting with a lot of charm and character. The pools are beautiful and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed lounging in the evening with a cocktail overlooking the city lights.
Cons: The continental breakfast is disappointing. First, you have to brew your own coffee using a French press. This is okay, however, when we go out of town we like to stay in a hotel that offers a continental breakfast that includes ready made coffee. Also, The room which hosts the breakfast is too small. You can’t walk around freely if there are more than 3 people in it. It has a very small island that had a few avocados, tomatoes, and hard boiled eggs. It also had batter to make your own waffles. We opted out of waffles because we heard another guest say it wasn’t working at full capacity. We stayed two nights and didn’t attempt the breakfast again. Other than a disappointing breakfast, the stay was lovely.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable. Adults only. Quiet. Best bed ever. Owner/staff EXCELLENT! Great service. Nice pool. Lovely decor. Perfect weather.
Cons: What's not like?
9,5 Excellent
Pros: So quiet and peaceful. The mineral pools were so clean and had no sulfur smell. Loved the cabana beds for a quick nap! Room was large and the kitchenette was so convenient.
Cons: Not a negative but breakfast was continental so going to be high carb + sweet as expected. Appreciated the hard boiled eggs, but would suggest non-sweetened Greek yogurt and plain oatmeal options.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and clean. Breakfast is A+. Pool and Spas are wonderful.

Pros: Everything was fabulous, we loved it. Would definitely come back again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is a hidden gem, super tranquil, looks new but it's from the 60's and the design is amazing. Breakfast is very good. Very provate and good experience will get back for sure.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Quiet get away, very retro and you feel like your back in time when things were simple
10,0 Excellent
Pros: There is no place I’d rather be when visiting Palms Springs. The hotel is immaculate and brimming with nostalgia and style. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is super friendly and it's clear they care. The bed was super comfy and everything was clean. It was really nice that they remembered that this was a sort of babymoon for us. Having a sangria happy hour and stocked fridge with drinks is a really nice touch.
Cons: The location isn't as ideal given that it's a small boutique hotel without an attached restaurant so driving is required to get to anything (not far of a drive but not great walking). It's very close to the airport so if you're a light sleeper, be prepared for planes taking off as early as 6am.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Generally everything was above expectations - you can tell this property is a true labour of love with the owners. The beds and pillows are exceptional and the pool area was pretty much completely empty during my stay. Ignore all reviews that complain about the hotel being at the bottom of the airport runway - I barely heard any sound during my whole stay - Palm Springs is hardly a busy airport !
Cons: I think the room furnishings and decorating could be a lot better considering the amount of quality mid century modern furniture available in Palm Springs and the regular price. Otherwise - a magical place I look forward to returning asap.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The mid century feel and decor about the entire place. The location was excellent. Afternoon drinks and nibbles were great. A good continental breakfast. Pool area was a nice place to relax and a nice comfortable bed.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: When we first entered the hotel we were meet by Alex who was great, she showed us round the place and spared no detail. Whilst you’re walking around you honestly feel like you’ve walked onto the set of “mad men” or gone back in time to the 60s, the whole place looks amazing. The rooms were very spacious with large reflective windows which gave you a great view of the place but also private so people couldn’t see in. As we were leaving we got a chance to speak to the owner Kathy who was incredibly helpful and gave us a nice bit of history of The Monkey Tree Hotel. Well it’s fair to say if we are ever back in Palm Springs this is one place we will be revisiting.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect! It was delicious and the dining area is very comfortable

Pros: Very helpfull
Cons: a little bit far from the main part
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is beautiful. Beeakfast is served in the morning and cocktails by the pool in the afternoon. I will recommend this hotel to friends and will be staying next year for Stagecoach. Maybe even before.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the staff, they were friendly and welcoming. Upon checking in Michael gave us a tour of the small hotel which included a very nice pool and separate hot tub, and he pointed out the area for afternoon cocktails and morning breakfast. There were magazines, newspapers, bicycles and towels available. He showed us were to get ice and then to the room where he demonstrated the remote and items in the nicely stocked kitchenette . James took over on day two with breakfast and cocktails, he makes an exception banana daiquiri! He took time to visit with us as well as other guests as he performed his "happy hour" duties. It is rare to have such friendly service in todays travel industry. Most of the time after you check in you never really see anyone. The rooms very large, comfortable and very clean. We will definitely return to Aventi the next time we are in Palm Springs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service & very welcoming to my partner & I and our pup Chase! 24 hour hot top is a great bonus.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was incredibly nice, and helpful. Along with the property being very quiet and relaxing, and kept clean.
Cons: The water from the sink and shower head let off a murky color. The piping might have been damaged or too much salt was in it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The communal aspects of it - the feeling you May he closer to the other guests and the attention you get when you’re one of 12 rooms. Ok
Cons: Nothing much - it was a great getaway and very peaceful :)
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Jim is very welcoming and accommodating. The afternoon happy hour around the poolside is definitely a plus. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Avanti Hotel.
Cons: The air conditioner in the room is a little bit noisy when it runs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the pool and the happy hour (compliments of Jim the manager - free two drinks)
Cons: Nothing. Maybe instructions on using the AC.

9,5 Excellent
Pros: The entire property is absolutely beautiful. It's a really relaxing, enclosed oasis that lets you unwind straight away. We arrived after the staff had left for the evening but our check in process was smooth regardless. The staff at Santiago are fabulous; they always go above and beyond and are friendly and courteous. The breakfasts are good and the ordered in lunches are great too. The pool and hot tub area are lovely, surrounded by loungers either in the sunshine or in the shade. Everything here is unhurried which is great; we can't wait to come back!
Cons: It's not that I didn't like the location, rather, it's important to note that you will need a car if you stay here as it's not a walkable distance to downtown Palm Springs.

9,5 Excellent
Pros: When arriving through the main lobby it felt unique--like I was taken to another location away from Palm Spring's desert heat and into a botique resort lodge hidden in the mountains. Our room was spacious and it felt romantic staying in rustic cabin-like studio designed and furnished in natural and modern elements. Anyone who stays at Sparrows Lodge will be blown away because it is special.
Cons: What I did not like was it did not have enough lighting. The room was dark and it was hard to apply makeup in dim lighting for the past two days. There wasn't a tv in the room either. I understand it is a peaceful and relaxing setting and media devices may take away from zen-ing it out, but a little late night channel surfing wouldn't hurt.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Free bike rental, we went twice for a bike ride. Room was very spacious, it was one of the best rooms we've ever been to. The staff was very attentive.
Cons: That we had to leave!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the service was friendly and professional
Cons: the wifi wasn't working and had a difficult time getting emails or being able to work.

Pros: What a delightful property! My husband and I stayed here for a few days during our recent move. The grounds were very lovely, quiet and private. It's a small hotel and when you enter the lovely gates, you feel like you have walked into an exclusive little paradise. Our room was beautifully furnished and it was obvious that a lot of thought had gone into anticipating what guests might need during their stay -- espresso machine in the room, fridge, upscale bath products and luxurious bath robes and towels. Upon checking in and entering our room, there was Frank Sinatra music playing on the room's iHome --- it was just perfect to get us in a vacation mood in Palm Springs! Each morning there was a nice breakfast spread of bagels and breads, fruit and yogurt, cereals and juices and cocktails were served each evening. At check-in and each morning we were greeted by our hosts, who took the time to talk to their guests and get to know them. We enjoyed just sitting around the pool, reading and chatting with some of the other guests. I also took advantage of the spa services and enjoyed a great 90 minute massage and 30 minute reflexology session. It was amazing! I caught myself falling asleep a few times --- just hope I didn't snore! All the personal touches at East Canyon Hotel & Spa really made for an enjoyable stay. We definitely hope to return in the future!
Cons: Everything was absolutely perfect!

Pros: We loved the great music channel that played all the great retro music of the era when Hollywood stayed in Palm Springs "BackintheDay" like Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, etc. Nice and relaxing at the pool.

The hotel is clean, quaint and small (25 rooms) and pretty quiet given its location between two main roads. Very comfortable surroundings in the courtyard/ pool area as well . It is perfectly located if you are visiting Palm Springs for the Street Fair that is held on Thursday evenings. We will definitely stay at the Andreas in the future!
