This was an old van that had 62k miles on it and was in need of maintenance. It shimmed and was noise. Not the comfort level I expected from a rental. Also, the service staff was good but under manned. Nobody present when I returned my vehicle.Reviewed Feb 21 2023

Our flight into Omaha was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after the Alamo rental counter closed at 1:00 AM but the rental agent that helped us in the garage with pickup and checkout was absolutely FANTASTIC! He couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.Reviewed Apr 24 2022

Cons:The rental office closed at 1 am, and our flight was delayed from an original arrival time of 12:30. I had called them ahead to explain that my initial arrival was changed to 12:30 AM, and they didn't tell me that the rental counter closed at 1 am. This left not only me but other stranded at the airport, and I had to take a Lyft into town an hour away.Reviewed Jun 29 2021

Pros:Staff was great on pickup. I picked it up at night and walked around the car to inspect for dings. I did not notice a small ripple in the front panel due to the darkness. When I returned the car they accused me of producing the damage. I wish there was a camera system or something that could end this subjective inspection process with rentals. It’s too difficult on business travel to manage a faulty inspection process. What’s to stop rental companies from sneaking in these minor ripples that will go unnoticed for night pickups and stick consumers with faulty claims?Reviewed Dec 17 2020

Pros:Staff were great and super helpful. Rental counter was quick and courteous. Return process was super fast and easy. The car functioned great, was upgraded with all the newest features and was great on gas.Cons:The inside of the car was super clean, but there were some weird marks on the driver's side window that interfered with visibility a bit. Ultimately wasn’t a huge issue but maybe would have taken the time to remove that before renting it.Reviewed Oct 12 2020
