This is the third Budget vehicle I've rented that is dirty. It's getting ridiculous. Every surface is dirty. Food, crumbs, spills, a messy windshield. One or two cars before this there was still auction paint on the window.Reviewed Sept 29 2026

They demanded a credit card despite full payment on your partner site. I felt so baited and switched. It was such an awful experience I won’t trust kayak or its partners ever again to book travelReviewed May 19 2026

They had trouble finding the right car for me. At first they gave me a very large SUV that I didn't want. I was going to take it anyway, but the paperwork was wrong, so the final gate guard would not let me drive away. Then a man from Avis fixed the rental and gave me a good intermediate SUV (Mazda CX-5) that worked out great.Reviewed Apr 22 2026
