10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent, the small touches to the functionally minimalist and very clean room made it even more inviting than it already is, the self-service coffee and tea in the breakfast area, etc. - these were all small extras that make one feel cozy and comfortable. What I do want to emphasize is what I appreciated the most, and that was the relaxed and friendly, yet very professional attention of the front desk/reception staff and the genuine, informative and warm welcome that made me feel like I was coming to a place where I had been before and knew everyone. In reality it was my first stay, I enjoyed it very much and would gladly come back and recommend the hotel to others.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing.Very helpfull staff from reception to the kitchen.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location. For those who doesn’t want to sit in place this hotel is just perfect. 200-250 meters from train station and you’re on your way to Monaco (4.7 € for one adult and one child, ~10€ with the return), Cannes or even Sanremo (Italy). Be aware, the stops aren’t called in the train, so you have to read them when the train actually stops. :) 800 meters from Massena Place, but if you don’t want to take your time for a walk, then you may take a tram (nr. 1) and go for to stops. The tram stop is on the opposite side of the hotel street. Single ticket - 1.5€ Btw, travelling from airport don’t take taxi, it will cost you 40€. It’s better to take tram and go to Jean Medecin stop. Then walk towards the hotel (500 m) The staff is really friendly and very helpful. The room was cleaned everyday.
Cons: The breakfast. It’s really ok, but pretty all the same everyday. If you’re planing to stay for 2-3 days that’s ok, but if you are fot the week and more, then I don’t know. The Jean Medecin street is the main one and it’s a little more noisy than regular one. I don’t know if the have windows to the other side, but if yes- then ask for the room there.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location (you’re in the middle of town centre street, and the station Nice Ville is 5mins walk away). The staff’s hospitality & he was very helpful when I have to ask for directions as well! The room was a very good size considering the price point. The facilities were amazing.
Cons: Only drawback that I could think of is the walls are a bit thin. Not that it got too bad that I can’t sleep, but I can definitely hear the noise outside in the hallway and from the room next to me. But overall, still such a good place to stay at!!
7,9 Good
Pros: Great location
Cons: No electic kettle in the room. Instead it is located in the general area on the first floor.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Free drinks like coffee and bottles of mineral water, professional and helpful staffs and good location. Quiet decent breakfast is only 10 euro.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The Room, the location, the breakfast and the staff.
Cons: The toilet seat is a little too small, maybe my butt is a little too big 8-)
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons:
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2,8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

Pros: Such a quaint, classic boutique hotel, nestled right along the shoreline. Great staff, amazing views, and comfortable accommodations.
Cons: ... that I didn’t book more than one night!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb and the bar/café was lovely. The waiters were very attentive and friendly.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful little hotel in picture postcard harbour location.
Cons: Breakfast not included in rate
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location Beautiful view of the bay from my room Very charming and attentive staff The room was perfect
Cons: Nothing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to be helpful from the very moment I arrived. I was given a free upgrade to a lovely room and the views from the room was incredibly stunning. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area is also great with plenty of local restaurants and shops. I wish we would have stayed longer!
Cons: The AC in the room was not working properly despite being on the right setting and the room was just not cool. For the price, I would expect this to be a non-issue. I checked in during the late afternoon and only stayed one night, so perhaps mechanical services could have solved the issue but it was fairly hot and kept me up. Additionally, only worth noting because this is a very expensive hotel, their is only one type of pillow available that is fairly firm and the bathroom does not come with any of the toiletries you would typically expect such as conditioner or body lotion (I had to request these). This may be for conservation which makes sense, but it wasn't clear to me what was available upon request and it would have been nice to have some basics already in the room again for the high price.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing. Treated us like family. The reception, the bar staff, every one. Thanks to Valentin and Julian and everyone. The room service food was great. The view is outstanding and room is super comfortable.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved it all have a house in cap ferrat and thought so much easier to come to your hotel rather than opening up the house

6,0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The bar is divine and live music great. The Rotonde restaurant was lovely: food excellent, service attentive and friendly.
Cons: Our original room, upon our return to it after dinner, was reeking with smoke from unfiltered cigarettes. Unbearable. The hotel is allegedly 100% non smoking even on balconies. Clearly this is not adequately policed as occupants of an adjacent room to ours had clearly lit and smoked many during the evening. Smoke detectors would be a good idea?!? We were moved / upgraded to a different room, but it was a hassle late at night to have to pack and move and should not have occurred in the first place.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel offering a unique experience in a themed room with stunning views.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing decor amazing place excellent staff and great food
Cons: Nothing
7,9 Good
Cons: There was construction right next to the room they allocated us
6,0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: High quality products, not just 5 star room but 5 star food also.
Cons: Having to leave
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Almost all was perfect
Cons: Bar closing ...at 12 night and in top hotel should be open 24h
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and history of hotel.
Cons: Room in need of a makeover
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful wonderful staff and location location location. The rooms were well appointed and in a style that suited the hotel. The balcony was a great place to get a lovely view of the sea. The rooms were larger then most European hotel rooms and air conditioned which made it very comfortable in the August heat. The public areas and dining rooms were very comfortable and charming. Good business center with easy access.
Cons: The carpet in the halls made it hard to move luggage around and did not fit the period and style of the hotel. Some of the art didn't suit the hotel ambiance. The carpet in our room was very worn and old. The bathroom had chipped sharp tiles and had not been updated which was a little disappointing for the price point. We were also disappointed that no one informed of the beach facilities available.

Cons: Breakfast must be booked in advance so you can’t decide just to go to breakfast if you feel like.

Pros: Very good services I will recommended to any one Guy
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very nice, well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, looked like a spa. Staff were very helpful and the hotel room was very quiet.
Cons: Would have liked a microwave in the room but understand it's not really something hotel rooms have.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: A very dignified old hotel brought bang up to date with very smart & tasteful refurbishment. The beds were very comfortable & the bathroom spacious. Staff were friendly, helpful & efficient. The location was quiet but very close to the seafront. Altogether a lovely stay - we'd certainly go back.
Cons: The room was slightly less spacious than one would expect, but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good, though coffee from a machine, while still very good, was a bit surprising.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is close to the centre of Beaulieu and very good. The room was comfortable and the staff were all very helpful and pleasant. There was a wide choice at breakfast. I would recommend the hotel.
Cons: The bedroom door was unusually heavy to open because of the brake installed to prevent slamming. The door was opened using conventional keys which are also heavy and awkward to insert.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Manager was very rude. Aggressive. Asked why we were charged for the parking she said you had to pay. Very rude tone with us I said I will write to the manager she said I am the manager as if to dismiss my issue.
Cons: Lack of facilities. No place to have dinner. Weird parking situation and rude staff

Pros: The location is excellent and overlooks the nearby harbour. We did book rooms with sea views but we had rooms on the side of the building so the sea views were minimal. Rooms and very good and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Only a 5 minute walk from the railway station which has regular connections to Monaco and Nice and the airport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Pros: All people on the reception were very friendly and helpful. We rented an apartment. It has a kitchen good enough for the preparation of breakfast and dinner. The supermarket is only 2 blocks away. So we didn't take breakfast in the hotel, but we regularly ordered coffee there. Coffee was tasty. Nearby, except of various well-known sightseeings (like Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild and Èze-Village), there are a lot of different hiking trails.

Cons: Traffic noise

Pros: The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Beaulieu itself is an interesting small town to walk around, quieter than Nice though not far away. We found the hotel staff very friendly, and accommodating when we had a special need.

Pros: Comfortable beds, location great - near train station and bus stop, restaurants, shops, casino, the port, parking - croissants available most of the day, staff was friendly and helpful, especially Aida.
Cons: Hair dryer in bathroom and no outlet in bathroom. Internet worked good some days and not some days.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location is perfect
Cons: Two days out of three there were no heating. One day out of three there were no hot water. We asked two single beds, but got one big instead. The breakfast was extremly poor, even no eggs and coffe was terrible.
7,9 Good
Pros: Letitia, the front desk greeter was wonderful! So friendly and helpful. The location is great-3 stopes to Monaco, 3 stops to Nice (15 minutes each way.) There is free parking on the street on Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast was varied and filling. Fresh OJ, croissants, bread, meat, cheese, cereal, jams as n DC fruit. Plus fresh made to orde to coffee.
Cons: Our room was showing it's age. Carpet was torn and hadn't been swept well behind the entry door. Bathroom sink leaked. One chair on the balcony had a destroyed seat so not usable.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good room
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice location, view over the Meditarranean Sea. Good breakfast, next to the railway station.
Cons: Room was a bit small
4,2 Okay
Cons: The room had NO lights working other than two small spot reading lights. Other lights were out of order. Being a weekend, we were told it would be difficult to get an electrician. So our first night in the room was almost dark. No English language TV channels, I was first told to try channels 36 37 38. When this didnt work, I was told nothing can be done. Water bottles were promised in facilities list, but not provided. Coffee machine at breakfast was only giving hot water, most of the time. Air conditioning was listed among the facilities, but not working. We were told no hotel in Nice had air conditioning The attitude was "couldn't care less"
