Cons: "The male flight attendant was trying to force luggage in the overhead. I heard a crack and so did the lady standing behind him and the ones sitting next to me. I asked him what that crack noise was and he said nothing. That I was imagining it or something. He then said he did not touch my bag when I watched him push it back and over and shove another object in front of it. He broke my carry on bag the crack was the pull grip piece that attached for the bag to lean when pulling broke in half. I have not even had the bag for 6 months and he broke it and took no accountability for it. No one cared or showed any attempt to apologize."

Cons: "1) The reading lights for my seat didn't turn on despite repeated reset by airline crew. Ditto for all passengers in Row 31 D-F. 2)Antiquated personalized screen for entertainment.When compared to Etihad and Emirates, this is way below par. 3)I was told mango juice was not available only for them to serve it later with regular meals. 4) I had left my coat with staff at the front to be picked up on my way out. While other airlines wait with the coat on your way out, Qatar made me wait to hand over my coat. I was one of the last passengers to deplane."

Cons: "I was travelling with two kids, one of them an infant, in a more than 16hr long flight and I was not given a seat with basinet. Not only did I not get a basinet (which I had requested at the time of booking my flight and did get in the shorter leg of the flight) I was given seating in the very last row. The set assigned to my child had its base loose and the crew requested me to seat him at some other place temporarily because if he is not seated they will not be able to take off. The lavatory in the other section of the plane was broken and all the passengers were crowding at the one near our seats."

Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."

Pros: "I liked that the flight was not full and I was able to use the entire row of seats and lie down as straight as possible to get some sleep. The crew was very friendly and allowed us to sleep most of the flight --- I guess they figured that most of the travelers prefer to just sleep and not be disturbed during a 15-hour flight. There was a good selection of movies and shows to watch to pass the time. I liked that there was time to go on the city tour of Doha and that there is a counter at the airport for the city tour."
Cons: "My flight started in Kathmandu and the layover for the connecting flight from Doha to LAX was 12 hours. I hope Qatar can come up with a schedule that will reduce the layover down to less hours while still giving passengers time to go on the city tour, if they want to."

But still the leg room would have been ok but the middle seat (second row behind the bilkhead row) had the front passenger's entertainment system arranged across the footwell, not sideways, so it completely blocked the footwell and prevented any stretching of the legs. I am a tall passenger and this caused much discomfort on the flight, I had to keep getting up to walk around. I also found the seat bottom quite uncomfortable (not enough padding I think), butnghis could have been made worse by the footwell issue. Regards Neil"

And snack offerings were ice cream, potato chips, candy bars and a few apples (ran out of apples). Need more healthy options. There needs to be a more full meal/snack offering around the half way mark if you are going to keep people from grumbling."

Cons: "Kayak/priceline re-booked my flight for my sister and I from SAA to BA, but failed to completely reissue us tickets. When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."

Cons: "The boarding process in ORT was a horrible fail. they didn't announce the boarding of first/business and by the time I arrived at my seat there was almost no overhead room left because people from economy put there bags in the business area. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned enough, I went twice where the floor was soaked, the seat was wet and the sink full of toothpaste. I understand that every passenger should be responsible enough to clean up after themselves, but it was not an enjoyable experience. The crew was friendly enough, but it didnt feel like the personalized service experience that is usually the case (where they introduce themselves, explain the do not disturb sticker etc). Also I think there was something wrong with my seat because it didnt "lay flat" all the way."

For the people reading this review who might think my kid would have been messy or cranky on the flight so we were treated this way, that was not the case, she not even cried once or made a mess. Same as my previous flight with crew, Crew were so late in responses, my wife actually walked to their place 2 times to get milk for the baby. Also she was not served food at all when they served breakfast. We requested Hindu meal and I was served hindu meal and she was missed and when they served lunch she was told she has not requested prior to the flight and can only be served a regular meal, which she gladly accepted. Kid was not served any food again, so we gave her solid from our meal. When we requested some food for the baby she was given a banana baby food(Kid did not even eat it). Taste of the food was edible(Not great). Overall do not fly emirates with a kid"

Complained and asked how A380 seat with 16+ hour flight wasn't reported earlier. Crew admitted there's a log about seat 63C (EK215 DXB-LAX Jan 7) but Airline chose to ignore it! Crew was apologetic but was offering me free drink (almost seemed like bribe). One of the checked bags torn when we collected it at LAX; Overall, pretty bad but most annoying is the fact that they nickel & dime for seat position and lot of families were spread all over (not just mine)."

As the crew members went around aking if you want Tea or Coffee, I said I wanted coffee. The coffee was cold so I couldn't even drink it, i know I can ask for another one but I felt so disappointed that I'd rather have nothing. My monitor had lots of weird lines on them as the colors were so off on some areas and good on other areas."

Cons: "They did not have special meals that I ordered but the crew tried their best to make it up. But they had the same collection of movies both ways. My return flight was a month later. Entertainment set of was pretty good on their Boeing 777-300Er flight, but average on the A380-800. The 16 hour flight will not be pleasant for most. Why the toilets are so compact? I would pay extra for bit more room. This is a problem with all airlines. They allowed me to take a laptop and a hand baggage in LAX but forced me to check in the hand bag in Dubai. They pick random passengers for this. Irritating."

Cons: "1. I had put in a request for vegetarian meals, but my request was ignored. At meal time, I was given a choice between chicken and lamb. I again asked for vegetarian, and was told they didn't have any. The white guy in the next row asked for the same, and it magically appeared. The attendant noticed my shocked stare and then gave me a veggie meal too. 2. On a 16 hour flight, our tv screens didn't work. None of the attendants even came by to check, even after repeatedl requests. 3. My 6 and 9 year old kids would like to know why they didn't get any of the courtesy toys/coloring books that were given to other similar age kids. I don't want to tell them it was due to their skin color. 4. Even a request for water turned into a tug of war after we had waited for almost 20 minutes. I finally poured it out myself."

Cons: "The screen blacked out mid flight (on a 16 hr long flight!) and there was nothing anyone really tried to do to fix it except 'reset' which did nothing. Unfortunate this happened when the flight was so long."

Pros: "The best economy seating out there. Emirates still makes you feel like a person even though you are in economy. Unlike other airlines Emirates flight crew treats you very well, they are polite, the food is good and the seating is very comfortable. It makes a 16 hour flight pleasureable. Thank you Emirates!!!"

After a couple of hours is when the pain starts. If the seat back was moved forward, you would not sit on this edge. Please fix. Not sure I could fly on a 380 again for this duration."

Pros: "Every opportunity I get when traveling will fly with Emirates. The flight staff have always provided excellent service regardless of of being in economy class. The restrooms are always clean. I also enjoy being advised by the flight crew of any impending turbulence before we encounter. Emirates has always provided me an excellent flying experience despite my fears of long distance traveling."

Cons: "The first flight was late by over an hour and nobody could tell us why. They also serve food once and you don't get a snack or anything--you don't even see the attendants--for another 10 hours. Then they serve breakfast close to an hour before landing. The crew is constantly telling you to sit as if you weren't allowed to use the toilet at all when the seatbelt sign is on--and it's on the whole time. So you have to be asking permission to use the toilet when you are right next to the toilet door and about to go in because they don't allow you to use it. That's not healthy for someone to hold it."

I dont see myself ever flighting back with Emirates jus for because of the seat discomfort and lack of leg space"

Cons: "I specified ovo Lacto vegetarian because I eat cheese and diary. I got a stale and very small bread role with strawberry jam, wilted fruit and margarine for the breakfast meal. The non vegetarians got a full plate of croissant, cheese, fruit and jams. When I asked for butter I got no response. I asked three times before I could get some butter as I do not eat margarine. Lunch was wilted and slimy lettuce and tired fruit for dessert. The main meal itself was delicious but I was hungry the whole flight due to the small helping.. Another small but slightly fresher role and margarine again. Next to the non vegetarian meal there was less than half the food. It was very disappointing."

Cons: "The emergency exit seat was near the galley so they made a huge racket all night and I couldn't get any rest. Additionally, the service in our section of the plane was truly inferior. Another told me my husband couldn’t receive his meal because he was napping and then he quickly walked away— Yet i received mine on the flight coming to Australia when my husband asked for me? Sanitation between flights should be more strict-my headphones were opened which lead me to believe my pillow wasn’t changed either, since one had a case and one didn’t."

Cons: "The following experience goes down in history as the worst ever because: we had a 3.5 year old child, and mom and dad seated directly in front of our row. The couple ignored the instructions to move seats forward during meals making it impossible to eat. They placed their luggage in the overhead compartment belonging to both rows, which wasn't a problem if they hadn't proceeded to open and close the compartment every 20 minutes. The 300 pd dad repeatedly stepped on my broken toe while reaching for his luggage, while rattling around and disturbing sleeping passengers. And, sadly the child repeatedly threw temper tantrums without any care or effort of intervention from the parents. In short, they terrorized the surrounding travellers. In contrast, my outbound flight, also had a family seated in the row directly in front. This family was the antithesis, considerate and respectful of their fellow passengers. Susan Laws"

Pros: "Everything about my flights on Virgin Atlantic was amazing. The plane was new and comfortable, the seats seemed to recline more than in other airplane I have been. The entertainment was good with a wide selection of movies and TV shows. The crew was incredibly nice and helpful and I had a really pleasant time talking with them. On the airport team side I can also say they were extremely helpful as I missed my flight and they promptly rebooked me on the next one 3h later, free of charge. I think the stress of missing a flight was completely deflected by the help of the Virgin Atlantic crew at the desk so thank you for that!"

Also, when we were getting our boarding pass in LAX it was so confusing when it asked for checked bags. Our bags were already on a belt going to who knows where - were we supposed to check "yes"? If we had a boarding pass this would not have been an issue."

The crew was friendly and accommodating, the pilots kept you up to date with flight info and departure/arrival time (and kept the seat belt light off almost the entire trip), the food was delicious and offered throughout, and the entertainment was top notch. Seats were comfortable (we had bulkhead row Space+ and they were worth every cent for the international long haul from LAX-BNE and SYD-LAX) and everyone got a pillow/blanket. We got premium noise-canceling headsets, water, and a little care kit including an eye mask and earplugs and a pen to fill out your travel documents. The overhead bin space was huge and we got two free checked bags of luggage up to 50lbs each (I don't know of that's standard or not, or if it came with Space+ seats). SERIOUSLY the best airline."

I am six feet tall, and was very uncomfortable all during the flight. I could not sit with my knees together. I had to spread my knees to sit comfortably. Holding that position for eleven hours was very uncomfortable. Anyone taller than me would have even more trouble. Also, every seat has a very large box underneath, I presume for the audio/video system. This is a terrible location. There is very little room to stow anything. But much worse, I couldn't straighten my right leg. All-in-all, I found the seat situation totally unacceptable. I will likely never fly Virgin Atlantic again because of this."

I saw flight attendants kicking, punching, and body slamming carts and other items to get them to fit in their racks in the kitchen areas, I hate to think what that means for safety of critical items. "Boarding was straightforward in IST, but security was strict (everyone's passport, boarding pass, and Covid tests were checked and re-checked 3 times within about 40 ft by 3 different sets of TK employees), with a final carry-on bag check with bomb nitrates swab for every passenger. And that was before boarding passes were scanned to step onto the plane. I first flew Turkish Airlines in 2005 and was extremely impressed. (The strict security process for flying to the US was much the same then as now, when they flew from the old Istanbul airport.) I have flown TK several times since and seen improvement, but not at the rate of its competitors, especially in the region. However, for my last trip (with a long leg between IST and LAX) they were half the price of other flagship carriers. Food quality, quantity and variety have declined, although that may be due to Covid restrictions. The lavatories remained clean but at least one ran out of TP & all other paper supplies half way to LAX. A couple of passengers (in economy, with me) took to using the business class lavatories and got into a dispute (real shouting match) with the flight attendants about it. (The passengers were in the wrong and escalating with unreasonable demands, but one flight attendant let his temper get the better of him. I didn't count but it seemed that there were fewer flight attendants on duty, with one being a fully robed "hygiene officer".) They did take Covid seriously, and distributed hygiene kits with masks, wipes, etc. to every passenger. If transiting through Istanbul before a long flight leg, consider using the airport hotel (YotelAir) within the terminal for international transfers (behind security). Reserve a room, as it was booked out when I last flew through. Otherwise, there are few places to sit down or rest once through to the International Transfers area."

Cons: "After missing our connecting flight in Istanbul on our Turkish Airlines flight on January 9th from LAX-Addis Ababa (due to a nearly 45 minute delayed flight), my sister and I had to spend 24 hours in Istanbul and still pay for a night in our 4 star hotel in Addis, despite the fact that we weren't there. So, in preparation for our flight back to LAX, I spent hours on the phone with a Turkish Airlines representative to ensure that we would not miss our connecting flight on the way back to LAX on January 29 (Jomo Kenyatta-IST-LAX). The TA representative spoke very little English and became incredibly frustrated with me when I expressed my concern about how closely scheduled our connecting flights in Istanbul were. The representative said she could "help us" by seating us at the back of the plane from Jomo Kenyatta-IST, as she was "mostly sure" that our plane would deboard from the back of the plane once we arrived in Istanbul and, in theory, we wouldn't have to wait behind all the other customers to exit. This was totally incorrect: our plane only deboarded from the front exit door and the seats she selected at the back would surely have caused us to miss our next flight were it not for the fact that the plane wasn't full and we arrived only a few minutes late. Still, by the time we got off the plane in IST, our connecting flight was already 15 minutes into boarding. We showed the TA attendants our boarding passes at the long security line, and at first they both said, "don't worry, it will be fine". I had to convince them to let us skip the line as we would clearly have missed our flight. Once we finally made it through security we ran through the ENTIRE Istanbul airport to get to our gate, as we could hear them calling the final boarding call for our flight to LAX. We literally ran as fast as we could for almost 20 minutes straight, with all of our bags, which ended up being over a mile, I would guess. When we got to our gate, we had to go through yet another security line - WHY??? Apparently there was a celebrity in front of us, and while we were sweating and nervous about missing our flight, the security agents were taking selfies with the celebrity. It was insulting and rude and totally unprofessional. The take away for me is that Turkish Airlines should NOT be allowed to sell flights to people that give them less than an hour to make international connecting, especially in an airport as large and disorganized as Istanbul, and especially when Turkish Airlines flights are often late or delayed. This was one of the most stressful flying experiences of my life."

I was flying to the funeral and this was not working for me (especially this was their second flight to Lviv cancelled - 2 in a row). The transfer desk didn't inform that there were two other flights going the same day of other airlines. When i approached to help me to go with a different airline the personal was very rude saying they will not help transferring the luggage and that they can't unload the luggage sooner than 3 hours after you go out of the security and passport control. When i asked to book to a different destination in Ukraine. It took 50 min at the desk to do it. Simply because 4 people at the desk were laughing and joking and nobody was concerned about the queue of over 40 people staying. After 30 min it turned out they've lost my boarding pass and it took 15 min to find it as one of the transfer guys managers simply took it to a different room... At the end when they found it it took only 5 min to do the work. I would appreciate more information from the desk about available flights and more support to manage the situation. I'm happy that people at the transfer desk are so joyful and happy it obviously helps to deal with the stressed passengers whose flight was cancel."

I was instructed to do multiple errands, to get Turkish visa, etc all on my expense to be able to exit the transit as an American citizen and be able to take Turkish airlines bus to the hotel.The hotel was fine and the meals. The problem was that they calculate bus traveling time wrong in the hotel and put people on the bus next day too late, so due to the traffic jam, we barely made it to the airport, and then we had to stress the officials to put us on the fast passport control lane due to boarding time."

However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."

She would not allow us to wait for the rest of our party of 2 to go on the shuttle to the plane together. They were delayed because of your personal continually bringing other people to cut in line in front of them. There was plenty of time and the shuttle was already full, and we wanted to wait for the next shuttle to board the airplane together. She came out several times from inside of the building shouting at the three of us to get on the shuttle even when the person managing the shuttle flow at the bottom of the stairs was about to let us wait for the next shuttle. What was her problem(?) - she could use a lot more people skills and realize who pays her salary - the customers. She really tarnished the whole image and impression I originally had of TA. Also, there was no way to go to the bathroom without going through a long line of security again at the last gate before the shuttle which did not make sense."

Cons: "I booked three round-trip tickets from LAX to Athens. Our daughter did not fly with us there but we checked with ticketing in LAX and they booked her seat anyway. The issue came when we tried to leave Athens the airlines then said that I had to purchase a one-way ticket! They informed me that the flight was cancelled for my daughter because she didn't fly to Athens. The ticket was almost $1,500.00 and I intend to get my money back but it was unfortunate that they had to charge me for it in the first place."

When Delta was able to fix the changes in Sydney Australia they put my husbands ticket as a standby instead of putting him in an assigned seat and reported that they couldn't fix it that we would have to wait and get to LAX before the changes could be made again. There was a one and a half hour flight delay from LAX to Seattle. From Sydney Australia to LAX entertainment system didn't work the whole entire flight, they were screaming children the entire flight, and Delta had double booked seats on several different people. There were no apologies and no compensation for any of the incidences."

Pros: "I loved the service provided by the flight attendants as as well as the gate attendant who poked, prodded and did what he could to ensure our already late flight took off before it got stuck waiting for a gate at LAX. Thanks to him and the work of the crew, not only did the flight leave ASAP, our flight arrived early."
Cons: "I didn't like that the monitor for my seat was on the fritz and inoperable, which became a huge issue because of what follows. Making matters exponentially worse was the roughly 30-minute delay we experienced when we landed. Although our flight arrived at LAX early - in spite of the late departure from SLC - we were left waiting for a gate and were forced to wait for a gate. Inexplicably, the AC was turned off and the passengers all began to virtually cook while stuck in our seats. Also, due to another asinine snafu (the grounds crew didn't push a flight far out enough and blocked our plane along with eight others, which delayed our flight further. Adding insult to injury, my baggage was over 30 minutes late, too."

Cons: "No meal served on a 5 hours flight!"

Pros: "The crew was professional and efficient. This includes the ground personnel that had to cope with a grossly overbooked flight. I was upgraded to comfort+ at the gate."
Cons: "Fed up with the .4 oz pretzels. The arrival in LAX was chaotic. We had left on-time and were told that we would arrive approx. 20 minutes early. Ha! First landing attempt had to be aborted, the landing not being cleared by the control tower. Then we cruised, circling over the Ocean, and the lights of the city again. Finally we landed. Taxiing on the tarmac was interrupted many times, and took overall 30 minutes. The pilot kept informing us. I was probably not the only passenger that had and urgent need to reach a bathroom... Of course, Delta should not be blamed"

Cons: "I had a reserved Comfort Class Aisle seat, purchased at time of reservation and showing as my assigned seat through printing of boarding pass. At the gate, my seat was reassigned to a middle seat. This is a huge problem for me, as my back and leg injuries require the ability to stretch and move frequently. When complaining on Delta phone lines, I was told that the seat was needed for a Diamond member and therefore was "policy" to bump. Although I eventually received some compensation for the fact I paid more for the original seat, I remain very disappointed in Delta, if this is indeed the policy."

Pros: "The following day had different employees working so they weren't as rude as they were on my original day of travel."
Cons: "Having a domestic leg of travel that includes ATL to LAX as part of your international travel plans is horrible with Delta Airlines. The rude gate employee decides to check my carry on piece to my destination. I explain that I have a14 hour connection and I need the small arty on piece for that flight. I was asked to talk to the other gate employee while they gave my seat away. It's horrible how rude and dismissive they were. I asked for compensation but they started to lie. Apparently I 'gave' up my seat. Once the shift manager started to help me, I thought things would've ok. It got worse. The Delta training took over. Both employees repeated the exact same words about me volunteering my seat so there's no compensation. It cost me a hotel night and 24 hours. I will avoid Delta at all costs... and I know it will be difficult since flying through ATL is pretty much alway Delta. But, it's too much. Lying, rude and dismissive employees at various levels of management. Horrible"

Pros: "I fly frequently and overall the flight was great. My biggest complaint is that as a paying customer (vs non rev) I think it is kind of crazy that I did not have an assigned seat until I walked onto the plane. I really disliked tjis process. I found it to be an unnecessary stress. When I asked the gate agent about it I didn't get a clear answer as to where I will be sitting. I'd much rather know what my seat number is before I board the plane. Other then this bizarre process. Everything was great."

Pros: "We were given snacks and sandwiches for the delay."
Cons: "Paid for an upgrade but the seat was not what I had asked for. The agent said I would get a refund but I was not clear on how that works. Our plane experienced a mechanical issue. We were told after we boarded. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours in a stuffy hot plane. The bathrooms were very dirty and stinky. The bathroom door did not close properly. We finally deplaned and waited for a new plane. Got to Kona at 2:00am. The air temp was warm the entire flight. Had to endure a grumpy crew. Not the best flying experience. I know you can do better. Maybe look at how Hawaiian airlines does it and you might get some inspiration on how to improve."

Cons: "The person taking tickets asked me to check my bag. I said ok and he instructed me to step aside and taking anything out of it that I might need. I did this and when I came back they had locked the doors."

Pros: "Nice staff. Leg space. Availability of movies."
Cons: "There were a lot of ways it was obvious that the passenger is being tempted in to paying an outrageous rate to be entertained or have a snack."

"I liked that once up, things ran more smoothly and we still landed on time despite a 45+ minute delay leaving the gate. The boarding process was another story. With the demand for proof of a negative COVID test prior to boarding by the US, Air France had just 2 staff members checking these tests results, collecting a paper affidavit of sorts also required by the US, and checking boarding passes and passports for an entire Boeing 777 full of passengers. There were other staff around This seemed preposterous. Then, when I finally boarded, the luggage was still be loaded onto the plane at 1:50pm for a flight schedule to leave at 1:15pm."

"I wrote a review to Delta already expressing my dislike of the fact that I could not get a seat assigned upon checkin or even at the airport until maybe 1 hr before my flight. The cabo representative (not part of the flight crew based from Los Angeles) was rude and not accommodating, so my wife and I had to sit separately, which was frustrating to say the least, given I had followed the entire online check in protocol, including uploading digital copies of my negative COVID-19 test."

I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."

Cons: "I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"

Pros: "The gluten-free dinner was amazing. There was even gluten-free bread! Also, I always appreciate the free Wifi for messaging!! Also, despite there being a lot of turbulence, everyone did well. I prayed for safety and for the pilots and crew; the turbulence stopped after that and our arrival wasn't all that delayed."
Cons: "The gluten-free breakfast was extremely disappointing. Yogurt, a tiny cup of fruit, and veggie sticks??? What about a gluten-free English muffin with egg instead? The boarding was a little confusing. I was one of the last to board in my group because I couldn't see from where I was sitting - I thought priority was still boarding, but group 2 was already up. Also, please be more kind to baggage."

Cons: "Tray table was broken, I was downgraded from Comfort plus to main cabin after a plane swap with no mention by anyone and no compensation. Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"

Cons: "When I bought my ticket last Nov , I paid extra to select seats, only to discover no aisle seats available for the 15 hour flight from LAX to Guanghzou. I tried many times to call CSA LA office using toll free and regular number, but could never speak to a human. Last November 7 I missed my flight home due to the Thai King's motorcade causing the road I was on to be closed for more one hour. I arrived at the CNXairport nearly one hour before the scheduled departure time, only to find CSA check in counters already closed. CSA Bangkok made me pay for a one way ticket home on Nov 8 even though all 3 flights were not full. I arrived well I'm advance and checked in. CSA began boarding 30 minutes before the time shown on my boarding pass and closed the aircraft doors shortly aftethe boarding time listed. No wonder I missed my Nov 7 flight! I wrote CSA LA a letter including the receipt for the one way ticket and requested a refund or at least a reply or home call. I never received a reply. I have flown CSA/Delta from Detroit, MI to Chiang Mai, Thailand 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty. In the future CSA will not be my first choice and I will pay somewhat more to fly another airline."

Pros: "Cabin crew and captain were great."
Cons: "Don't like how you don't get your seat assignment until you get to the gate. I was given the window seat in the very last row for a 6 hour flight, quite uncomfortable. I could've booked another airline for a similar price and picked the seat i wanted at booking. They ran out of food choices by the time they got to the last row, so we were given whatever was left. Delayed because one of the bathroom doors wasn't working, 30 min later still wasn't fixed and ultimately they decided to go without it."

Pros: "Nothing, they didn’t care about you or to help, the llady was so rude and unfriendly, this situation ruin my whole trip"
Cons: "I call in advance to paid the fees for baggage, I call Aeromexico because was the main airline for the fly, but Delta at Seattle made me paid again the fees for baggage’s even by phone they said that I didn’t need to paid. BE AWARE AND CAREFUL BECAUSE THE LADIES IN THE FRONT DESK didn’t even look the paperwork that you have in hand, they only want to charge you saying that your payment thru Aeromexico didn’t help you in the 1st fly. How this can happen when Delta and Aeromexico are two subsidiary one of another ?"

Cons: "They were very dishonest about everything. We need to be there in Australia on Monday morning for very important event but reached Australia Monday night 8PM. Virgin Australia contatcted out their flight from SJC to LAX through Delta and Delta cancelled flights becaue no-show of Pilot to operate the plan. What a Joke???? We asked them to put us through another carrier to LAX for connecting flight they refused.Very very BAD. It was a big miss for us.. never again Delta/Virgin Australia.............."

Pros: "The crew was friendly and attentive, and the flights were punctual. I was assigned a good seat, and I appreciated the meal, as i was going to arrive in Mexico very late. I also enjoyed the entertainment options."

Cons: "Was not able to check in online. Was not able to select my seat online. I was told I would be able to do both of these things. Spent 30 minutes trying to find a number to someone at Delta to check in & select seat. I was in Australia & all Delta offices were closed because it was Sunday. Although I had an internationally calling plan, no calls to Delta US would go through. finally found someone through a back channel that would help me. We boarded an hour late, and staff would not answer any of our questions about what was going on or how late we would arrive (they sped up the fight so that we landed on time). Flight ran out of drinking WATER after the first service. Half of our section (Economy Plus) was skipped for snacks. An unruly child was allowed to scream for almost the entire flight & was running up & down the aisles. NOTHING was said to the parents by staff members. Was absolutely the worst behaving child with who I've had to fly."

Cons: "That we had to sleep like homeless people on the floor of JFK airport as the airline was not able to provide for a crew and therefore cancelled the flight. The airline cancelled the flight at 1.30 in the morning so no one was able to get a stay in a hotel not did the airline take any action towards helping the stranded passengers. We were given blankets and pillows. The best thing was the ground staff getting rude after all passengers complaining. They were basically saying we should get stuffed since we were booked for a flight next day same day. This is shameful! Needless to say that I will not fly this airline again!"

Cons: "When I was transferred to Delta's website to book, the date was reset to 6 months in the future. It happened to be the same Monday the 26th so that's why I didn't notice. Delta refused to refund my money. This was a terrible experience and I plan not to use Kayak or Delta again!"
