We were very impressed with Swiss Air. The service was exceptional. Unfortunately, we had a baby behind us that screamed for hours. , It was a nightmare, though I completely understand that it was not Swiss Airs fault.
Pros: "Not one thing about my experience."
Cons: "The alertness of the staff, the boarding process, the knowledge of the staff. Not breaking my luggage!"
Pros: "The flight was on time and fairly clean."
Cons: "The seats are so crowded and we were jammed in like sardines. There was insufficient ventilation and it was too warm and stuffy. Not comfortable."
Cons: "Losing my bags after a canceled flight was not so nice when my thinks cost more than 1000 euro"
Pros: "The crew was amazing. They left snacks and drinks out in between service."
Pros: "I upgraded to premium economy, worth every dollar. seats were comfortable and reclined quite far."

Cons: "Swiss Air from Athens to Zurich stellar—excellent service, seating, food—but left one hour late due to air traffic. Nearly missed connecting Edelweiss flight—and that flight was just terrible. Passengers behind me constantly kicking, pulling my seat—wouldn’t allow me to put seat in recline position."
Pros: "The seat was ok, I paid $ 115 per Trip ( total of $ 230) just to sit at the emergency exit to have some leg room and then I am sitting next to the bathroom and people stepping on my feet because they tend to hang out around the bathroom."
Cons: "The flight attendant not wearing perfume. Food was very poor to say the least."
Pros: "Crew ignored my existence just because I sat on the window seat, plus I'm an asian, so I'm not sure which of the reason makes her to ignore me for serving my food. Luckily the guy passenger that sit beside me helped me to inform and made sure that she served the food to me."
Cons: "YEA, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO TREAT ALL PASSENGERS EQUALLY, NOT ONLY JUST TO CAUCASIAN, OTHER RACE AND ETHNIC ALSO DESERVE EQUALLY RESPECT AND TREATMENT. THANKS. SERVICE IS GOOD BUT ATTITUDE OF STAFFS ARE JUST MEH."
Cons: "The HVAC system was apparently defective and passengers in the mid-section of the plane, myself included, were bundled up in winter jackets and blankets."
Pros: "Professional crew, Good service , comfortable seating, fine entertainment."
Cons: "First time traveling abroad, it was a unique experience and a learning one."
Cons: "Tightly packed seats made for discomfort. My knees were touching the seat in front of me."
Pros: "Flight was mostly uneventful, which is great! Right after takeoff we made a complete circle and no information was given as to why, but we assumed it was air traffic."
Pros: "Atlanta airport was busy and we circled for 30+ minutes, which nearly caused us to miss a connecting flight (customs and all). The Delta pilot was good at communicating with the passengers though."
Cons: "The Delta flight leaving Cleveland was a hour and a half late so we could not make our connection to get home and had to overnight in Minneapolis. This is the fourth time in six flights For Delta. I think the Kayak booking algorithm needs to allow more time between connecting flights."
Pros: "The flight attendants were amazing. 12 people had a connecting flight and they brought a shuttle bus. You dont see that kind of service any more 10 stars for that"

The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.
Cons: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Pros: "One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline"

Cons: "Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me."
One hour delay due to late arrival. More than 50 people lost their connections!
Boarding was slow to begin. Economy board should be accomplished from rear of plane to front, as the entrance doors are front of plane. This would eliminate waiting and passenger congestion on the plane. Meals were good however crew will not check if you want meal if sleeping, should be like Emirates and give seat tags wake for meals or do not disturb. Entertainment ok but screen headphone/jacks were distorted - took 3 sets of headphones to get working properly. Flight crew was amazing, exceptionally nice, professional, best Lufthansa crew I have experienced.

I didn’t like anything, really. I’ve flown a lot of airlines and American is up there with Allegiant. The crew was not friendly and seemed put off about anything and everything. After being with an English crew the American was very disappointing and they fit the stereotype of “Americans are rude”. Will never recommend this airline and will avoid using them again.
Staff was very friendly. More seat room when the person in front decides to lean their chair back
Always a pleasure on an A380 even though its the old BA seats. The passenger behind me was constantly coughing and when she was not, she was making strange breathing sounds. It was clear that she had an infection and not coping well with the flight. Thank you for the cabin crew, particularly Lindsay who tried to move us and found me a mask to wear. The lamb bobotie served was really delicious
Cons: "Exiting passengers from the rear exposed the entire flight as people had to walk past those seated from the back to front. Great social distancing and we'll done British Airways"

Cons: "No assistance to mothers with strollers. While boarding, picked a few people randomly to inspect our bags right before getting on a plane. Held us in a separate room including me who is single mother traveled with 2 year old for 3 flights in the row. My son didnt get his meal. Also had to ask for any juice. Horrible menu. Late food serving, but quick to clean up in a rash. Loud people on phones and nobody stopped them. Horrible experience."

Cons: "Food was awful. It was so hot I was fanning myself. I had a 11 hour flight and than a 10 hour flight after both British airways, and the same exact food. So I just went hungry. I smelled something amazing so thought I would get a good hot meal as my last meal since I had not had anything in 9hours, but nope, just got a measly cold sandwich. I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates."
Cons: "Hardly saw a steward in business class the whole flight. Must be part of BA’s cost saving initiatives, but means you don’t get food on time, offered drinks or even a menu"
