10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really good location to have access to the commerce by walk, easy to get to the train station and not far for the airport either. Really friendly staff, always with a smile what makes a lot of difference, thank you so much, always also able to help and care about the guests. Clean, comfortable and didn't had a chance to try the breakfast cause i was waking up late but i bet is a good option.

Pros: very close to the main station amd walkable from the historic centre. Room was a little smaller than I hoped but very clean, fashionable and functioning.
Cons: Bath room was a little small and no cupboard (only hangers).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were pleasant, efficient and went out of their way to be helpful. Thank you especially to Michaela for her kindness. I only had one breakfast; it was fresh, nutritious and delicious so wish I'd ordered on previous days. Book with confidence, it's a clean well run hotel with customer service at its heart. Well done all and thank you for a lovely break.

2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2,8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was clean, comfortable and had the most glorious view of the port and surrounding sights. The staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is perfect! Directly across the road from the port and surrounded by very good restaurants.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Beautiful little hotel in picture postcard harbour location.
Cons: Breakfast not included in rate
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location Beautiful view of the bay from my room Very charming and attentive staff The room was perfect
Cons: Nothing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to be helpful from the very moment I arrived. I was given a free upgrade to a lovely room and the views from the room was incredibly stunning. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area is also great with plenty of local restaurants and shops. I wish we would have stayed longer!
Cons: The AC in the room was not working properly despite being on the right setting and the room was just not cool. For the price, I would expect this to be a non-issue. I checked in during the late afternoon and only stayed one night, so perhaps mechanical services could have solved the issue but it was fairly hot and kept me up. Additionally, only worth noting because this is a very expensive hotel, their is only one type of pillow available that is fairly firm and the bathroom does not come with any of the toiletries you would typically expect such as conditioner or body lotion (I had to request these). This may be for conservation which makes sense, but it wasn't clear to me what was available upon request and it would have been nice to have some basics already in the room again for the high price.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Lovely view and a very relaxing town.
Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: Cleanliness comfort good service location .
Cons: There must be an arrangement to hang up the towels . The kettle needs a longer cable so it will be convinient to use it .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are clean and modern with a comfy bed. The kitchenette is handy. The staff are very friendly and offered great local restaurant suggestions. The villa has excellent security and being able to self checkin is very handy.
Cons: Nothing it was a great stay. The only thing I would have liked would have been an additional pillow but I am sure if I had of asked it would have been supplied :)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location, kitchen facilities, washing facilities, reception staff, scenery
Cons: The first room we stayed in had a dump smell, luckily the reception was able to move us to a different room for the rest of the stay. Unfortunately we did have to pay extra for that. Also, parking is a bit pricey given you can park just outside of the gates for free and location is safe. Beds could be bigger. Double is very small for 2 people staying the whole week
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location near to beach
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.. this is exactly how you want a property to be.. it had everything you could need and the place itself is soo classy.. I am definitely coming back again.

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing.
4,6 Okay
Cons: I 100% percent forgot my jacket inside of the room closet and the housekeeping department insist they didn’t even see it, and didn’t even reply my phone call. I mean is a five star hotel, they didn’t prudent enough to take care their valuable client.
6,0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
9,0 Excellent
Pros: staff friendliness in professional way, cleanness, history of the hotel and artistic paintings and sculptures displayed all over the hotel, comport facility, ocean front view, good locations,
Cons: Quality of breakfast buffet menu could be improved (yet have a decent quality compare to other hotels)
6,0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It is really classic and artistic.
Cons: There was daily a long cew for the breakfast, as the breakfast hall is too small. Had to wait 15 mins in line with an infant.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful wonderful staff and location location location. The rooms were well appointed and in a style that suited the hotel. The balcony was a great place to get a lovely view of the sea. The rooms were larger then most European hotel rooms and air conditioned which made it very comfortable in the August heat. The public areas and dining rooms were very comfortable and charming. Good business center with easy access.
Cons: The carpet in the halls made it hard to move luggage around and did not fit the period and style of the hotel. Some of the art didn't suit the hotel ambiance. The carpet in our room was very worn and old. The bathroom had chipped sharp tiles and had not been updated which was a little disappointing for the price point. We were also disappointed that no one informed of the beach facilities available.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: We booked a room with a balcony towards the sea (and Promenade des Anglais and the old town) and this is what we got. Wonderful views, we could enjoy regardless of the weather! This is exactly what we wanted. Also, easy access to Vieux Nice. Friendly service (the staff booked restaurants for us) and luggage stored withoit hassle before check-in and after check-out.
Cons: No gym. Access by public transportation only to about 1 km from the hotel. Cleaning a bit late in the afternoon. Some noise from the road below but not too much.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, lots of choices. The location was terrific close to the Cours Salayah Market which had a great selection of restaurants. We had a room overlooking the beach which was lovely. Kettle for Coffee and Tea and a fridge also was nice.
Cons: The elevator was ridiculously slow. We were ok as we were only on the second floor and used the stairs mostly but if you were on a higher floor it would have been very annoying.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location, close to old town. I’ve and the beach, was perfect. The sea views from the balcony were very nice. The staff were very pleasant.
Cons: My only complaint may be the breakfast. Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t my favorite. We travel quite a bit and this breakfast was average (at best)...

Cons: Liked everthing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It’s a great hotel in probably the best location in nice the staff are fantastic
Cons: The shower in the bath is quite dangerous and would be very unsuitable for some one if limited movement it’s very expensive in high season but hey they sell it out overall I would just justify the cost but only just the €18 each for breakfast is really quite ridiculous but the coffee facilities in the room is a great plus and should be applauded
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Views and location
Cons: Breakfast, no eggs or cappuccino. Elevator tiny.

Cons: The hotel had a Run-down tired feeling
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff, super room, comfy bed, lovely humble but newly redone bathroom -- really good place. Just across the street from the ocean, if we'd stayed longer I would have been swimming, as were many other people. Very convenient to the old part of Nice, but not right in it.
Cons: Breakfast food was terrific but the coffee was weak.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s location was amazing do close to the Old Town in one direction and the harbour in the other.

Cons: Hard to fault although not cheap!

5,8 Okay
Pros: staff
Cons: room design, bath is very small , there is some noice..
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent and the location, within the town walls and close to the chateau square, was exceptional (particularly for any history buff)! The restaurant was very welcoming with a varied menu, tiptop service and an amazing view.
Cons: Lack of outside seating apart from the dining terrace during out of service hours.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old chateau very well converted into this rabbit warren of a hotel.
Cons: I wouldn’t say we disliked anything. Only don’t try to get your car there, it’s down a tiny, tiny road. The hotel have a car that can collect you and your luggage from the nearby security car park. The security car park doesn’t take big or expensive cars by the way.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was incredible! The views and hotel setting was dreamy and so romantic.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The staff had a great sense of service; young, dynamic, enthusiastic and serviceable
6,3 Good
Pros: staff
Cons: Badroom, furniture old and decoration is simple
5,4 Okay
Pros: staff
Cons: Room is small, furniture is old
9,6 Excellent
Pros: All the rooms are named after painters. there is a gallery above the main reception, a bar and some interesting windows out the front of the hotel which we found after breakfast. Our room (Besset) was at the back of the hotel and full of antique furniture up on the third floor/roof of the hotel. The shower room was compact but well designed with a choice of toiletries. There is a lift and excellent air conditioning. The hotel is found in narrow pedestrian streets and the hotel is decorated beautifully- magnificent ambience. The staff are relaxed and come to fetch your cases from the car (which may be parked quite far away.) You can take a relaxed breakfast on the outdoor terrace.
Cons: Be very careful to find the car park instead of trying to drive to the hotel. It is impossible (and may be nerve wracking!) unless your car is tiny! The streets get narrower and narrower. We liked everything but the breakfast was quite expensive at 25 euros. Nice though. Worth it for the terrace experience.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is wonderful. It is full of original art in the public areas - lounge, dining room, bar, corridors, even the lift!! And in all the bedrooms, although we only really saw the full wall mural in our room. The garden and pool are delightful and in summer weather would be a bonus to enjoy during the higher temperatures of Nice. The immediate district is full of little individual restaurants and bars and it is only a short walk to both the central area of town or the old town, which boast an amazing wealth of shops, eateries and interesting attractions. The staff are all lovely and speak a huge range of languages. They can deal with recommendations and enquiries with ease. Great breakfasts and delicious evening menus, if you don't want to venture out. We stayed here for 10 days and the time flew by.
Cons: No complaints at all.

Pros: A very dignified old hotel brought bang up to date with very smart & tasteful refurbishment. The beds were very comfortable & the bathroom spacious. Staff were friendly, helpful & efficient. The location was quiet but very close to the seafront. Altogether a lovely stay - we'd certainly go back.
Cons: The room was slightly less spacious than one would expect, but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good, though coffee from a machine, while still very good, was a bit surprising.

Pros: Wonderful staff, very clean and comfortable, good location and value for money!
5,0 Okay
Cons: If I had known that 4* hotels do not necessary have to serve dinner in their restaurant - I would chosen another hotel. Bacon served for breakfast should be grilled/fried .... not steamed/microwaved or what ever that was ... what a soggy terrible visual mess ......

Pros: Very dirty in back of hotel and also low quality of breakfast

Cons: Nothing.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Ideally placed just off John Medecin, once of Nice's main shopping thoroughfares.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient location - just a couple of minutes walk from Jean Medecin tram stop which comes from the airport. Not too far to walk to the old town and the Promenade des Anglais. Very nice, modern hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. TV with BBC World. We didn't have breakfast included but when we checked in they said if we paid up front for breakfast, it would be half price, ie 6 euros per person. We did that and it was very good value and a lovely breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
9,5 Excellent

4,6 Okay
Pros: Did not eat at hotel
Cons: Very very tired decor and poor finish, mould in bathroom, whole hotel in desperate need of a repaint and some proper care. Not in any way a 4* hotel.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location perfect to see the beautiful ciry of Nice. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good, buffet style with an assortment of hot and cold food.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The hotel had a great location to explore Nice main areas and the hotel itself is charming on the outside and lobby area. We also enjoyed the water machine to avoid using plastic and refill our bottles.
Cons: Sadly this hotel did not meet our expectations from the pictures and other reviews. For a boutique hotel, it is very lacking and while the idea is cute, it falls short in execution. The linens were not super clean and the tub had mold-looking stains all over the border. Lastly, the wifi was by far the worst we had in all of the south of France. For the price paid, we were expecting a lot more.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Personnel was very helpful, location is superb

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Set in a perfect location just a short walk from the promenade and close to the Jean-Medecin tram stop on the T2 Line for easy access from the airport. Room decor is modern and minimalist, excellent cleanliness and upgrading to a room with a terrace is well worth the cost. Staff were always friendly and courteous.

Cons: Some bad smell was coming out of either from bathroom or the carpet. Also breakfast if at least can include cooked eggs. Everything else is perfect.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location to train station.
Cons: Limited breakfast choice
7,9 Good
Pros: Letitia, the front desk greeter was wonderful! So friendly and helpful. The location is great-3 stopes to Monaco, 3 stops to Nice (15 minutes each way.) There is free parking on the street on Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast was varied and filling. Fresh OJ, croissants, bread, meat, cheese, cereal, jams as n DC fruit. Plus fresh made to orde to coffee.
Cons: Our room was showing it's age. Carpet was torn and hadn't been swept well behind the entry door. Bathroom sink leaked. One chair on the balcony had a destroyed seat so not usable.
7,5 Good
Pros: It was a nice little place.
Cons: Nothing.
4,2 Okay
Cons: The room had NO lights working other than two small spot reading lights. Other lights were out of order. Being a weekend, we were told it would be difficult to get an electrician. So our first night in the room was almost dark. No English language TV channels, I was first told to try channels 36 37 38. When this didnt work, I was told nothing can be done. Water bottles were promised in facilities list, but not provided. Coffee machine at breakfast was only giving hot water, most of the time. Air conditioning was listed among the facilities, but not working. We were told no hotel in Nice had air conditioning The attitude was "couldn't care less"

Pros: Nice building in a nice location on a market square next to a beautiful tree. Clean and spacious room. Nice shower. Good access to train station but no noise from trains.
Cons: The double bed was actually a twin with two mattresses. A bit noisy from the corridor.

Pros: Right in the middle of the town on a very quiet square with good views. Station is four minutes walk. Several restaurants within six or seven minutes walk. Good-sized room with comfortable bed. The two belle epoch villas to view (Rothschild and Kerylos) are 10 and 30 minutes walk away and town itself is very attractive and without too many tourists.
