Pros: "They had hand sanitizer wipes upon entering plane as well as one time use sanitizer pack included in their snack bag"

Pros: "Fact that there’s a flight available to get me-from a to b, Crew were friendly-great, cabins clean."
Cons: "Expensive, Delayed flight, unable to hear and understand boarding announcements, No WiFi, and a magazine that caters to the top 5% of passengers. Then to top it off a lost bag and over 2.0 hours spent either on hold or awaiting a call back to resolve issues with my last bag-totally unacceptable"

Cons: "Everything! I was given a wheelchair, wheeled to a spot and told to stay there. I waited over an hour. I couldn’t get thru customs and security alone and I had to ask a non employee to help me the whole time, I was then yelled at by an employee because they didn’t think I was handicapped at the gate"

Cons: "This A320 aircraft departed LGA with the first class toilet inoperative. Flight was entirely full. First class passengers had to fight their way to the rear two toilets, around serving carts, etc. Cabin Crew was very good natured about all of this; but flight crew never mentioned it."
Pros: "Very friendly cabin crew; excellent service with a smile. Food was good considering, and Magnum ice cream bar a delightful treat. Cabin crew paid good attention to benefits of hydration and served water continuously. Seats and leg room were comfortable considering economy and no extra cost."
Cons: "Plane was not as clean as it should be--plastic utensil on floor, seat rails not vacuumed--however, still rate overall comfort as excellent."
Pros: "There was an agent named Christopher working at the Delta terminal in San Diego, and he was tremendous to work with."

Cons: "Connection time was very short and arrival and departure gates were very far apart. The gate attendant at the arrival gate wasn’t very helpful or sympathetic."
Cons: "CCheck in process was horrible I only had a small bag which fit under the seat and yet I could not check in online or at the kiosk without somebody coming out to certify that my bag was indeed small very stupid and very cumbersome. I’ve been a United flyer for 30 years and this is the worst experien"

Pros: "On time, smooth and lots of cabin space for my carried on."
Cons: "United should have allowed the super-economy ticket holder to check in online get my boarding pass especially I didn’t have any bag to check in. I was almost late for my plane because counter assistance is needed in my case, while there was no counter for NO-bag check-in. The kiosk rejected my check-in as well as online check-in. It was confusing and frustrating; I felt like the United Airline did that on purpose to deter the super-economy ticket buyer. Please be aware of time to take to check in with NO BAG with Super-Economy ticket at EWR."
Pros: "It was a satisfying experience with United Airline from ABE shuttle bus ride (I said Shuttle) to EWR, and short plane ride to PBI. Excellent food selections at terminal C."
Cons: "Too bad the DD at the terminal didn’t accept ordering via DD App."
Cons: "This particular flight had little leg room for me (6 ft tall). Also, my wife had to check her carry on but on the prior flight she did not. I would prefer never checking bags."

Cons: "Boarding goes from the front of the plane to the back. When you're sitting towards the back, it's not ideal to have to trip over fellow passengers who are already seated in the front. Why not board from the back to the front like other airlines?"
