Cons: "4 hrs delay due to failure of Singapore Airlines to have a working plane on site at the appointed time. Even worse: chaotic deplaning with one crew member telling passengers to deplane and another yelling at them in the bridge for doing so. A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

Cons: "Cairo airport: Personnel have no manners. Rude, disdainful security staff who bark at passenges as if everyone is a criminal. Must be related to the Egyptian mindset. Dubai airport: Endless taxiing from aircraft to terminals, endless shuttle rides between terminals. You feel like a rat scuttling through underground tunnels and dismal byways through a wateland of darkness to be spat out at ugly, uninviting entrances somewhere in the bowels of Dubai International. No signs, no knowledgeable personnel to explain anything to you. No attempt at making travelers feel comfortable, no attempt at making the surroundings look pleasant. Must be the culture. The flight itself has wonderful staff, but the airport makes me not want to fly Emirates again!"
Pros: "The a380 business class was the greatest flying experience I ever had. Second to NONE! Must try and book if possible. I fly a LOT and this was just absolutely amazing."

Cons: "Because you guys treated customers well so they did something over. I flight from Genève airport to Hanoi but i transfer in Dubai. Next to me is a 3 girls. They are keep talking around three hours it’s doesn’t problem if a cabin Crew didn’t give them many bottles of wine. They are drinking for three hours with 9 bottles for 3 girls. They are talked so loudly,drunk and the smell very bad.you know i couldn’t sleep but When They are asking for more wine and the cabin crew also give it for them, i cant belived it!!!. And another guy he want to enjoy with them and asked me to change a sit, i want to sleep and i though it will be better for me. But its not. They are talked more louder. And the problem is when they are getting drunk, the guy back to his sit and take something in his cabin, because he can not control his actions so some stuff from his bag drop down over my head also my body. I was mad but how should i do? Point at his face and tell something bad? Oh i can not. canbin crew just comes and say sorry with me. That is a bad flight that i ever had. You treat customers well but you should have a limit. Im so disappointed about my flight of that day. Thank you"

Check in was quick and gentleman was very nice and friendly, during flight crew members were polite and attentive, food wasn’t as it should’ve been. Entertainment section needed to be updated i.e add new movies

Cons: "There was a disagreement about my hand luggage. At check in it was agreed I coukd take it on board even though it was 8.9 kilos. Just before security they said no. After going back and forwards it was agreed. No fault of the airline there were several infant children close to my seat. At times it was annoying"

Cons: "The food was not as per the standard, the ticket said lunch but we got refreshments . The boarding took lots of time as they have forced us to remove a 1 kg excess to the 23kg allowed . Staff should make sure that people are sitting on their designated seats, rather than just guiding them to their seats. At least 4 were sitting not on their seats in row 15 and 16, these are what I saw"

Cons: "Boarding was a bit strange - everyone seated at the gate had to get up, leave the area, and then wait in line to have their passports checked before sitting back down in the same area. After that though, boarding was perfectly smooth & honestly one of the fastest I’ve seen!"
