We somehow managed to get a FREE park on the road, right out the front (on a sat afternoon-sunday morning). We recieved a free room upgrade too which was nice.
Cons: We were very annoyed when we were checking in when a staff member said "oh you paid through bookings.com, you paid ALOT for the room... ill give you a free room upgrade". nice we got a free upgrade although we would have been happier with the original room at a cheaper price... very dissapointed that bookings.com was apparently more expensive, even with the 15% off. Will try booking hotel directly next time if need be. Bathroom doors, no privacy! weird!!!

6,0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, pleasant staff, convenient to meeting spot in the CBD so easy to access. Restaurant with a lovely atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating making the most of the balmy evening weather.
Cons: The downer was no hot water for a shower in the morning but having said that as soon as I turned the TV on the management had a banner on saying they were experiencing difficulties with it and were working on it so a proactive response rather than ignoring it. I'd go back again because of that response.

Pros:
Cons: Cold water on the shower in 2 days is not acceptable.
6,0 Good
Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Cons: We had issues with our power points in kitchen, staff sorted it but was a hussle to have our stay interrupted by this! Also the breakfast was not good! There were no large plates available for a cooked breakfast, so had to wait for some to be washed! Some staff did not look happy in there job! The Breakfast food was Not great! This experience has made us think we will try other accommodation for our next visit to Brisbane!

Cons: Not much space to store the clothing.

Pros:
Cons: I asked to keep the towels and linen in my room instead of washing them however the cleaning staff gave me fresh towels everyday. I am also sure there was someone who shouldn't have been on my floor (a lady of the night) as they knocked on my door 3 times on Saturday night.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenience in the city. Recommended by friends. A touch of the boutique hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff, especially the concierge team.
Cons: Buffet dinner was disappointingly poor. Purported to be a Christmas Celebration but was just very over cooked and very dry turkey, chicken and gammon/ ham. Mostly the food was just warm, ice cream melting. Seafood was ok. The cost of the meal was very high considering what was on offer. Breakfast Buffet on the other hand was much better.

Pros: The view was beautiful. Bed comfortable and bathroom was nice. The buffet breakfast and the seating area was wonderful.
Cons: The range of tv channels and pay per view movies was limited. Room serivce food could be improved.

Pros: There bed! Heaven. Oh and the view. The concierge was old style excellent, as we're the staff. Really luxurious feel to the seven service, and vintage comfort.

Cons: Aircon didn't work properly, was promised a city view, got a good view of the block wall that seperated the buildings. Smell of cigarettes all night whilst trying to sleep even though room was sealed off. Parking arrangement caused lots of issues, staff promised that they would sort it. I ended up having to ring parking provider directly and still took ages to sort out.
